Took my Daughter and her friend for her Birthday 🎁. They did a Fabulous job on both girls! Both girls Loved their nails 💅

Nails techs are friendly and always do a great job. The shaping of my nails always come out perfect. My favorite place to go for eyebrow waxing! My only complaint would be that it could be a little cleaner but I have not gone in since before covid.

My pedicure was normal. The tech could of done a better job on my nail polish. The entire facility was very strong in fumes. It doesnt seem like they have proper ventilation in the building. It was a nice day they could at least had the door open to let the fumes out. I was very happy wearing my mask I wish I could award glasses as well.

BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! DON’T GO HERE. These people got everybody messed up. My friend went here to get a pedicure and developed a fungal infection. Lost every toenail 1-10, experienced significant pain and trauma having to take antibiotics to treat the fungus. They don’t properly clean their instruments and put people’s health at risk. DON’T GO HERE.

All I asked for was an acrylic removal, nothing else. The guy puts my hands in hot acetone (this isnt new to me and isnt the problem), walks away and when he comes back in 30 mins he starts doing someones pedicure... After 1hr and 30 mins of soaking my nails in hot acetone I finally decided to leave and go somewhere else. So youre telling me this man can do a pedicure bur not take off acrylics. This has been my go to for years and each year the service gets worse. I will not be going back to this salon

By far the best place I’ve been to. They got to my friend and me immediately, they are very professional. This place actually knows what they’re doing and how to do what you want. and can help you with ideas on your nails if you’re not sure what you wanna get. I would literally tell them to do whatever they think would look good because they know what they’re doing. Btw- they have massage chairs for while you get a pedicure.

My nails turned out really cute, but they used bad powder causing my nails with clear acrylic to have fungus while the nails with white acrylic were fine. 🥴

This place never opens on time!!!! I just dont understand why they wont just update their hours to reflect their actual opening time. Its always 30 minutes later than what is on their door. Super frustrating.

I got a full gel set and a pedicure for $45. Both turned out nice. The shop was clean, but nothing fancy. I wanted to get a design with rhinestones or foil or metallic tape but the tech said he didnt have any of that.?????? He said he could do art but had no pictures of what he can do so I ended up just leaving them plain.🖤

My daughter and I went up there and she wanted to get a manicure and a pedicure. She picked out her polish and wanted regular nail polish for both her toes and her fingernails as shellac breaks her out. After they did her pedicure they told her they couldnt do regular nail polish on her fingernails and that she had to use shellac. I dont understand why since regular nail polish was used on her toes ..could it be for the extra money shellac costs?! They said it takes more time for the regular nail polish and youre sitting around waiting for it to dry. Its not like she had to sit in there to let her fingernails dry but they refused to do anything other than shellac so, no manicure! This is something they should have told her about up front. They were also rude when giving this info. Will no longer use them.

Love this place. Son is the best his shape and design can’t be beat! They give great pedicures too!

The owner did my nails. She did a very good job. She usually does my eyebrows too, but Mia did this time. She also did a great job. They were very polite. Both her and her husband. Im not sure what happened with the previous reviews, but Ive been here a few times and everyone in there has always been nice to me. The prices are good for the services too.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD GETTING MY NAILS DONEI came in to get a fill in ( my original full-set was from another place) The tech cracked my nail and tried to charge me $50 for length and acrylic that they did not use on my nails. They tried to scam me for work they didn’t do horrible

The staff here is very rude, and they do not listen. Their prices are irregular and change every time I visit. They also did not do my nails the way I had asked them to, and charged me for it anyways.

This was my first visit to Lovely Nails Spa. I had a pedicure, gel fill in w/ shellac polish, and my eyebrows waxed. There were some nice things about LNS. First, we were sat in a pedicure chair as soon as we walked in. Bad thing about the pedicure was. Both me and nieces pedicures looked like we did them ourselves. My gel fill in came out good. After I had to ask the technician several times to fix them. Our eyebrows look great. However, we waited for about a half hour!

This is an incredible salon. Clean, reasonable, friendly and the attention to detail is amazing. These wonderful people know the true meaning of customer service.

The owner rushed me out while my nails literally just got done being polished wet and had someone follow me out to my car holding all my things out to my car without no nail dry time AT ALL. My nails instantly got messed up because they were extremely wet and the nail art was rushed and very basic and plain like a child did it. All because they were closing and ready to go. First time I came it was better however this time was extremely unprofessional for those reasons. Smh wow. And then tried to come to my car being nice to me only because it showed I had a complete attitude. Now I have to pay for my nails to get painted again elsewhere.

Love it did my eyebrows great and my nails...not a long wait I suggest getting there by 11 am 💚 I see why they call it Lovely Nail Spa...I really loved their service...

Horrible service they made a mistake and didnt paint my nails the color they were supposed to be non and when I stopped them in the process they didnt want to change the mistake and instead of changing it they started yelling at me and my friend telling us that we were wrong and told me I could leave and never come back. The owner does an excellent job with Shellac! My nails were perfectly shaped and Im a happy customer. The shop could use a makeover. The water damage on the cieling tiles makes the place look bad. Staff is great, friendly, some speak english and one young guy sings while he works on your feet.

