I do not know what my Mercedes would do without Kelly and Stan. Always accommodating last minute maintenance requests. They are the BEST!! and epitomize what other mechanics should be -- professional, honest, fair, and above all -- trustworthy. Cant beat that combo.

Kelly and Stan’s have done excellent brake work on my Acura in the past and all at a very reasonable cost. Today, I brought the car by as I felt the brake pedal had a bit too much travel...I was wondering if I was due another brake job. He came out to the parking lot and looked at the pad life left in the brakes and assured me that I was fine for quite a while more. However, he offered to top off the brake fluid since it has dropped a bit with the pad wear. Anyway, there was no charge and I was on my way. These gentlemen and their company are just awesome. They are honest and professional and I would highly recommend Kelly and Stan’s for any work needed to be done on your foreign car.

I heard great things about this place on Nextdoor so I took my car in for a repair last year, and couldnt be happier with my decision. Kelly (because I never met Stan) is an honest person who will do due diligence and not overcharge.Recently I took my car for exhaust fumes issues, he diagnosed the issue AND informed me that BMW is currently fixing this very same issue for free, and suggested I take it to them first. Needless to say he saved me 800 dollars by his honesty, I am very thankful to nextdoor for helping me find this place.

They took $8,000 of my money and didn’t fix my BMW car. Within 3 days of returning my car it had problems again which cost another $2500 and then they caused another issue.They bought a bad part and didn’t make good on their bad decision. They damaged my car to the point it wasn’t worth fixing afterwards according to the BMW dealership. If you work hard for your money and don’t want to waste it Don’t Go Here! It’s nice to have 5 Stars but read the real reviews. I reported them.

They do quality work at a fair price with no hidden agendas.Their approach is very simple: diagnose the issue and prescribe the fix. Whether youre in need of a repair or getting regular PM work done, you wont be given a laundry list of additional problems that need to fixed.Kelly is like the fun and entertaining front man of your favorite band while Stan is the lead guitarist. The rest of the guys in the shop round out the balance of the talent.Great garage, great owners and great service. Important to know: they only work on foriegn cars.

Awesome team. My whole family use them. Very honest and thorough. Example: brothers ancient VW had to be towed there. They replaced a small under $10 part with almost no labor cost...My 17 yr old Honda Odyssey I thought had a dead transmission issue that would result in a search for a new car - nope they fixed the issue for less than $1K and Im on track to hit my 250k mile goal. They work on all of our cars...Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Audi, Mercedes... And they are great guys. Not open on the weekends an appointment needed.

Ive known Kelly for about 5 years now, but had never been to his shop because Im not one to mix business with friendly acquaintances. It can leave a bad taste in your mouth, but Id been having the same issue with my car for going on 3 years or so and I was tired of getting the runaround with everyone else. I figured Id give him a call and see if he could help and take care of the problem. Besides that, Id always known his family to be good people. I called him on a Friday knowing that they were closed on the weekend, at that point we were used to the one car thing lol, and he called me first thing Monday with a VERY reasonable quote and told me it would be done in the next few hours. Do yourself a favor, skip these other folks who try to tell you its this or this and you also need this, this, this, and this and go to Kelly and just get it fixed the one time and the correct way. No bs, no nonsense.

Have been there twice now, and each time was fantastic. I left my Mazda there, expecting it to be worked on the next day or two, and I received a call a couple hours later saying it was done! They also assisted in diagnosing my front end catalytic converter problems, and gave me some pointers for handling that, will absolutely be going here from now on with my Mazda. Absolutely love this place.

Cant begin to say enough how great it is to have an automotive repair shop run by good, honest people. I have taken all of my vehicles to Kelly for years and have always been given great service without getting taken to the cleaners! They are also very quick to admit when something is out of their wheelhouse (very rare) and will give good advise as to where else I can take it for repairs.

I called on Monday morning to see if they work on Minis. They do! I told Kelly the problem via phone and he seemed sure they could fix it but could not look at the car until Wednesday. I appreciate being told that up front. But, the car was unusable so I decided to get it to them on Monday since I had a ride arranged already.I met Kelly in the office and we spoke about the problem with my car. He listened and offered his thoughts. I left the car with them Monday early afternoon.I was very surprised to get a call from Kelly on Tuesday morning at 9:00. He said the car was fixed and ready to go. I did not expect to hear from him until Wednesday afternoon, if then.When I arrived at the shop Kelly knew who I was and which car was mine. (1st time I have used this shop) My car was sitting out front ready to go. I paid what I think is a very reasonable price for the repair and I was on my way. The car seems to be fine now.There is nothing fancy about this place (but they do offer wifi) and they could really use some more parking. But, an honest, fast, effective and reasonably priced mechanic is a delight. Well done Kelly and Stan!

Excellent service on my husbands 550 SEL. Initially they quoted over $2.5k but once they got into the work they discovered a lose connection that was causing the trouble and the repair bill ended up being a small fraction of the quote. Honest and excellent service!

Kelly and Stans is by far the best automotive repair shop I’ve seen in my 43 years of owning automobiles. They are competent, honest, and reasonably priced, something very hard to find all in one place. I am so pleased with their service, that I will not buy any car for my family of 5 drivers that K&S won’t work on. They are that good!

I use Kelly & Stans for regular maintenance and oil changes on my 2005 car and Im very happy with them. As an example of their great service: recently I was having some work done on my car stereo, and the guy at the stereo place noticed there was a bolt missing on the bracket that holds the car battery. I called Kelly & Stans about it and Kelly told me to just bring it in. When I arrived, Kelly immediately took the keys and went to look at it. 20 minutes later, Kelly told me hed fixed the issue -- they didnt have that type of bolt, so hed fashioned a replacement piece that would do the job. AND HE DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THIS. This was 20 minutes of professional car labor (plus materials) and he wouldnt take any payment for it. And he did it right away! An example like this makes me confident Kelly & Stans isnt trying to rip you off and that they have the customers best interests in mind.

I have a 2003 BMW M3 that has a problem that just will not go away. It is very difficult to describe, and you have to feel it to understand it. After 3 trips to another mechanic, I brought it to Kelly and Stans. Long story short, 3 (maybe 4) trips later (at their shop) the car has the same problem as I started with $,000 dollars ago, and they have suggested a MAF sensor (which I had already told them we recently replaced 2X before.)The reason though for my review was my last transaction. I picked up the car after they had for 2 days and couldnt get to it I picked it up to bring home (supposedly needing a new MAF sensor - remember,) and I asked Kelly if he had ever driven my car. He admitted that he had not. I asked in Stan had ever driven it; and he admitted he had not either. He did offer Adam has driven it. Well sorry guys, I didnt bring it to Adams Automotive, I brought it to KELLY AND STANS Automotive.I just figured that after 6 trips to the shop for the same damn problem one of them would have taken the initiative to at least drive (or ride) in my car to experience the problem for themselves, considering the symptom was hard to describe.I added 1 star because I do think these guys are honest (albeit lazy.) After one of the repairs (that it turns out wasnt needed - but still cost me $1000) - they did proactively send me a check for $70 or so afterwards because they inadvertently overcharged me for a part and only realized afterwards.They are friendly, and I believe honest, but do not think they are thorough and terribly interested in doing everything it takes to solve complicated problems.
