The detailing service is awesome on older cars that really need a good clean. Though yes it’s pricey. For the general cleans I usually do the Good package with the added $17 full service clean (interior). I have found them to be the best in the area! I cannot say the same for their other facility in Baltimore City, but this White Marsh location does a good job!

Paid for a $22 Platinum wash and paid the extra $17 for full service cleaning. Half my dashboard was wiped down. None of my back was vacuumed. And theres still streaks and fingerprints on my interior windows. Why would I pay a membership when you cant do a decent job for the first time as a trial.

I tried this place because it came highly recommended. I was not impressed. The inside of my car is still dirty. I should have gone to the hand-wash auto detailer near my home, instead of driving 20 minutes to this place. Not worth $37 dollars. My console is still dusty (car sat for 2 months) and my window is smudged with what must be wax spray. My interior doors still have the same marks; as if they were never cleaned. Not going back. Great impressive looking building, clean and inviting atmosphere for you to wait in and friendly service. But my interior is still dirty in a car I barely drive. Its a No. for me.

Overall I really like this place. Have used a few times now. There have been cases where they could have paid a little more attention to details but these are young guys and gals. If you notice they missed something you can ask and they will take care of it.

Damaged my Wheel. Took our car to @cantoncarwash on Saturday (we have a monthly membership) the girl guiding me onto the track wasn’t paying attention. My sidewall got torn apart. The manager viewed the video and said they saw nothing. My tire was 💯 percent damaged pulling onto the track.

Price is high. Im not entirely sure theyve been trained to use a buffer properly. There were still scuffs all over my truck and extra ones with the medium they use for buffing. But I was able to just wipe them off. The interior was great. Maybe next time Ill just have them detail the inside and leave the outside alone.

This is the only car wash I’ll go to. The best parts are the following; they hand dry your car for you, they have plenty of free vacuums (and one on each side of your car so you don’t have to move!), they have lots of sprays and shammy towels, they offer recycling so I don’t have to feel guilty emptying my collection of coke bottles lol, they have a mat vacuum machine, etc. I’ve never used the interior services but they seem great as well! And one time there was a malfunction with the car wash and they let me go through twice and gave me a gift card for a few more visits. Coming here is self care for me. I have fun cleaning my car and leaving with a nice-smelling, shiny car!!!

I love this place. Great service and self service stalls for vacuum and detailing. Definitely recommend, its a good value at 36$if you go once a week or more.

They rush the job. I paid for the interior and exterior service with car freshener. I received my car back with a coffee stain I spilled on the out outside of the car I came in with. The didn’t vacuum or wipe my car down on the inside. Let’s not talk about the inside windows they didn’t clean. For what they charge they have to do better. The manager JT gives horrible customer service he has an I don’t care attitude

One of the best automatic car wash in the area. Their free vacuum stations with some essential cleaning supplies are excellent. Always busy. Only bad part is youll need to wipe off dirt and gunk after the wash and vacuum stations are really useful for that.

I don’t know who did drying for the 12:00 shift but he was listening to music and was so busy being disrespectful my car wasn’t dried properly thank god for AJ because he dried my doors, sprayed my car, and cleaned the cup holders out he never gives me any attitude . I also love Cebastian and Joshua they’re my favorite guys when I come to the car wash. They fix any problem the other team mates don’t . For the premium car wash membership needs to offer a lot more and tell the people in the bay to make sure they don’t miss anything after this month ima do the inside my self.

I give this carwash 0 stars. Waited behind someone having a machine issue. Meanwhile they open another lane and let all other cars in while I am stuck behind this issue. After the problem was fixed no apology or anything was offered. I will never go back the management is super rude and unprofessional!

So Im a member and got unlimited washes, but I also added interior and hot wax. After everything was done. I proceeded to leave, but I then noticed my car tires were only done on one side. So I had to get back in line just to let them know. I stayed in the car and they were supposed to do the other tires....guess what it STILL wasnt done. I then noticed that my car wasnt wiped done very well because its water spots on the front of the car. I was not happy. I dont think imma be going back. Also probably gonna cancel the membership. I can clean my car better for less.