The owner has a horrible attitude. I tried to get my nail fixed that broke 2 days after getting them done and they told me I had to wait until the end of the line. It was 5 people ahead of me. I waited an hour already to get them done then I was going to have to wait again to get them fixed. I told her usually nail shops will fix a nail in between customers since they dont take that long. The owner told me I can go some where else because its her shop and she does things how she wants and I can go somewhere else that will do things how I want. I never got loud with her. I was polite and calm because I dont like to look stupid yelling even tho I was sooooo mad. I never came back until today to get my eyebrows arch. I guess she was mad that I stop going there because when I walked in and told her what service I needed, her head was down and she said ok, a few minutes. When she looked up and noticed it was me, she told me it will be a long wait and I had two people ahead of me that were getting their nails done. Any other time, she would arch eyebrows in between customers. Ive never received horrible service like this before anywhere, ever!

Horrible customer service skills. I come in every 2 weeks to get my nails done and I come in this particular day to get my nails and toes done and the lady that does my toes makes my polish clumpy so I asked her nice to re polish it she ignores me and does what she wants to do. So I said it loud enough for them to hear.her boss comes over takes over . they already asked me 3 time what do I want toes and nails y’all see me every two weeks it shouldn’t be a problem. The lady that sit at the front table gets done with my toes and sits me over at the dryer. So I sit then she comes over to say 20 dollars please. excuse me I asked for my nails to be done. She says okay wait. Hold on I’m been waiting what am I waiting for cause you have a attitude. I told her come get your 20 dollars. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT NAIL SHOP EVR AGAIN.

This place used to be good but now theres only one guy that can actually do your nails right, the guy who sits on the end. My 6yr old sister could paint my nails better.

The owner has a horrible attitude. She told me I could come back if my gel nails chipped, which they did after two days! I went back and the owner didnt want to repair the chipped nails and said to get my gel nails done somewhere else, which I will gladly do. She will never see another dollar from me. I do not recommend this shop....poor quality on gel nails. Spend your money elsewhere.

I do not recommend this nail Salon. I regret giving them my money, owners daughter made me pay before polishing my nails as if i was gonna leave the salon without paying my money. I would never. Waste of money, I’ve been to way better. Disappointed.

Lena the owner is a very rude and nasty person. Every time I come here the price is always different they charge you what ever they want. When I ask what/why the price is she always has an attitude and talks down to me. She says If you dont like it go somewhere else. I find that incredibly disgusting for her to speak to me like that and shes said it to others before....I hand her money she throws my change back to me on the table. Yet you want people to come to your place of business and spend their hard earned money. I come here consistantly and the price is always different. Even when I have someone else doing my nails she walks over to them and in their language tells them what to charge me. Well I will never come here again and every person that Ive referred here will never come again. Hopefully this post will stop new customers from coming also. The other people that work here are ok but they also have that same mentality of if you dont like it go somewhere else but theyve learned that from the top. LENA learn how to speak to people better if you want to stay in business.

They have horrible attitudes. Especially, the lady who nail station is directly by the door. I think shes the company owner. I only went in for a fill-in and the owner told me that the price was $12. So I decided to go ahead and get my fill-in. After sitting in the chair the man who was going to do my fill-in says to me We charge $17 because you have long nails. I asked why he said, You can go leave and go somewhere else. And he kept saying it then the owner stepped in and she said, Yeah if you dont like leave. All because I asked why when it came to me spending my money. I dont know if their attitudes are always this way but I refuse to return to this nail salon.

I came to get a manicure a few days back. The acrylic nails came out thin and straight. They were poorly done, almost all of them either breaking or popping off within one week! I went back the first two times but, after they broke the next day, I decided to just take the loss and not return.

Man doing my nails was not gentle or polite...barely added new acrylic to my fill..guaranteed my corners will be broke within two days they are so thin...charged $15 didnt get any polish not even clear coat..$3 cut down fee!! Its a fill, obviously my nails have grown out in the last 2 weeks!...i hate places that charge a cut down fee...include it in fill price it takes 5 seconds with the drill...my finger tips have been sore for 2 hours...wont be back....was a last resort anyway because they r open on sundays....booooo 👎

Would NEVER return. Filthy, rude, language barrier. Substandard work done, and was going to just never go back until I saw thr Double charge on credit card that they refused to remove, (handled with CC company) and Manager stood there SCREAMING at me. Ive also called the health dept. There technicians ARE NOT licensed

Just walked in to this nail salon for, what would have been, my second fill. Google says they close at 8, their door says 730, its currently 7:13 and I was told, oh sorry, were closed when I said I needed fills. What a waste of time. There are about 5 customers sitting down getting their nails done, by the way. Maybe they dont care about retaining customers. I wont ever recommend this place, or be back. Cheap place, cheap customer service.
