We brought our 2021 Jeep Cherokee here to get some collision work. The hood needed to be replaced, as well as a few trim pieces on the front fenders, and some paint blending. They had the vehicle for roughly 14 days. Upon getting the vehicle back, we noticed the newly replaced fender trim was popping off, there were paint drips all along the edge of the hood near the windshield, and a hair under the clear coat where they freshly painted. There was paint over spray on the headlights as well as cutting compound all over the trim work. My wife returned the vehicle a few days later for them to fix the issues which basically was them wiping the vehicle down and sending her on the way. At this point we reached out to our sales person to discuss the issues with him and the general manager. They agreed the work was subpar and helped us get the issues fixed. After 4 weeks of waiting, we finally got approval from FCA to fix the issues. We dropped the vehicle back off on a Monday and were told it should be done 4 days later on Friday. Without surprise it wasnt done until the following Friday 11 days later. Assuming that it took longer because they wanted to fix it properly, boy was I wrong. The paint drips on the hood edge werent fixed, the blending of the paint is an absolute JOKE, theres small black spots all in the paint, theres an obvious tape line where it was resprayed, and the vehicle has compound all over the black trim. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY! The workmanship out of this shop is a pathetic excuse. Do yourself the favor and take it to a 3rd party shop like pole position auto body.

Hit a deer and had pretty extensive damage to the front end. These guys opened shop to receive my Jeep after a long day and then they were kind enough to give me a ride to my rental car a few blocks away. Every step of the way they were courteous and forthcoming about what was going on. A+ customer service. Much better than expected.

I’ve been taking my car to another dealership since I bought it 5 years ago. That dealership was ok, but due to proximity was becoming more of an inconvenience every time I brought it in. I had an issue with the debris/heat shield and had taken the day off to get it fixed. I decided to bring my car to Mike Riehl’s simply out of convenience...With all that said, I had such a good experience there that I plan on scrapping the old dodge dealership in favor of this one. The service was quick and the attendants and staff were incredibly helpful and extremely nice. Couldn’t recommend them more!

In my experience with Roseville Chrysler Collision, they are the best around. They truly care about theur customers and their work. Some people say they take their time well yeah if you want something done right. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhwre else. Thank You soo much guys and ladies.From Diane and Paula Brown

My vehicle sat in their lot for at a minimum 10 days. Meanwhile Im paying for a rental car thinking mine is getting worked on. Everytime I called they said they needed another week, blaming parts orders or the insurance company. It took a month to replace a window and fix some dents/scratches. I drove around for a week with the damage because they said they needed time for parts to come in. They lied about being ready for the car and couldnt take responsibility for their fault. Go anywhere else, but here. Even if they have a better price, youll end up paying for it somehow.

These guys like to lie. After the radio was stolen out of our van these guys told me to bring it in so they could see what all needed to be replaced and order the parts ahead of time. We drop it off yesterday so they could fix the radio and everything else that was damaged and then they were to run it down the street to their dealership to have a recall part replace. The next day after not hearing anything we called. They lied and tried to blame the dealership. When we called them out on it they came back and said they were waiting on parts to fix the radio. We called them out on that and they then blamed AAA saying they couldnt preorder the parts until they had the van and looked into it. Why did I bring it in a week early so they could order the parts?! One lie after another. This will be the last time I go here.