This is what the $22 platinum service will get you. The gentleman who towel dried my car left so many marks and streaks on my windows that I am just going to have to rewash the vehicle.

Service is taking a serious nose dive. Vehicle is not being cleaned well, outside or in. Second time I complained about tire shine and now they cant manually do anything about it.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jamie once I went inside to pay for my car wash. It was refreshing. I work overnight and really did not want to come in to wash my car in the morning. I have the unlimited car wash (exterior only). There are very few employees that take pride in drying my vehicle after the car wash. I was there yesterday, 3/30/2021. Jason H. was drying my truck. He took pride in what he was doing and i very much appreciate that. The past few times i was there before yesterday, the employees took literally 5 seconds to do their job and it wasnt even busy. AWFUL especially for $44 interior + exterior... so get this they said (three different employees today july 31 @9am) that THEY DONT WIPE YOUR WHEELS/RIMS AT ALL AND DONT PUT TIRESHINE ON THE WHEELS MANUALLY AT ALLif the machine doesnt clean it or put on tireshine they will send you back through the machinelocation in nottingham is AWFUL bunch of kids work there, disengaged seems annoyed to be at work... nobody cares who works here and no one seems to be in charge

Canton Car Wash did an amazing job on my inter/exterior auto detailing. Lead by Cayla (or Kayla), the team made vehicle look brand new!I had a large amount of sap from the summer. After multiple attempts to wash it I couldn’t get it off. I made Canton Car Wash aware of the issue and they spent ample amount of time removing every spot. I am so thankful for their meticulous work! Awesome job. Finished in a timely manner and only costs $250. I would recommend the detailing service to anyone!

Alec helped get my car open after I locked my keys in the car. He is such a good employee. He is very friendly and patient. I am glad he was at work today.

The service was fast. It took us few minutes to wash. The vacuum stations were well equipped with glass, leather cleaners etc. Not bad for $16 wash.

I paid $70 of my hard earned money and Carton Car Wash (White Marsh) failed to remove a spilled milkshake in the back sit of my car. They assured me for the service they had me order theyd fully clean and remove the milkshake from the area. They didnt even bother touching it and they made me wait there for over 3 hours! I couldve done a much better job myself. Im disappointed that I had to kick out $70 and not get the main issue I was there for resolved!

Today was my first and last time going there. They attempted to clean my car but did the WORST job Ive ever seen. I had to throughly clean the inside myself at the self serve area, for the work I put in they need to pay me...smh

I should have listened to all the reviews.. my car gets cleaner after a rain storm than it did today after their “premium” exterior wash! I spent 20 mins hand washing my car after getting it washed just so I could drive away with a clean fill. The only good part is the self service station because it gives me plenty of room to get the real work done.. I know better than to waste anymore money here.. feels like I just threw $22 out the window on the highway!! Lesson learned.

At first I wasn’t real pleased with what I had purchased. So on my way home I called, spoke to Kyle, and explained my dissatisfaction with the exterior wash and the interior package which I thought included windows. He recommended I come back the next day and have a “redo.”I showed up around the same time the following day and I showed my receipt, said to contact Kyle, and I was here for my “redo.” I was told Kyle had just left. A young man approached me and said he was the Manager and that he will make sure that my car will be done right and I would be taken care of. Well I agree. A great job, well done! Thank You.

I’ve been a member of Canton Carwash for years. I usually use the WM carwash 4 times a week. It is very seldom I can leave there without having to pick up a rag and do something myself on my car! Hand marks all over the exterior, windows smudged, interior never looks clean. They take my floor mats and just throw them back in car so they are crumbled up! It’s gotten so bad I’ve been driving 20 minutes to Abingdon, where the service is excellent, instead of 5 minutes to the WM carwash. I will say, anytime I’ve spoken to the manager he does listen and tries to correct the situation. As I sit waiting for my car I watch customer after customer go through the same poor service! Please do better!!

I was very disappointed. First time I used it and the car didnt get clean and when the young man wiped the car down he barely touched it. I have gotten a better wash for less money on Ritchie highway in Brooklyn. I live over here so I cant always get there but I guess I will just have to wait to get quality work.

