They performed 2 of the 4 services I requested, and recommended $4000 of additional services, mostly involving things that had already recently been done.

A very long wait to NOT get the car problem fixed. Very disappointed.

Bobby in parts is a solid guy. Knows his stuff. Very helpful and friendly. They have my business as long as I have a Honda because of him.

In the past everything has been fine. However this time was a royal PIA!! I went there to grab a part and go, but to even find the Parts dept was beyond frustrating. No where do you see a sign saying Parts. Whomever you ask will point you toward a counter and tell you to follow the directions on the 6x9 sign. They NEED to post a sign in big blue letters saying PARTS above the counter. Once I found the place, I had to dial a number to get hold of someone in parts. They brought up my part from their store room and I was soon on my way. In summary, once I found the parts counter as well as the directions to speak to a person, I was all set. The frustrating aspect to this objective was the lack of signage that would lead an independent person to find it without having to ask for directions.
