Ive been 3 times for acrylics and twice for a pedicure. Its nice to have a glass of champagne while you get your toes done. Ive never been to such a large nail salon before. It seems very commercial. But the last couple of times Ive had my nails done I had David do them! He did such a great job I had to see him again for my fill. They have so many colors though, so I had to take a picture of which one I got. Ill be going back to see David. 😁

Kay is absolutely amazing I been a few times tried a few different people and !!! I must say .! I love Kay 😇She warms my heart ! The owner he is so kind very attentive . For me I get anxiety and I really truly dread going to the nail shop .! But they make the experience so peaceful.! Omg and the gel foam substance pedicure is bar none !!! Coolest experience . Never had my water turn to a heavy gel substance so soothing .. they are so patient and kind .! I really can’t say enough kind words .’ Thank you so much . See you soon

I took my two daughters to Nails 19 for a back to school pedicure treat. Our experience was amazing. The staff was so great. My 10 year old had a kids pedicure. They gave her great treatment and a pretty design on her nails. The gentleman doing my pedicure had me in stitches laughing. I can see him on a comedy stage some day. They offer free drinks and snacks while youre in. It was a fun environment and experience and we cant wait to go back.

Usually I have a good time here but I will say, I get super frustrated that it lets you pick a tech when booking your appointment but you will NEVER get the tech you ask for. Everyone I have had until today has been good but I had Danny today (after I requested Michael) and it was a disaster. I showed him the first picture and the second one was what I got. During the manicure, I asked him to put a color on the nail BEFORE adding glitter so it wasn’t see thru and he said “no. Two coats of glitter will be fine” I then showed him the pic again for the design on the ring finger. He barely painted one part of a line and wiped it off and said “no this won’t work, the gold is too light”. So at that point I gave up and accepted my date and let the front desk know I was unhappy and they just said “sorry. That’ll be $41”. I’m torn because everyone else has been good here but since you have no control over who you get, I may not return to even risk it.

This place is amazing! Beautiful shop, super clean with top notch service. The complimentary drinks and snacks are an added bonus. Definitely worth the slightly higher prices - you get what you pay for❣️

My first experience for a manicure and pedicure was incredible. I believe the manager did my nails, and they turned out beautiful! He took his time to ensure my nails looked perfect. The place is clean and they were very friendly! I highly recommend.

This place is huge with a lot of customers and they still manage to recognize me and treat me like they are so happy to see me. When you check in every visit you get rewards toward future nail services. I use Justin for nail dip, he is the best! I will use anyone for a pedi and they all are amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Wow!!!! This place is so amazing! Where do I even start? They greet you with drinks, even have mimosas, amazing! They are paying attention to details and very high quality job. They are supper sweet. Place is clean and fancy just like I love it!!! From now on it will be the only nail place I go to!

Beautiful facility. I got dip powder on my natural nails and a french pedi done by Justin. He was awsomeeeee! He was very attentive and detailed. My nails turned out beautifully. I cant stop staring at them! I will definitely be back to have my nails done by him. My new faviorte nail place.

Came in with a group of three we had a reservation one person sat down and they began doing the pedicure while the other two sat idly waiting for service the water became cold no one offered us drinks which is complementary and included. Only after we complained did they send two people from the back. They said they assumed we wouldn’t want men since we were men but never even asked if‘s that was OK. We payed for a 45 minute pedicure and it was over in 30 minutes they tried to charge us for the 45 minutes, which we refused. No one was ever rude to us they just were not timely or customer oriented. I thought maybe it was a fluke but I went there again and experience the same lack of care

I went with my wife to get her nails done and a petite, the experience as a man was very comfortable and relaxed. They did a fantastic job on her nails and feet Linh is the best. Love you guys!

Best experience Ive had at a nail salon in awhile. We got the VIP treatment. We had our own room and were completely pampered. They offer drinks and fresh sterile supplies. Ill definitely be back!