Pretty decent work and great with keeping my car clean to almost near new car like cleanliness. Been suscribed to the monthly unlimited full service washes for over a year now and couldnt be more pleased. However my main concern is the management of vehicles post service when turned back over to the owners, how does the service team know whos car belongs to who?

This is without doubt the worst car wash I’ve been to, $37 for a $8 gas station regular wash, car is still dirty inside and out. Total unacceptable for the price payed, I even complained while I was there and they put my car through the automated wash again, but still missed the dirty areas, no one checking to see if it was clean and complete lack luster work from the workers detailing the car. For sure Im never getting my car cleaned there again, total waste of money.

Maybe even a 4.5. I went with the interior only express detail today and the team did a terrific job. It was well worth the cost, which was less than I anticipated.

Great job cleaning my Chevy Tahoe, staff friendly and courteous.

Ive been using this car wash since it came to the area. When it first came everything was wonderful, I paid for full service interior/ exterior membership, the service was amazing. I felt that the money was well spent. After a year went by, Ive noticed that the staff has changed and so did the quality of the service. Long story short, I changed my membership to exterior only! If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. Ive enjoyed the service for going on 4 years now. I had a membership for 2 BMWs. I used the car wash 2-3 times a week. What Ive started to notice was that the car wash was gradually stripping the finish off my cars and the brushes in the car wash was scratching up my cars! Also, Ive had some under carriage damage, that I can only guess was a result of using this car wash. BUYER BEWARE! I know the scratches came from the car wash because the scratches are in the same places on both cars. I bought this issue up to the manager and he only offered to sell me a detailing package that would buff out the scratches for abou t$154 for one car! Ive canceled my memberships and looking for a brushless or hand car wash. I miss the convenience of this car wash, but not at the expense of my car!

I paid $44,,,, NOT including tip for the PLATINUM service, #2 service AND Wax... After my car came thru what supposed to be a COMPLETED service.... I had to LITERALLY have them redo MAJORITY of the service!! RUSHED JOB! First time there & I was HIGHLY disappointed!

Was there yesterday. Everyone was nice. The facility seems state of the art. But they did a really bad job. I should have paid more attention, but when you pay so much - I didn’t think I had too. I just jumped in and left. Some of the vacuuming was undone. Widows dirty. And and none of the cup holders or doors were wiped. I paid for the platinum package Not a big deal, but now I have to do something I paid Canton Car Wash to do.

The cleaning of my vehicle was great, inside & outside which took about 45-55 minutes. But my issue with this place is I had a cellphone that I was returning thru the USPS. It was in a cellphone box and another brown box that is was going to be shipped in. When I say that THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DAMAGED ON THE PHONE, I MEAN JUST THAT. WHEN I GO GET IN MY CAR AFTER GIVING A HEFTY TIP! I was admiring the work that was done on my interior. I proceeded to leave and go get the phone shipped- opened the box and now there is damage to my phone, again nothing was damaged on the phone that was in a box and another box. I went to speak with a manager who told me that they needed to look at footage, she comes back once, and asked me again for my make and model I tell her she leaves comes back and tells me per the footage there was nothing that they did wrong. I am a 63 year old mother/grandmother who works two jobs and I have no reason whatsoever to lie about my phone being damaged during the cleaning of my vehicle, my daughter as well as the T-Mobile clerk can vouch that there was no damage to the phone that was being shipped for a hefty credit to my cell phone account.. Taking this matter up to a higher authority for CANTON CAR WASH WHITEMARSH, AND WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THE CLEANING OF MY VEHICLE WAS EXCELLENT.

If you can clean your own car out, do it. They do basic jobs inside, light vacuum. Not worth the price whatsoever.

Their customer service is horrible. I was waiting in line to get the interior of my car cleaned for over 30 minutes. I ended up leaving without getting my interior cleaned. The other location in Baltimore City is much better I would not recommend coming to this one.

Wasnt too pleased with my last visit. Make sure you double check everything before you leave, in case they need to send things through again.

After coming home from a salty road trip, my Escape was filthy! A quick stop at Canton Car Wash returned it to normal. I would have given 5 stars but the person doing the pre-rinse missed half of the lift gate leaving it partially dirty after the wash.

