Had to wait 1o minutes for bottle of window cleaner. I did not have the privilege of having bugs removed from the front of my car. If theres an additional charge for this service then I need to be made aware. I will pay. Need a manager on Sunday thats responsible.

I started off my morning by going to Tidal Wave and going to the car wash. I was greeted at the gate by Megan with a warm smile and a lovely personality. She got me through quick and sent me on to a young lady named Tobi. Tobi washed the front and back of my car with a, “Hello, how are you doing this morning?” and a grin. They both told me to have a lovely day and please come back. I did have a lovely day from starting my morning off by receiving smiles and great hospitality, and I will be coming back and recommending my companions.

Tidal wave is the best! I live on a dirt road and don’t know what I would do without them! I have been going to them since they first opened and have not had any problems!The employees are very attentive and Ed is great! He always checks to make sure everything is good!Thanks for coming to Dublin!

I took my car through and the brushes didnt hardly touch my car its black and the Finnish was still dull i took my finger and lightly ran it across the surface and you could see the dirt. You see the streaks fom the brushes

Visited for the first time today & very happy with our experience! Quick and it did a GOOD JOB. Our kiddos love the colors and lights!All the staff was helpful guiding us into the wash bay, and instructing us during the pre wash application. $20 well spent. 100% recommend

Tidal Wave is the best car wash around! My car is always exceptionally clean, and MOST of the workers are very professional and friendly. Particularly Madison, she is always very helpful and has a positive attitude! Parker is also helpful and the best at scrubbing bugs!

They used to get the bugs off my car but now that they have a new crew that lost all the magic.. today i saw a random blonde girl in the tunnel while cars were being washed.. NOT SAFE someone should be watching who goes into that tunnel.

My truck got hit by the gate. They filled out paperwork but will not return my phone calls to get the damage fixed. They are more than willing to take our money but don’t want to fix what they mess up. I will never go there again. Besides the fact it didn’t even get my truck clean.

The only car wash I use when I come to Dublin. Great Car wash...Friendly Staff...Mr. Ed always takes care of us when we come through! Highly recommended.

Today, I spent $25 for ceramic sea gloss wash. I left there, came home for a few minutes & noticed that car was not clean!! I picked my granddaughter up from school, went to another appt & went back to car wash. By now it’s been two hours, but you could clearly see that the car was not clean!!! With receipt in hand, they refused to make it good!!! Said it had to be within 30 minutes. Needless to say, they’ve lost my business!!! Better check your car before you leave!!!!

Quick and efficient, good side note, if you can pre-clean your wheels with a hands-free cleaner the experience will be even better!

I paid for the $25 wash. Only removed minor dirt, I had to go home and wash my car again. The vacuums are really good, but if you need a really good clean on your car I wouldn’t recommend

I love Tidal Wave. My 2015 Silverado has never looked this good. I wash it at least 3 times a week. Tidal Wave does a fantastic job.

The owner is always very nice. The machine doesnt clean very well and when the owner/manager is not there the staff only half way throws water on my vehicle and the dirt remains on the bumper. Im really considering discontinuing my subscription

Went and got a 10 dollars wash. Realized my mirrors were pushed in stopped to fix them and walked around the front looked at the hood and most of it was still dirty. I went back and they sent be back thru after saying it looks like tar....idk that it does. Got out to fix my mirrors and half of it was clean. Im gonna look tomorrow and see what it is besides caked on dirt. They were very nice about the whole thing gotta give them that

Very bad waited for 15 to 20 minutes before someone came out and told us they had to shut down because equipment tore up I pay every month and this happens all the time and when we do get to go through they never do a wash my hand on ours like they do other people in front or behind them dont think that is right if they can spray the under side of one car they should do it to all

I was one of the first customers when Tidal Wave opened. That day I signed up both my vehicles! Being very particular about my truck, it surprised my wife that I would change to a car wash facility. One reason was the staff. I met Ed day one. He is committed to his customers and the Tidal Wave experience. On occasion he has asked me to let him know about a particular action in the wash that might need adjustment. A time or two I noticed something that needed attention. Ed jumped on it right away. I have visited Tidal Wave locations in SC and NC. Our location is the best!

I usually enjoy getting my van washed and detailed at the Dublin Ga Tidal Wave, BUT,....today was marred by two young men who were also detailing their vehicles on either side of me, who had their car stereos turned so loud that my ears actually ached and are still numb even 3 hours later. One of the men was playing a song with vulgarities in it. I was disgusted, but ignored them and finished my van as quickly as possible and left.I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST YOU MAKE IT A POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS TO NOT PLAY LOUD MUSIC AT YOUR CAR WASH.THANK YOU, WANELLE COLLINS

I come and get my car washed at tidal wave, every week. The lines are always long, but the wait time isn’t. Good clean environment. The staff is always friendly, but it’s a young lady by the name Aaliyah that always smiling and friendly she goes above and beyond to make sure you leave a happy customer need more people like her in this world!!