Just tried this beautiful salon last week and I am in love! The salon is amazing and staff are super friendly! I was thankful to have Margie for my first visit and can’t wait to go back to see her! The services are top quality and the owner is so sweet! Snacks & drinks are served to clients and I think that is so thoughtful! Can’t wait to return with friends & family!

Went and got my nails done on a Sunday for a special occasion the lady Lina that did my toes didnt listen to what I actually wanted color or style with the gel, it wasnt hard (solid color with glitter on one toe.) I finally just gave up on trying because it was clear she wasnt listening. Then came the nails I had gone in and had dip nails already in place the other lady, Kay started grinding away and kept looking away and grinding away at my finger I left with open abrasions on at least 4 of fingers due to her carelessness. She finally got the nails done. The very next morning before my occasion my thumb nails had already began to peel off. The bottom layer of gel was not even dry apparently and had not adhered to, I went back in and Kay fixed the thumb nails. Now its Thursday and my finger nail has peeled completely off, for the amount I paid I would expect them to last at least 2 weeks. I cant drive 45 minutes 7 more times just to get my $$ worth out of all 10 of my nails. VERY Disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful. My wife treated me to a pedicure and I loved it. The people are so professional, friendly, and do excellent work.

So far so good. It’s such a big place they can always get me in last minute, which works best for me. I can’t always partake in the glass of wine that’s included but appreciate the option. Also the deluxe non-gel pedi is AWESOME and includes a great foot and calf massage. And it lasts 2-3 weeks so I don’t have to pay the extra for the gel polish because I’m ready to go back to switch up the color and get another massage by that time anyway!

Amazing luxury experience. I highly recommend making an appointment prior to your visit. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will certainly continue making the trip out there for all of my nail services.

I havent had a pedicure in years and I finaly had the time to relax and let me tell ya Nails19 was outstanding and the perfect place for that. The best pedicure I have ever had hands down! It was so relaxing. My daughter and I got to spend some wonderful time together and love our nails! Thank you Nails19 for the wonderful customer service and hospitality! We will definitely be coming back. Oh! And the complimentary beverages and snacks were an unexpected bonus!

Update- both my pedicure and my daughters manicure still look amazing almost a month later! No chips and we didnt even do gel. I dont know how they do it but it was worth every penny!Big beautiful clean space. Free drinks and snacks. Pricier than my neighborhood salon ($35 for a basic pedicure), but there were 6 of us and they were able to serve us all at the same time. It was a nice treat.Andrew was great with my pedicure! I would definitely request him again.

Amazing quality! I’ve had a hard time finding a salon that I liked but I will definitely be coming back. Amazing customer service, they offer water, soda, snacks, espresso, tea, wine, and I’m sure much more all complimentary! Kay was the absolute sweetest and I can’t wait to come in and see her again :)!

This is a message for the manager/owner.I am newer to this salon. I have had 3 appointments since July. Two out of the three appointments I made I was given someone else other than who I requested. This happened on my very first appointment which was the very first time (back in July 2021). Ok it was a bit annoying especially that no one asked if I was okay with it.The second time I got the nail technician I made my appointment with. I came a third time and I was given someone else again even though I made the appointment with someone else. Again, no one asked if this was okay. It’s annoying because I waited for someone specific. What’s the point in making appointments in advance?Suggestion to management:If you are unable to honor the request please notify the customer by phone or at least when we show up to the appointment please mention that the person we asked for is unavailable but you have someone else.Curtesy and professionalism would be appreciated. Now I am a little disappointed and discouraged to come back.

Was super impressed with this place for the most part, however I felt like I had a pedicure given by butterflies. Barely felt it. I even asked if she could go a bit harder and she completely ignored me…..super bummer!

I’ve never been to a nail salon like this before very luxury also very good drinks and there’s no charge this salon was fabulous the first time I came and my nails weren’t the way I wanted and I told him and he didn’t even question anything besides seeing how my nails looked from last time and he was absolutely amazing the owner himself is there always there which is amazing and I had loan and they turned out way better then I thought they would she and the owner is absolutely amazing I will no longer go anywhere else I also live far from here and I will continue to go here no doubt