I used to be very impressed with this location. However, I have now begun to notice that I have swirls in my vehicles paint after using the service on a regular base. I like what they offer on-site, but I dont want my paint to suffer. Plus they now have the tir shine applied during the wash. Well that makes a mess down the side of my car. Bring back the bottles of tire shine it was less messy.

I just wanted to write in with a compliment.We’ve been coming to Canton Car wash at least a couple times a month, sometimes every week, for 4 years. We’ve almost never had a problem.But today I guess it was a busy Saturday and the inside of our car was horrible. They clearly didn’t even attempt to vacuum or even dust most of the surfaces.When we came back around to let someone know, the woman at the kiosk around 12:30 was incredibly helpful. She asked clarifying questions to see exactly what the problem was and immediately set us up in one of the detailing stations.Dominic then asked exactly what our concerns were and gave our car the best inside cleaning it’s ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure he resolved the issue we had. He’s a great employee and you should make sure he knows that.I wish I got the name of the woman who originally helped at the kiosk, but she was gone when we walked back over. She was also incredibly helpful.Thanks for being a great company. And for clearly setting up an work environment where your employees are empowered to fix mistakes without having to make a big deal and find a manager. I was very impressed with my service today.

AMAZED by the attention to detail. Dropped off my 2019 Stinger on January 12th for a clay bar wax and man was I blown away. Fee for this service was $90 and it was worth every penny. I believe the person who waxed the car was the wash manager and one other employee. Felt bad I didn’t have the money to leave a large tip. Will definitely be doing this every couple months to keep my car looking brand new.

I have a monthly membership at the Nottingham location and when going though the car wash today and getting in the dry line like any other day, I was welcomed by an employee named Paul who meticulously took the time to dry my vehicle properly and with care. Too often the person drying rushes the vehicles through and does a shoddy job. Paul looked carefully over my vehicle, wiped any bug guts that weren’t removed, and looked over everything extremely carefully. It was refreshing to see someone care about their job and I called the manager to thank them as well (and find out his name) and let him know he was a hard worker. I don’t leave reviews very often but this one was warranted for a job well done. Everyone else should be up to Paul’s standards.

So I have been to plenty of car washes but nothing topped the service that I received here! Sam made my car look brand new! I didn’t even know it was my car when he was finished . His customer service and professionalism is top notch. I even recommend my family and friends to him and they had the same experience. Nothing but positive feedback 🙂 thanks a bunch Sam

Quality of washes has been going downhill for sometime. Got a full detailing 2 months ago. They never vacuumed, cleaned open door jams and the windows were horrible. Contacted them from the road. They said bring it back. I said I couldnt. They said to just mention it when I return. Did so 2 weeks later...acted like I was trying to pull a fast one.Wife went back, against my wishes, last weekend. Didnt vacuum under seats, windows were streaked and they never sprayed freshener in vehicle. She turned around and saw a manager. After waiting 15 minutes she left. Im hearing the same stories from others as well.Sad. Great operation. Hope it improves.

Great team here at the white marsh location. Everyone is polite and helpful. They do a great job with the exterior and interior of my honda civic. I usually get the ocean fragrance, but I am starting to experiment with the others and fresh & clean is quickly becoming my second favorite. I really enjoy it :)

I used to like this place, they were fast and good however the service has drop a lot! I paid for the “Platinum Full service wash” ($37) but what we received was a $5 wash, we had to tell someone to redo the job, places in my car were never touch or vacuum, they just take your money! I don’t understand where’s the manager or the owner to check all this horrible job and attend all the complaints from customers! Never coming back!!!!

The place looks nice but the machine doesnt clean well. We paid for nothing! We were passing through the area. My husband was eager to have our car cleaned but it doesnt cleaned it. I have to scrub dirt off the car when we got home.

Staff is fairly good with drying and cleaning your car. For a car service, such as it is though, I think they should know the areas where water likely settles and get those areas dry before the cars leave. If not, those leave streaks that attract dirt and then you get the impression that the car wasnt cleaned properly.

