My office uses this company on a regular basis for pre-scheduled services and last minute rides with excellent service. Always on time, polite drivers, who do their best to make sure you get to where you need to safely and on time depending on traffic. Every vehicle has always been clean.

I used these guys to go back and forth from the airport in December 2014. The cars are a bit old and not that clean. But that isnt the worst part on the ride home from the airport the night mare starts. The driver shows up 30 or 40 minutes late to pick us up and the it gets even worst. After he arrived he told us had a bad back and could not help us put the luggage in the car, OK .It was late, dark and the weather was bad - raining cats and dogs. We left the airport and now had a driver who in the rain was going between 80 and 90 miles per hour. Not only was he driving fast he was weaving in and out of cars passing people on the right, all in all, driving like a crazy person.We arrived at our house all in one piece, Im not sure how, he took the bags out of the car (I thought he had a bad back) left them in the middle of our drive way and took off, no good by, no thanks nothing, guy was a total JERK.So, the next day I called the company asking to speak to someone about it. I spoke to the office manager and she said she would have the owner call me. A few days went by and no called so, I called back asking for the owner. It is now 4 weeks letter and he has not had the common scene to call me back and hear what I have to say about this driver from hell. I am afraid this guy is going to kill someone or have a very serious wreak and people will be hurt.My suggestion to anyone looking to use these guys is run and find a company that cares about their customers not these guys who dont train or discipline their drivers. PS I should have gone to the police and reported this company. I may still do that.
