I came here for my haircut back in July, my first since moving to the area in 2019 and the pandemic, and Helen did an incredible job! The staff service, haircut, and wash/style is a great value for what you pay. The environment is super clean and fun, too. Ill definitely be coming back for my regular trims and cuts.

Helen is amazing! I am so happy to have found a local hairdresser who is very talented AND charges a reasonable price. Helen has the perfect combination of technical skills and people skills. She was able to guide me towards a haircut that works great with my texture, is low maintenance, and gets lots of compliments. I had been wearing heavy bangs for years; Helen helped me see that not only was this high maintenance style not necessary, but my face looks better without it! She takes her time and does a thorough job, continuously checking in with me about my needs and wants. Helen is also a kind-hearted person and lots of fun to talk with. I was flattered that she remembered everything about me after meeting only once (3 months prior). She clearly is in the right industry, and I hope to have her as my stylist for years to come. The salon design is fun too, they play classic music videos on big flat screen TVs while you get your haircut and the chairs vibrate to the beat!

My Husband had his hair cut by Helen and she was fantastic! She is a great listener who really worked with my Hubby to achieve what he was looking for. She is highly skilled! He looks like a million bucks and feels great. The salon is super fun. The music and the concept is excellent. He will be back!

Haven’t had my hair cut in over 4 years and decided it was time for a new hairstyle. This was my first time at hair guitar. I showed Helen a few reference photos of what I was thinking of doing and she did amazing throughout the haircut. She made me feel like we were a team and made sure that she was doing exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love the results! I highly recommend this hair salon, especially with Helen!

I received an excellent haircut and the music experience was better than I expected. Sarah took the time to tailor my difficult cut – I have tons of cowlicks. And I loved the music videos! It reminded me of MTV in the 80s and early 90s when they actually played music. Good variety of rock and pop. Also, they use high-quality hair products and the shampoo at the end was awesome. Sarah took the time to give a nice scalp massage as well. Loved all the rock memorabilia – makes me want to redecorate my office. Well done Hair Guitar!

I just had my first haircut here. I highly recommend Hair Guitar. The atmosphere is great. I made my appointment and later got a text to let them know when I arrived. They sterilize everything after each customer. The prior two places I had been did not do this. Also, they actually listen to you. At other places I have been, the stylists seem to just hope you will like it and not complain, here, she actually listened to me and checked with me about the length throughout the cut. I really appreciated that. Very friendly and easy to work with. I have found my new permanent barber shop. My next appointment is already scheduled. :)

I went to Hair Guitar because I saw good reviews online. I had the pleasure of meeting Helen and having her do my hair. She was so nice, detailed and very knowledgeable. To my surprise she gave me a full consult on my hair and I learned a lot about my hair type and ways to keep it healthy and manageable. Ive never had an experience like the one I had at Hair Guitar. I felt involved in every step of the way to make sure my hair was cut exactly how I wanted. Definitely recommend to anyone with all hair types!

I went in with my natural hair and got a cut by Helen, she walked me through the process and even taught me a bit more about my hair and helped me decide on a cut that would work with my lifestyle, I had a good time there plus my hair looks great, I will be back :)

Great service, but after calling in to request acceptance of coupon for $10 cut, shampoo and massage and them confirming, they gave me a $27 one. Bad business to not follow through.
