‼‼‼‼‼‼PLEASE READ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼My mom and I have been coming here for over years, my mom over 10 years and me around 4. Very loyal customers who have bought them many clients, but not anymore let me explain why. My mom got a pedicure and the woman who gave her the pedicure ended up splitting her pinkie toe, the woman called over the store owner Julie who we have known for years, and Julie said nothing and painted the nails to fix it without telling my mom. When she got home she noticed, and decided to say something next time she came to visit. Visit Two is where everything went wrong. So my mom tells Julie and Julie tells her sorry and all this other stuff. Now she asks my mom is she wants another pedicure and my mom says well idk will you give me half price considering everything, Julie says yes and said she will even give her gel for free to fix her nail. When my mom goes to pay she Charges her full price, my mother is now confused and distraught. this is when Julie goes crazy and starts yelling at my mom saying it wasnt her salon who did that and saying she needs to pay full price and that my mom did this to herself. Julie takes back energy thing and blames my mom doing this to herself, Julie saw when it happened and tried to cover it up. My mother not very good at English so her friend (who she brought to their business) starts defending her, but my mom said its fine and pays full price. My mother is too kind and refuses to say anything or even sue this establishment. We are never coming here again, and Id advice you to also not go here. Julie is an owner who not only treats her own clients horribly also her staff. Never come here.

Everyone I met here was so kind! Julie did my nails so well, exactly the way I wanted them, and the process was the fastest acrylic nail set I’ve ever gotten! It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve gotten my nails, and I’m usually very rough on them, but Julie added an amazing protective top coat and it still looks good after two weeks. Will be coming back :)

Anthony does fantastic pedicures! Very detailed. Kim also does wonderful pedicures! They take their time. $27 for the basic ped. Most pedi places that I have been to, rush me in and rush me out. I wasnt rushed in or out. My second visit is as good as the 1st.

Terrible, my nails were so thick and like squares. Never will I go here again.

They did no COVID precautions, they were also rude. I use to go here all the time, but I will not be returning. The quality of service is poor. The prices arent worth the service you receive and the owner doesnt value the customers. Ive had to return several times between visits because of my nails breaking or accessories not lasting. She also is dishonest about payment methods because she dont like using her credit card machine. Ill never come here again.

I came in to get a dip powder manicure but she talked me out of it because she did not have time to do a dip. So she did my nails and I love them but my left hand nails are longer than my right and she did a matte white but didn’t do it on the sides so it looks unfinished. I called and told her I wasn’t happy and she asked for me to come in so she could fix them. I went in the next day and she was very rude about having to fix my nails. While she was doing them she kept talking about me and making fun of me which made me very uncomfortable. I have gone here for years but after this experience I will not be going back.

Love this place! Nails last so long and as a busy lady sometimes its 3 or 4 weeks before I get over there but it doesnt matter, they stay put!

First time visitor!! I went in for a pedi and a gel fill. The pedicure was nice and relaxing. Although I was bummed to find out that the prices for pedicures are higher then whats online. The gal that did my pedicure was great, I feel bad I didnt catch her name. T.K was going to do my fill as well as fix a couple nails I had broke. While fixing the nails he discovered that I actually had a hole in my real nail that could maybe possibly get infected if I just continued with the fill. I decided to just have him do a nail removal instead of fill. He was very gentle and informative. He took his time so that it would be as pain free as possible. Anyone that has had a nail removal knows it can be a very painful process. I was able to meet the owner Julie as well, she was very professional and quoted me a great price over the phone for the fill with two broken nails. I will be returning as well as bring some friends with me.

I have been here a few times and received good service but today ruined it for me. I got a pedicure and a fill. They did pedicure first after waiting for 20 mins when I had an appointment. When the woman started showed me color that I supposedly pick out, I told her it was the wrong color. She said oh no thats just the glitter it is right. She then picked up a blue color and I said that is the wrong color, that is blue, I picked a turquoise color. She continued to paint and told me it will be right after glitter. I told her at least 3 more times the color is not right. Then a different lady started to do my fingernails. I told her she had the wrong color and again she told me same thing that it will look different after several coats. I waited and then told her wrong color againShe just continued painting. The owner was sitting directly behind me and did not say a word. So horrible customer service and prices are same as nicer salons. I finally got the lady to repaint my fingernails. Ridiculous place. I will not be recommending or going back.

