Lady was so nice and it was my first time and they made me feel really comfortable

I been coming here from last one year . I love Wendy. She is kind, calm and attentive . I look forward every time .

Staff are extremely friendly upon entering but the technician that worked with me was not talkative or communicative with me. This is actually my second time experiencing this. Not.sure if its because my appointment was towards the end of the day and they are just tired but would hope to leave another review after my next appointment.

Roseville Parkway location has terrible service. I made an appointment, drove 30 mins and arrived early per their terms. Was told someone w the same name (and apparently my phone number??) called and changed my apt to tomorrow. Then proceeded to tell me “sorry. We’re booked for the day.” I tried to get refunded for my wax pass and was told no. I understand mistakes happen but at the very least correct it to make it right. No effort from the receptionist.

Quality service and product used. Tad bit expensive.

First time with Darrian, and Ill definitely be back! She was very thorough and funny... She made me so comfortable.Also, I was not planning to get a Wax Pass, but Emma was very informative and changed my mind.

Had a great time with my waxer Darrian. She is just the best. I had not been to this location before and hadnt waxed in a while. Darrian was fabulous. She was thorough and talkative but not to the point where you are annoyed just to keep the awkwardness of a stranger in your special place to a min. Her technic was spot on for me. I like when they hold the skin down after they pull an area. I was her last appointment of the day but she made me feel as if I was her first. I appreciate her tine and care.

Had an amazing experience here. Front desk sat down with me after my check-in to explain the process since it was my first time at European Wax. She walked me through the process and prices which was great information to have. I got waxed with Jordan, and she was AMAZING. So nice and easy to talk to. It wasnt awkward at all. Great experience overall.

I love how quick you can get an appointment and how its fast in and out... But he waxers are very inconsistent. My experience has been hit or miss.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. After my main girl left I started bouncing around between technicians and all of them were great! I can confidently make a last min appt here and know it will still be a great service.

As this was my first ever experience, I was a little nervous. But I was immediately put at ease with the girls at the reception desk. My overall impression with my session was professional and quick. I will be coming back!!! Thank you

I love the waxing here but I didnt like the face spa. I didn’t feel like I am getting spa done, those beds are very hard and felt very cold . They should make different comfy room for face spa .

Over the years I have been to about 5 different European wax centers and this location has been one of the best. I’ve seen lots of turn over at other locations and issues with my appointments always being late but not here. Kris P is the best Brazilian waxer I’ve ever had.

I’ve been seeing Aislinn for about 1.5 years now and I couldn’t recommend a better technician! She is very personable and makes the experience relaxing (As relaxing as waxing can be. Lol) All the receptionists are super nice as well! Definitely recommend this location.

This location needs to hire employees that A) know what theyre doing & B) carry proper information. I called to say I was moving cross country and wanted to know if I could use my package anywhere. The women said yes, but then, deactivated my account! I then asked if I could reschedule my payment for several weeks later because I would be moving and driving to my location. Again, she said yes. Needless to say my payment did not get rescheduled, and for some reason I was deleted out of European Wax Centers records. I am less than pleased.

I had the worst wax to date. All previous waxes were great, but this time hair was completely missed and my eyebrows look awful. Never going back. On top of it I received a call saying that I owe money for services I didnt receive!!!!! Im done with European Wax for good.

Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly. I had an appointment but I knew something was fishy as I didnt recieve a email or phone call. When I arrived my appointment wasnt scheduled, they made me feel as if it was no biggie and found a way to fit me in. Completely made my day as its incredibly hard for me to leave my son for things like this.

The waxing service was ok, but the front desk employees did not do a good job at making me feel comfortable or welcomes, I will not be going back.

Only place Ive found where Im not allergic to the wax. Lost a start because the price is a bit high, and the customer service is subpar.
