Very disappointed. I had rent a apartment for six months and they offer me with 200 more because it’s Short term! And now after complete of six months contract, applying for a year contract, they offer me same price of 6 months contract but in their website the apartment that i have, with same specifications and size are much less that what they offer me! How come for new tenants are market price is much lower than ex. Tenant?! And when I spoke to incharge person, she says we can’t do anything! I asked for couple of different services from the time I am here and never accomplished, so how you are increasing your rent? Against what services? Very disappointed ☹️

My husband, who has an apartment at Pinnacle, passed away suddenly. We made the apartment manager, Crystal, aware of his death. When we came a few days later (with his keys), the lock had been changed (with no notice given to me, his legal next of kin) and I cant access his clothing or wedding ring for his viewing/ visitation. I have been calling for 4 days now, and my mother drove over to speak with Crystal, but she is apparently never at work and will not return my call. This is terrible enough without being locked out, as though Im a criminal rather than his wife (who has next-of-kin and documentation of his death. ) I wonder if Ill be kept away long enough to be charged for another months rent, since the days are ticking by... Awful experience.

I love love love living here. I have always dreaded living in an apartment as I have always lived in a house. Pinnacle has changed my mind completely. Not only is it in the best location by the mall and top notch restaurants, but It feels like I live at a resort. They have the best pool/hot tub area. They also have a huge fitness center I can use 24hrs.The staff is very sweet and helpful. Maintenance here is on top of things and they do a great job of keeping the complex nice and clean.

From the walk-through, application process and move-in, it was so easy! Rachel answered all my questions and took the time to really explain my contract. I love that she followed up with me after move in to make sure I was settling in nicely. They also do resident events that i really enjoy, gives me a chance to meet a few of my neighbors, its just that extra effort from the staff that makes this feel like home. They also are on top of keeping the grounds clean and maintenance in tip top shape. If your looking into moving here i highly recommend.

The property is really well kept and always clean. Rachel in the office made the transition from my last place to pinnacle very smooth and welcoming. I was able to attended the casino resident event (one of many resident events put on by Pinnacle) last year and my boyfriend and I had a great time playing the games and socializing with the other residents. It was also nice to socialize with the office staff outside of an office setting. I would highly recommend the Pinnacle at Galleria if your are looking for your next place to call home.

This Complex is amazing. The office staff is fantastic, they always know my name when I go in. They have great resident events. Rachel and Chelsey always make the office feel so inviting. Any time I have an issue Tanya makes me feel like a priority.. I cant give this place a high enough rating..

I have been a resident at Pinnacle for over 15 years, which obviously says a lot about my opinion. The grounds are nice, the staff is great and responsive and the apartment is very nice. A big positive for me is the community garden which not only provides fresh vegetables but also a focal point for community interactions. The best way to sum it up is that I consider Pinnacle my home.

This is such a lovely community and the absolute perfect location! The apartments are spacious and it just immediately feels like home. Tanya, the community manager is so friendly and helpful! Sometimes parking is tough, but that is expected in an apartment complex. I definitely recommend checking out this place and considering it to be your new home if you are looking to move!

They’ve been amazing since even before we moved in! Always helpful, super prompt on maintenance calls, and Rachel and Chelsey are always amazing anytime we call with questions! Our lease is up and we are staying simply because of how great this complex is!

I’ve been here for quite awhile now and I have to say that I love these apartments, they are definitely premium apartments and have enjoyed living here throughly. The staff is also very helpful and great, Chelsey was the initial staff lead that signed me up and moved me in very quickly last year and has continued to be a huge asset for any problems that I need to call in for. I appreciate the fact that I have the opportunity to live at these amazing apartments.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. The close proximity to shopping and restaurants is a bonus. The office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t recommend this property enough.

Coming home to this peaceful setting at the Pinnacles@Galleria has been a true blessing for me & my family. The lovely gals in the office Racheal, Chelsea and Tanya have been there for us every step of the way through this Covid time. Our surroundings are pristine and the communication is right on time. This is definitely one of the best decisions I have made. A beautiful home in a safe space🌸A ‘BIG’ thank you to the gals in the office☮️

I spoke with Chelsey about an apartment for my cousin. She was very professional and very helpful. She explained all the info that my cousin needed to know. We were both impressed. My cousin is gonna visit again and I would say she’s gonna move in.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have never come across a problem that they did not fix immediately. The grounds have always been maintained to perfect standards. I switched apartments from a 2br to a 1br with zero complications. Overall just a great place to live and I have not thought about living anywhere else since moving to Roseville from the Bay Area.

