I’ve dealt with a handful of body shops in the past, and I can truly say that I have never experienced better service. From start to finish, everyone I came into contact with was professional and worked to make sure I understood the process. My truck was fixed nearly a week early and to better than it was before I was rear ended. 10/10! Can’t recommend them enough!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. Because I have an older car, parts were not easy to get. This body shop kept me informed all along the way and treated me with respect, courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

This review is for the Caliber Collision on Industrial Ave, in Roseville CA.Let me start off by saying throughout the years I have taken my cars to a few other Caliber Collision in my area and they all have been horrible experiences. They always treated their customers like cattle and have no attention to detail. Once the car is gone, they do not want to take responsibility for issues found later on, even though they have a Life Time Guarantee. So I was extremely hesitant about taking my wifes car to another Caliber Collision, just to be treated the same.Right from the start when my wifes car was dropped off Caliber Collision made us feel welcomed. John was assigned as the Caliber Collision rep who would work on our car and keep us updated. He did an excellent job of that. I appreciated the fact that he kept us in the loop, but did not over inform us with information not needed. When the car was ready (it was on time), I got to meet John for the first time. It was like meeting and old friend, his demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. He went over the repairs and spoke to me like I was human being, not trying to rush me off just to get his next vehicle to rush through. No, he cared and spent time to make sure you were comfortable with the workmanship. When we left Caliber Collision, my wifes car drove like it was never in an accident and there were no flaws to be found.I can only recommend Caliber Collision on Industrial Ave, in Roseville CA.The other two in my area I would stay away from.

After my accident a few years ago they took care of me buy holding my car until it was inspected. Recently my daughter was rear ended and we got a few quotes including one from Caliber.She decided to go with Caliber and back bumper was replaced and color matched to a T. They kept her in the loop throughout the process and when she went in to make the payment her student account would not let her make such a big payment. She has work in about 20 min so the told her to get a check from the bank and they would drop off the car at her job. They did exactly that and I am not surprised. This is the kind of service I am grateful for and it is good to know businesses still offer this much customer care.

A plus for quality of service, handle with my insurance and was given updated status about my car daily. My car looks very nice. A job well done. I was assisted by John Craft, thank you.

We had our car fixed here through an insurance claim and they were very professional and very helpful throughout the process. They walked me around the vehicle and explained what was fixed and how it was. They completely cleaned the entire interior of the car, it looked brand new when it was finished. Far exceeded expectations!I needed some insurance work done after I was rear-ended. Somebody at Nissan recommended Caliber and another place. Calibers Google and Yelp reviews were better so I went here.Everybody I dealt with (Kathy, Kurt, and Tony) were professional and communicated clearly. They worked well with the insurance company when some hidden damage was found.The work was great and my car was ready a day earlier than originally promised. Went in today after my wiper stopped working after replacing my front windshield at safelite. Caliber collision was so friendly, professional, and honest. Took care of the issue for free because it was a simple fix. Very personable and dont keep you waiting. Will be back for more repairs :)

By far the best experience dealing with an auto body shop. James and his team took amazing care of us. They dealt with insurance, claims adjustors, made it so simple on us and we trust their work implicitly. Have used them for 2 different fender benders and have referred them at least twice with all experiences being great.

I have never used them for repairs to my automobile, the owner and I have a mutual friend, and I have only met the owner one time but he struck me as a very professional straight-shooting guy and I would definitely consider at least getting a quote from him if I need Automotive body repair.

I used them in a time of need because of their availability and found myself lucky to find such an honest, hard working, dependable body shop. From the estimate to driving away their workers were open, honest, friendly, courteous and took the time to explain everything they did and why.
