I was 7 hours waiting first time for unloading. Now second time 8 plt 6 hours waiting for unloading.…..😡

If youre delivering a load, be ready to be there awhile, 5 pallets, early, 4 hours!

First time Ive been to Albertsons was in 1991. Its only about 2 miles from my house. And went there again a couple days ago, its called Save Mart Stores now. I like the receiving clerk he was a cool guy.

Typical grocery receiver long unload times plenty of space to back in though and there is parking on the street and to the side of their yard

Took 4 1/2 hours to get unloaded. But they do have over night parking

People are all very nice and friendly, but company policies are very outdated. They will give you an appointment, but when you check in on time, they will tell you are scheduled for 3-4 hours later. So plan 5-7 hours for delivery here. Lumpers are nice to you always, and charge fairly low compared to some other places. Parking on the lot for trucks. Two stars are for wasting truckers time, otherwise I would rate them five stars.

Checked in night before appointment an hour later was told they wasnt aware i was there and would get me in. Still spent a while in dock when it was only half a load.on top of that lumper desk held me up another hour saying check was no good when they checked it they were checking my card instead of the check! Another guy verified the check and its a miracle its good. I will refuse loads here from here on out! Wasted my day and had me late to next appointment 2 stars is for overnight parking and nice security guards and nice night crew!

Fast service.

You need to drive to the end of the street and turn left into parking area. Toward the front back fence of the parking is a red phone you call to leave a message of your delivery info. Be careful though when its full b/c if people park at the last parking spot you cant get out unless you back up.Make sure to go under 10MPH because if you go their posted speed limit they say your speeding.

Quickest and easiest offload ever. From check-in to check-out was less than 25 minutes. Super clean, very friendly. Wish they were all like this..

Delivering here often. They dont value your time. Always 3 or 4 hours to unload. What can you possibly do with that freight!!?. I hope they read reviews and do something about it,but they dont.

Super slow. How do you not finish a pallet count before going on break when its only 3 pallets. Poor training no wonder theres no more Albertsons.

Cant say enough good about the place. Has overnight parking, friendly and competent people. In by appointment time and very quick to unload.

I didnt have a full trailer unload. They were fast. They have a staging area you have to go to first. I dont know if you can stay there all night. And use the red phone along the fence line.

Take you early or late. Very friendly staff. They are fast unloading. Parking outside facility. Gas station/restaurants nearby. Park in staging area and walk to red phone to check in.

Nicest staff you could ever meet at such big company. From guard to check-in office to lumper. They’re taking care of drivers like their kids) 👌👌👌

Took me early before appointment time. Overnight parking. Everyone really nice and helpful. Bathroom but no drivers lounge. Lounge for employees only, would have liked to buy some snacks, but thats ok.

Got in early. 7:30am appointment but was. In by 6:30am. Unloaded by 7:45 and out the gate by 8:00am. Very fast and friendly people

Excellent produce selection but typically high California prices. Quality of staff and product is not notch. Within walking distance of both Loves and Flying J truck stops.

Good place to deliver. Parking available outside of gate. They unload quick and take you at appointment time. Lumpers are reasonably priced.

Not terrible, about average.Overnight parking ok in staging area. Use phone along fence to check in. Expect lumper fees. Took them about 5 hours all together from door assignment to paperwork back to me, but got $365 lumper fee. They use their own check numbers.

Thank god they have parking. So sick of places that want your delivery but they dont want you on their lot or provide parking. These guys are great.

I have been here for 4.5 hours to unload 1/2 a trailer. Still waiting for at least another 30 minutes for paperwork. Charged $365 in lumper fees.

Meh, f this place. Taking too long unloading 2 pallets. Always long wait. Expensive lumpers as usual. Too many unnecessary procedures. Chinese food truck, cheapskate mofo, would die for a dollar.

Fast friendly service decent prices on lumpers always like coming here they have overnight parking so you can come in the night before look for the red phone along the fence behind the parking area check in as soon as you get here no matter what time it is you can check in 24 hours a day to get you set up for your delivery

Very nice Shipping lady on phone. Told me they have overnight parking and to check in upon arrival as they may unload me early. THANK YOU SAVE MART!Appt. Time was 6pm. FINALY was Unloaded at 1:16 AM with a Lumper Fee of $380.00 ..

Good place to deliver good lumpers and they have overnight parking A+ !!!But the receiving ladies at the window could be more vocal so you can understand what theyre saying!!!

Had a 11:00 oclock appointment. got a door around 12:30. was finally done shaking around 16:45 and lumper came to my truck around 17:00. they need to get there shizzz together. 6 hours for 7 pallets. seriously!?
