They did an amazing job on my eyebrows, best results I have gotten in a long time. They really took their time to pay attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the result instead of just rushing me off. Would recommended.

The staff provided excellent customer service and threading. My eyebrows look great! Im super happy with the result. The process was quick and wasnt painful at all (just a slight tingle as they pull the hairs, and way less shocking than waxing). The beautician who did my threading was gentle, professional, and very skilled. Overall I would 10/10 come back for more and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get threading done.

I love this location so much! I drive all the way from Elk Grove just to get my eyebrows done! Both ladies do a phenomenal job of keeping the place clean and making you feel comfortable by wiping down before you sit down after every single client. She does a superb job of not hurting you and she is very detail oriented and makes sure she feels shes done a perfect job before allowing you to see yourself! Love it here!

I’ve been coming to Beauty By Thread for my eyebrows for many years, and I have come across many of my favorite stylists there. Sim is one of them! She’s very quick and efficient. Not only does she manage to get right to work and finishes in a timely manner, but she also makes me look amazing! I know I can trust her, and don’t have to ask her to make any adjustments.One of my first favorites was Simran. However, this was pre-covid, and I’m not quite sure if she still works here.

We had an issue with the location on sunrise mall where they were very rude to my young daughter and made her feel bad, so we came to this location where they explained there was a misunderstanding and they helped us. These ladies do an amazing job! I have been to other threading places closer to where I live but they dont compare. I had to start coming back to beauty by thread to get my brows shaped correctly again. Manpreet always does an amazing job and has perfected her technique. Pam is great as well! Yet you can walk in and feel comfortable knowing that all the ladies are well trained and masters of their craft.

My experiences here were great until one day. One technician caused injury to the right brow which became immediately irritated. I went directly to my car and checked in the mirror, the brow was more inflamed and sore. My trip home took about 30 min. and it was worse when I arrived. Over the course of a few days, the inflammation increased, little blisters appeared. I notified the manager who was very kind and assured me the staff would be reminded about proper hygiene and technique for threading. I encourage clients to be watchful that your technician washes her hands, has new gloves on, and the thread is new. It is possible to get a herpes infection from improper threading. This infection took about 2 months to heal and left a scar. Over time the scar has diminished but is still visible. This happened several months ago.

Excellent service! My first time coming in and I was a little bit nervous. I am fair-haired and have fine blond hair all over my face. Manpreet was so amazing. She was quick and offered me breaks when I needed it and explain to me what was going to happen every step of the way. I am about 2 hours out and my face feels awesome! I did a full face threading. I was a little worried about how my skin would feel because usually after waxing my skin breaks out. So far so good! I use retinal on my face as part of my skin care regimen and waxing can sometimes be too harsh so this is perfect! I will definitely be coming back once the hair grows in again!

Many years ago I once had my eyebrows professionally done and the Tech said they were naturally uneven and I should consider doing them myself, so I have all these years. After I saw what an amazing job Janvi did for my daughter, I thought let me give it a try and I am so glad I did! Janvi is amazing! She shaped them perfectly and kept my form!!! I have never been able to achieve those same type of results!! I am hooked and have now retired my tweezers to remove splinters only;)

She understands my preferences and she is ever so gentle with my sensitive skin. I tear up every single time I come in and I’m a huge flincher but she always does an amazing job anyway. This was my first experience with threading. The young woman who worked on me was very professional, patient, and kind as she showed me how to hold my face to make the skin tight. She offered me several opportunities to take a break if I was uncomfortable, but I found the process was much more comfortable than waxing, electrolysis, or tweezing.This was my first experience with threading and I’m very happy with the results. My eyebrows are perfectly tidy but natural looking. My skin is so smooth. This salon is immaculately clean and modern. About the only slight negative is that they don’t have chairs with high backs or headrests; you have to sort of slide down in a normal height salon chair. This could be uncomfortable if you have a bad back or get a very long treatment.

I will always come back to the ROSEVILLE Galleria location JUST to see Seema. She is seriously the best stylist. Fun to talk to, professional, and I feel NO PAIN while being threaded. I live all the way in Galt (California) and I make the drive just to go back to her and this location. The other ladies are very nice and welcoming and the store itself produces good vibes.