They need to do a better job of getting bugs off like the Warner Robins Houston Lake Road and Augusta locations if they do that on a regular basis then theyll get five stars.

Tidal wave auto spa is my go to carwash. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I was there recently (1/16) and my car was really in need of a wash, so it took extra scrubbing. I spoke with Aaliyah about it and she said its not that dirty with a smile, them proceeded to scrub the problem areas prior to me driving through. On that day like many others I left there one satisfied customer.

My SUV was three months dirty and its color is black. I chose the 20$ service and my truck was sparkling...The in person scrubber could have put a bite more elbow grease on the front hood and grill area due to bugs being stuck on front still. But over all it did well. I will go again at some point.

Excellent job cleaning my Tacoma every time. Customer service is top notch and the vacuums work great (strong suction). Absolutely no complaints.

It did a decent job, left the left side of my vehicle with some streaks. The Warner Robins locations seems to do a better job cleaning my truck.

I love my Tidal Wave membership and the attendants. My vehicle has stayed clean every day since joining. Jacob Reeves goes above and beyond for the customers. Just wish there was a car wash in the Golden Isles - Brunswick area as good as this one when I travel.

I have been a club member for well over a year. I live in Milledgeville and work in Dublin. So you can imagine the bugs I collect along the way. I was ecstatic to see a Tidal Wave open in Dublin. I use the Dublin location at the very least 3 times a week. Ive noticed there seems to be different protocol for customers. I used the facility on Monday (June 3) and watched as the vehicle before me was given a good scrub down before it was sent down the line. I thought WOW maybe this time I wont have to get out and scrub down the front after I go down the line! HA! When it was my turn the attendant threw some water on the front and lightly brushed the grill and sent me on my way. AGAIN I had to get out and clean the hood and grill. I spent more time cleaning the car than it took for me to go down the line. I emailed the manager/owner/contact person on their website and asked how I could become a member of the exclusive club getting preferential treatment. So far no response!

I came by Sunday and this young lady her name was Aaliyah she was very polite and made me feel welcome, She greeted me with a smile while scrubbing the bugs from my car. The surrounding areas where neat and clean no lingering trash on the ground my whole experience there was pleasant and friendly I’m most definitely coming back soon.

Very good place to get your car washed. You have to put your car in neutral and the car wash takes you on through. You get to vacuum your vehicle out yourself and there’s no time limit whatsoever. Best car wash ever ! Will definitely be joining the Tidal Wave Team soon !!

I thought that I had unlimited car washes when I joined the club. I had a car washed at lunch but needed it again after work. I was promptly informed that I could only have a car washed once per day. I was quite surprised as I was directed to drive through and exit to the right.What does the term unlimited refer to?

A little pricey for a carwash, but other than that, its a very nice place. My kids thought it was really fun going through with the lights they shine on your car through the soap bubbles.

I’m on my 2nd month club membership for the $29 wash and I love it.... I pretty much go through the wash several days throughout the week which is great....keeps my truck clean,especially with the pollen....and my kids love going through the colorful bubbly tunnel....which is very relaxing after sundown ....the lights and colors illuminate Truck all around....😊

Great place for a good car wash. It isnt one of those laser washes that never touches your vehicle. It actually gives your ride a good scrubbing.

Ive had nothing but great experiences going to tidal wave. Every time I am there the staff is very helpful. My granddad who has a monthly pass has nothing but good things to say about tidal wave. He says I enjoy going and I have never had any problems or issues after getting my car washed. Ive gotten compliments on how clean my car is, even after its been a couple of days after ive gotten it washed.

This place is awesome! Ive tried all the car washes in Dublin and Tidal Wave is THE BEST! The property is so clean and maintained so well. I am an uber driver so I am always having to use car washes. Some car washes Ive gone to Im honestly afraid they will mess my car up or the equipment wont work. But not at Tidal Wave. I love their unlimited month option. The employes are always so nice and helpful. Especially the manager Josey Mcnicol. She is always doing her best to keep customers satisfied. She is always smiling and super friendly and knows her stuff. Tidal Waves sure knows how to pick their employes and how to make having to have your car washed a great experience. They always make my day.

After buying a membership and using tidal wave Dublin several times I am told that my truck is too wide?? Told that I can no longer use Tidal Wave Dublin. How are you gonna have a car wash in Georgia and a 4x4 with no lift and tires only an inch wider than the truck not be allowed? My truck is no wider than a factory F-250. Gonna lose a lot of business.