Who says you cant have it all! This property is great location, spacious floor plans, and the BEST STAFF, they listen and the care about their residents!!!I would recommend to everyone!

UPDATE!!!My friend just informed me that she got a noise complaint pinned to her door!! OMGOODNESS!! I Dont think the managers investigated at all. My fiend is hardly ever in her apartment. Shes owner operator of a store. She works all day and into the night! Whoever complained must be hearing those upstairs neighbors of hers! I tell you honestly it is unreal the amount of noise they make!!I was here visiting a friend for a couple days but actually had to leave and get a hotel room due to the noise. These apartments should really think about where they place people. The tenants in the unit upstairs have little regard for anyone but themselves. The children and adults seems as if they bowl and move furniture around up there all day and into the night long. Then theres this constant pounding! Its horrible! Also the parking is horrendous. Its practically nonexistent for visitors...........................

This place was great to live in. Awesome staff and awesome amenities. They were really great to work with and responded to every issue immediately. Best thing about Pinnacle at Galeria is Chelsey Murphy - she was EXTREMELY helpful throughout my entire stay. She went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service, instant responses, putting any concerns at ease, and always with a smile and excitement.I 100% percent recommend living at the Pinnacle at Galeria. Great location to a lot of restaurants. You have the shops at the Galeria right in front of you. There’s also a nice 5 minute walking trail to a beautiful park nearby.The place is very well kept with consistent maintenance. I remember them servicing the landscaping at least once a month it felt great living in a clean complex. The maintenance staff that works there are also super friendly and easy to work with. Responded to any maintenance issues within 24 hours.I loved grilling by the pool after some basketball on their court - very relaxing. Only recommendation is to have more grills out there :DBig thank you to the staff & Pinnacle group for a memorable experience!

I love this property! It is so nice and well maintained! The pool is beautiful - it backs up to a large greenbelt area, so you dont feel like you are in an apartment. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I love all of the resident events they have for us :) If you ever need anything, just go into the office and they will all be happy to help!! If you dont live here, you should!

Pinnacle at Galleria is a beautiful, recently upgraded community! The leasing staff is always professional and ready to take care of the residents needs!. The property has wonderful amenities and you cant beat the location! It is across the street from the Galleria Mall and next door to the gorgeous outdoor Fountains Shopping Center with amazing restaurants, shops, outdoor entertainment and kid friendly fun. Pinnacle is a great choice for families, singles and business executives. They offer short term leases and fully furnished apartments!

I have lived here for a better part of a year now. My neighbors are great! There are many nights a week that we get caught up chatting in passing. Everyone here is so nice and really make us feel at home. Two Thumbs up!

About 1.5 years living here and its met or exceeded my expectations. Apartment was refinished before moving in and it has been very nice since day one. The amenities are nice, the property is clean and very well taken care of, but best of all - the staff has been some of the best and professional Ive ever met.

Quiet community next to beautiful open space on one side and the best shopping in Roseville--on the other. Apartments are spacious, clean and renovated. The pool area is like a resort overlooking the open space with gas bbqs and a fireplace. Also parking is never a problem unlike so many other apartments.

The complex is nice, really well kept but the parking is the worst. I would not recommend this place just because of parking. Every night coming home from work I had to circle the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for someone to pull out, and there is nowhere nearby to park either that is not the apartment. Great job with the complex but would never recommend living there.

My mom and I went in to tour the apartments today Chelsea made us feel right at home and welcomed, we hope to live there soon

Great property! Location is prime next to the Galleria Mall and The Fountains. The staff is friendly and professional. The property is kept clean and well maintained.

This place is filled with outdoor cockroaches that will get in the apartments. The hot water heater above me was leaking and caused mold to grow in my water heater room and apartment. They painted over the mold and removed the baseboards. Because I had no baseboards for weeks as they refused to fix it I had roaches coming into my apartment. When I told them to fix it they were extremely rude and put a 3 day notice on my door. When I moved in the windows didnt lock so they fixed them but whenever it rains my living room fills up with water all over the window sill and floor. They said thats the nature of the windows.

These are among the worst apartments I have ever lived in. We try to pay our rent online and it wont work so we get charged a 100 late fee. When we moved in our walls in the kitchen were lined with grease, the microwave was broken, the floors had stains and our countertops were falling apart and it took a month for them to fix it after multiple requests.also our AC went out in the dead of the summer when our newborn was 6 months old. It took them 3 days to come out and fix it. They said my baby being a 100 degree house was not considered an immediate emergency.I urge everyone to stay away from these apartments.
