I did hair transplant procedure couple of years back and seeing good results over the period of time.

Its really expensive. A short office visit cost me $125. They are also very transphobic. Dont go here expecting to get helped. Instead of calling my emergency contact, they called the police on me, the police are not handled to train what issue I had, and she could have got me hurt! Very unprofessional!

My first experience was AWFUL. They dont know how to do laser hair removal. A month or so later I went in again, to give them one last try, expressing concern but Dr. Prasad was so prideful and rude, she didnt show any care in the actual results. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Definitely going back to Berman Skin Institute; they know what they are doing.

So my first interaction wasn’t all that well. I made a laser hair removal consultation appointment 2 weeks out and a day or two before my first consultation my appointment was cancelled for unknown reasons. Which really bummed me out because I read some great reviews, but they did the same thing another local medspa did to me for months. I felt as if I was being pushed aside for a more valued customer. So after a few weeks I tried again and got a consultation in a timely manner (today) and was very appreciative of the professionalism, every question I had was answered above and beyond. For years and years I have been self conscious about this area of treatment, but the staff was very genuine and non judgmental which is what I needed. My laser technician was Beltina, she made it a very casual and comfortable by telling me a little about her laser experiences and wasn’t just trying to sell me a $1000+ package which is what a lot of the local medspas will do. She ended up having a cancelation after my appointment and got me in for my first session right afterwards which worked out well. I’m really glad I went with Dr.Prasads office. If you’re looking for a medspa with the best technology and experienced staff that treats you like family this is definitely the place to go. Don’t go to those pop up medspas, you’ll get sold on an expensive package deal and they’ll turn down the strength of the laser and keep dragging you along till you spend way more than you ever intended on spending.-James B.

I shopped around and chose Dr. Prasad because walking into her office feels like you are walking into someones home. Additionally, Dr. Prasad has a warmth and an exceedingly kind aura that supplements her professionalism and medical knowledge & training. This is the perfect place to get a skin and beauty treatments. I am getting treatments for almost eight year at this clinic. Every time I am here, I get excellent customer service and communication with amazing personal. Doctor Prasad is a knowledgeable, professional doctor.She always carries about her patients needs and concerns. This is the best beauty clinic to consider skin treatments.

The staff is very friendly and professional. But I went in for a Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal and was told I would need around 5 sessions and at the end, my hair growth has slowed slightly, but is no where near gone. They told me I might need one to two more sessions, but at this point I don’t want to spend more money on a process that doesn’t seem to be working very well.

Recieved multiple rounds of laser hair removal in the bikini region but on 4th session was pretty badly burned with half moon type marks that I can still faintly see. Never recieved compensation or offer of free sessions to make up for the pain, scarring and embarrassment as it occurred at the beginning of the summer and swimsuit season.

Absolutely love the staff and DR Prasad! Everyone was super friendly and extremely informative about all the products and procedures the office has to offer! Very clean practice here, I will definitely be coming here for now on!

Bought a groupon for laser hair removal. I’ve had laser hair removal done many times before with great results that typically last 2+ years. During my first visit I explained that I didn’t feel they had the laser turned up high enough as I could feel nothing. She assured me it was just a high quality laser but would be effective. I went for multiple treatments and the hair growth came back pretty much immediately. I don’t recommend

I was looking for a gift for my wife -- some nice skin care items. The staff was fun, Kathy was great as well as Dr. Prasad who I did not expect to make recommendations to a walk in customer. My wife had purchased some unique items a few years ago on a trip to Florence. And has spoken of it occasionally so I wanted to get her something of similar or better quality. All good. I am extremely sorry that I ever decided to take my son there for laser treatment. The staff are nice and knowledgeable, however, very unprofessional in regards to selling treatment packages to minors who are not to make decisions prior to parental consent. Any professional office realizes that this is actually not a good common practice, but against the law to sell to minors. In short, I paid as this is ethical if work performed, however felt taken advantage off by a very greedy owner.

What impresses me most about Dr. Prasad is her holistic approach. The treatments are certainly helping me, but the exercises and holistic approach provide the extra training for what is proving to be a very successful treatment. My program is about 1/3 complete and has substantial results. What makes Dr. Prasad amazing in my mind is her ability to include my partner in the process to make the experience great for her and I.I appreciate her staff - they have been great to work with to find a workable schedule for the treatments, are friendly and efficient! We got laster hair removal and have had several treatments with the expected results. The nurse is wonderful and very pleasant to work with. Would recommend!

Terrible results, avoid at all costs. Go to a different place if you want what you are looking for. Outdated techniques and tools. Avoid the constant regret you will have.

I have tried several times here, but I noticed they have lot of turnovers with employees. The patient care isnt there anymore.I get Botox injections every 3 months, but each time, I havent been happy with the results. I get the impression the young gal doesnt have a lot of experience.I decided to go back to my old skin care office. The drive will be worth it, especially with the over price they charge here.

MiraDry patient - Life changing!Ive dealt with sweat overload in my armpits my whole life, to the point where I could only wear black shirts. Going into this procedure I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Prasad walked me step by step in what was going to happen. The procedure was literally almost pain free and now I am sweat free from my armpit area. Wow, Im super impressed with this place! I went to see DR. Prasad at Laser Esthetica for a Fraxel treatment due to severe adult acne scarring. The customer service and quality of treatment here is very good.They are a bit overpriced in my opinion. And they are very hard to schedule with. They hardly ever have any openings for laser hair removal.

I got the Mira Dry done about 1 month ago and the results are amazing. I highly recommend anyone that is going through an over sweating problem to go for it. I think the price is sooo worth it because I am bone dry! I do not wear deodorant anymore, only when I go to the gym or something but even then I sometimes dont and it is fine, no smell no wetness. I used to get wet and smelly with just walking out in the sun, and ruined so much clothing. Now I can wear all I want and it is all dry and smell free. The recovery process took me about 1-2 weeks to completely heal. I did get bad bruising because I bruise easily in general and swelling but honestly with my results everything is worth it!!!

I came in with a Groupon for three treatments of laser hair removal. We discussed my desire to thin out the hair. After three treatments my results are splotchy, some bald spots with strips and patches of mismatched hair. The nurse is now saying that is a normal result and I need to continue the treatment all the way to bald. I asked to upgrade to their regularly offered package of six sessions where I would pay the difference in full, getting no discount. The manager could not do the basic math to figure this out and was unwilling to do it. Honestly, she did not seem to understand that I would end up paying full price.Bottom line, they are WAY overpriced, results are mixed, customer service is terrible and they are snotty. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

My wife came here to get a mole removed. I have medical background and challenged the surgeon on weather her treatment would work because all she was doing was shaving down the mole (NOT cutting it from the root).She gave me a hotshot doctor response and gave a sales pitch on if it does comeback (the mole) then youll need a second treatment. Keep in mind that even the second $150 treatment wont get rid of the mole as she states. Moles must be removed surgically from the root to rid them. NOW the mole is growing back up. So not only did she know this would happen, she is working her sales in getting us to believe we need to go back in for a 2nd treatment.1st treatment $150 2nd treatment $150 = $300 which is the price of actually removing it elsewhere. Waste of time.Discloser: We did it because ultimately it was my wifes decision to go through with it. We arent going to do the second treatment. Im just a husband trying to have a happy wife :)

I️ had a mole on my chin removed and it came back literally two weeks later! Mind you this is a very small mole. The doctor also had a bit of an attitude and I️ felt like she just wanted to get the session over with. In a nutshell it’s overpriced, bad quality work, and bad customer service.