This was the WORST car detailing service Ive ever had. I bought a plant that fell over in the car so I took the plant home and came here. The inside of my car was still dirty after they were done. Why would u only get up half the dirt and use your rag to wipe the pedals? Now the pedals are somewhat slippery smh. They actually left dust and streaks all over my screen. I asked for the manager but of course no one knew where he or she was. Complete trash save your money!!!! Thats what I get for trying some place new.

I love this place. I used to have a membership, but we moved from the east side to Glen Burnie, so it doesnt make sense to have the membership any more. Now I just go on occasion when Im up in the White Marsh area. Best wash for the money!

$22 platinum exterior wash & hand dry.Hand dry using red cotton mechanics towels, not microfiber cloths, only where the 5’2” person could reach & he wasn’t even trying.Completely a ripoff, 2x’s rim cleaner, yet rims are still dirty . A photo of b4 and after, only difference is, my truck looks a tad cleaner on painted surfaces,wheels,glass & tires still look like it was never touched.Don’t waste your money

There were a lot of water spots left on my truck. The exterior of the windshield and the exterior mirrors were not even touched. I had to ask the guys to wipe it down again and it seemed like I was bothering them. Got home and found even more water spots everywhere. I will not be going back there again.

I worked for this place for 2 weeks and quit on my own terms after having the worst job experience in my life. This place has very hard workers, but bad customer service and a few very rude management. Canton Car Wash has very little care about their employees and their needs like any human for water. The management gets on people for taking a quick 10 second break to get a drink. On many of these days there was only one bottle of water drank in 8 hours and that was because of a break after 6 hours. After talking with management(Assistant General Manager) about this problem i got the response its not your place to say anything as I got my final paycheck. Like i said i left on my own terms, I WAS NOT FIRED. This is not a revenge letter. Another issue is roaches which i have seen in a few places and make it disgusting to even eat inside while on a break. This is the same place that serves drinks and coffee that they make here, not bottled. I hope these problems will be dealt with and customers be warned of these problems and any new employees.

I came to this car wash Sunday 10/11/20, I have a brand new Ford F-150. I got the car wash for $22 and did the $17 interior clean. Getting in my truck I noticed the wipe down and vacuuming was done poorly. I didn’t bother to complain, they were busy and it was only $17, I figured I tried it and wasn’t happy with the results, I know not to do it again. Upon getting home I climb in the back to clean my car the right way, I notice the USB port was loose and the cap was missing. My truck is brand new and no one sits in the back seat to damage it or use it. Accidents happen and I wasn’t to angry because it’s not a pricey part. Had they been honest and said I knocked the cap off I wouldn’t have even called to make an issue. I called them right as I returned home and noticed the damage, probably 20 mins after the service. The Sup and assistant manager didn’t seem like they knew what to do. They checked the camera and said they didn’t see the cap fall out of the truck. They claimed they checked the vacuum and didn’t see the part. I got a phone call today 10/14 from the manager to tell me they aren’t covering the damage to my vehicle because they didn’t see it happen on camera. Unless you have a camera that faces into the back seat of my truck I don’t see how you could justify that or make that decision. End of the day I can replace the $30 part myself, it’s just the principle. I understand people are crooked and may lie, if that was the case I would have taken the free membership they offered me (why the hell would I want a free membership when the work quality was so poor) and not made a fuss over a $30 replacement port/cap. I wouldn’t recommend this location, hopefully others are better and are more careful.

We have the full membership for our Ford Expedition. We go at least 2 times a week. There is never an extremely long wait. Everyone is always friendly. They actually care about cleaning your car correctly and quickly.

They left sand all over the back seat, like they didnt even vacuum it at all. The lady inside was acting like I was being unreasonable because I did not want to stand within six feet of a guy who was not wearing his mask properly to approach the till. Wretched experience.

Perfect for an early slow morning

Sad but always a terrible experience. I guess i just deal with it since its the only place within proximity of my home. Everytime either me or my family leave there its always a big disappointment. We always leave a tip but after today i just cant continue paying for a s***ty experience. I am just worn out having to take a towel and teaching the staff how to actually clean wheels and properly clean a vehicle. And yes, i pay for the expensive option.