Used to be good, but they changed workers and the workers are mean and aggressive and does things the wrong way . They are just people that are beginners. Me and my mom hated our experience there today, we left all cut up, and not treated right, did not get what we wanted . I recommend not going their . Don’t waste your money

Great place. First time customer. Had pink and whites done. They look fantastic and not too thick. I am one week out from having the done, no chips or cracks, still look great. Very friendly staff. Will return for fill.

Awesome place. Everyone friendly and Wendy takes her time to clean and get cuticles out. I felt like she doesn’t care not to get the customers coming in, she is focused on what she is doing and makes sure that I leave the place happy. Found my new place to go to and my new Gal.

Not very happy with the result. Beware of the advertised cost displayed in front of the shop. It currently shows a full set cost of 23 bucks but upon check out, I was informed it is 25 bucks for full set. Sharing pictures of my not so very pretty polished nails. My step daughter who is 3 does a better job.

I called them and I asked how much a gel full set would be and that said 40 without any design so I went there the next day and I got my nails done without a design so I thought it was going to be 40 so when I paid thay said 50 dollars so that tried to get more money out of me

So I went in today to get my gel nail polish removed. And there was this lady I don’t want to mention her name but she did a horrible job. First she gave me so many cuts on my fingers and toes and spoiled all my nails. They don’t care about the damn service they are providing. Just wanna get money. She literally put bumps in my nails with using driller and filer when there was no need of doing that!

This place is AMAZING! They do such a great job, they are very talented and also extremely kind. I highly recommend them to everyone i know.

Me and my husband went into this nail salon to get a pedicure which was $35 each it included a lot of things and one thing that made us get this package was the callus remover which they did not do I asked three times while sitting in the chair. Then I wanted to get a color change from a glitter gold to just clear while take the polish off my nails the she burnt my skin with the drill twice because they was in a rush after attempting to remove the polish she just put the clear polish on over the specks of glitter like I didn’t noticE the difference. At this point I was pissed I spoke to the manager and she said something to them in their language and she told me that she said they said they didn’t do that and they did use the callus remover all I could do was laugh in disgust . My total came up to $81.00 when I only got a $50.00 job I told them I will never come back there again and politely said have a nice day and left.

Ive gotten pedicures at many places, but my usual place was booked so I decided to go to this nail salon! First off I usually pick the more expensive pedicures but today I had decided to go with basic, the lady doing my nails rolled her eyes when I said basic and insisted on me getting the more expensive one I politely declined, but after that she had an attitude the whole entire time, she did work on my feet that I didnt ask for and just charged me at the end!! I complained and all she said oh well its already done! I have never had a bad experience in all my years of getting pedicures this was the worse experience!!!!! Never coming here again, even if its the last place open!

We always go here but made a mistake when calling to make an appointment for my sister, myself and my 6 years old daughter, for a mani pedi. We accidentally went to Classic nails across the street. I do not live in the area but it was the third time we have been to Julies Nails.Thinking that basically all nail salons are the same and not wanting to squelch on our reservation, we went to the competitor. After having sit with our feet in cold water for more than 15-20, I started noticing how dirty the place was. I told my sister lets tip them a little $ and go to Julies Nails. This place is dirty and i have a bad feeling. They tried to get us to stay but the damage was done and so was I.BOY, AM I GLAD WE WENT BACK TO JULIES NAILS!!They did an excellent job on our nails. They were super patient with my 6 year old daughter. They gave her the best mabi oedi she has ever had (she has had about a half dozen so far) My daughter said she is the BEST mommy! Can i give her money? She knows that $ makes people happy and she wanted to make the lady that did her nails happy!We shut the place down on Christmas eve. They were so nice and did not make us feel rushed even though it was obvious we were the last customers that day.We were so happy and it was a holiday that we tipped 50% (I happen to be Jewish and do not celebrate xmas but know they would be out of work the next day)We will definitely not make a mistake again and will only go to Julies Nails!
