I usually dont post review but Eric and the crew from Advance Window Tinting went above and beyond my expectation. Super happy with the result. Will recommend this place to my friends and getting my other vehicles tinted here.

Today I got a full service vehicle detail on my 2015 Mercedes C300. I also got my windows RE-TINTED (because D&L did a HORRIBLE job.) The gentleman that detailed my car was Eric. He did a superb job! Mr. Eric was not only extremely professional, but he educated me! He explained in great detail how to maintain my car detail. Mr. Eric also helped me understand what everything actually did as opposed to just taking my money and sending me on my way. That attention to detail and stellar customer service really stood out to me and is much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to ERIC to get my other vehicle detailed! Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle detailed at Advance Window Tinting and ask for Mr. Eric!

Advance Window Tinting is the best around. They have prompt and professional staff, the owner LB was courteous and made sure my experience was top notch. The waiting area and clean and sanitized which made me feel at ease while waiting. I will be referring all my friends.

Today i got my windows tinted on my Equinox. This is my second time receiving service here and LB and his crew did a fantastic job once again. I was literally there for about 45 minutes to 1 hour tops. Very fast and efficient. Everyone was friendly and their customer service was great. The waiting area was also nice and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable. Awesome service!

Best tint shop I’ve never dealt with in and out in one hour and they tinted my whole car. The first come first serve is amazing due to all other shop being booked all the way out. Great price and great service if you don’t get tinted here you’re not getting it done the way it’s supposed to be

Came in today to get my tint done. I decided to come to this place, because they had the best reviews. From the owner (LB) to everyone working, went above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. They pulled my car and another ladies car in at the same time. They did both of our cars at the same time, moving in sync. We were both done in 35-40 minutes. I got the 4 windows, the back window and the sun visor on the front window done. I cant thank them enough for a job well done. They also do car detailing. Im coming back to get that done. If you want your windows tinted or your car detailed, this is the place to go.

Got tints on my Prius and they look great so much my wife took her car and we find out they do so much more Detailing,car washing and they have a specialized clean for your vents and sterilize the car I found my one stop shop thank you so much

From the first visit to the finished product, outstanding experience all-around. When I pulled in the first time to discuss options and get an estimate Lamont greeted me and was more than happy to assist, he was fantastic. Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived my tech Bo was there to check out the car, re-view everything and once he knew I was comfortable he was ready to rock, great guy and excellent work (check out the picks-Bo is on the left and Eric on right). While waiting for the job to be completed I was pleasantly greeted by Eric and it was apparent to me this place is about quality people and great service/product. When my car was complete Eric give it a special bubble bath for the finishing touches. Gentlemen, many thanks and quite refreshing that a spot like this still exists in todays world!! So I seen the Ad on Facebook and message one of the guys about getting my windows tinted and he was extremely nice right off the bat and good at communicating. I got my windows tinted tonight and everybody was so friendly and understanding as well as very quick. I felt like I was in and out and I can’t forget to mention how beautiful got my car looks now. Definitely will be going back and recommending them to my friends.

Ive been looking around for a shop to have my windows tinted and came across Advance Windows Tinting. Man ...SO GLAD DID. The first tint I picked was too light and that bothered me. I called back to AWT and explained how I felt about the windows. They said BRING IT BACK WE UNDERSTAND AND WE GOT YOU!! Thats what I wanted to hear and they did. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Fast. In less than an hour I was out and SATISFIED!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! NO JOKE!!!!

I called two days ago to make a window tinting appointment and was told to drop my car off between 8:30-9:30 AM on whatever day was best for me. I showed up this morning before any other customer, but my car didn’t get finished until 1:30. Then I discovered a noticeable defect in the film on my way home... good thing it was cheap.

Since being introduced to this group in 2019 by my son I have used their services. They are professional and pride themselves on doing the job the first time. Meaning that any subsequent visits are for new services not complaints. And all of this at fair pricing. I will not be using anyone else for the services they provide. And after your first visit, Im sure you will feel the same way

Very Honest guys, Reasonable prices and work Is beyond satisfaction.

Called in a day or so early to set up my appointment and the gentleman on the phone was very cordial and professional. He let me know he couldnt exactly guarantee how long the job could take so he let me drop my vehicle off early. I dropped if off around 10:30 and by 12:10 he told me the vehicle should be finished soon and I headed back and it was nearly complete in the time he said it could be. While his employee wrapped up our tint install, he proceeded us to show us the other services offered which include full detailing and paint correction. He also makes his own fragrances that last up to 2 weeks on the interior and they smelled fantastic! We have two vehicles that need his full services soon and we will definitely return!

I actually found this place through Google after failing a Maryland vehicle inspection because my front windows tint was too dark, requiring me to remove it. I was very annoyed at the thought of having to spend even more money on my relocation process, which had added up! After calling that afternoon, Eric was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and Dan did a great job of getting the tint off quickly and cleanly. The price was also significantly lower than they quoted me at the Acura dealership! They both were extremely professional and I will certainly return whenever i decide to get my tint put back on!

LB will take care of you and your tint needs. Theyll answer all your questions until youre 100% comfortable moving forward and doing the work. They will teach you about the laws and explain your options. If for any reason theres a bubble or something that you dont like... They take it back immediately and fix the issue. Ive tinted 2 cars with these guys... And will continue using their service.

When I say AMAZING customer service, I mean it!!! They really pay attention to the details at this place!!! You can tell all the guys enjoy their job they are always going above and beyond to help! Eric is such an amazing guy, he loves his job so much he showed all the clients how the process works from using the laser machine to the cutting of the tints. He loves to get the clients engaged and can really show you a thing or two. I live in Owings Mills and would never take my car to get detailed or tints ANY WHERE ELSE. I feel like home there. The snack bin is always full and coffee fresh and hot. Not to mention the prices are great also ;). I trust these guys with my life! You should too!

I came here after a friend sent me their Instagram profile, they were very nice and accommodating despite my car being there behind my appointment time . Today is the 3 day mark since I have had my tints and there are visible bubbles in the rear windshield and passenger windows. Redoing my review cause I’m returning for a third issue.

I got my vehicle tint done a week ago. The owner was wonderful. I have a project car that I was taking care of, that I purchased as a shell. Built it from scratch 2000 Honda Crv. I brought my car in, it had a ton of glue on every window from previous tint removal poorly done. It was promptly removed, and replaced with a nice layer of dark tint. The owner was courteous, respectful, and did great work. Explained everything to me. It was so well done, that the next day I had my my wifes Impala done as well. Well done you guys. I will continue to sing your praises. LB, thank you Sir!

I had a great experience Overall. When I arrived it was busy however, I was seen in a decent amount of time, pretty much got in and out (about 1.5 hours) The gentleman who tinted my vehicle helped me pick some options out for my car which I appreciated because I really didn’t know what to choose at first. I recommend this place as they are professional, and prices are very good for the quality of service I received. Thanks!

Got my windows tinted and received great customer service. They completed my service very quickly. Eric was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to keep your car in good condition. Im not a car person so I GREATLY appreciated it. I will definitely come back to get my car detailed.

First time there while I was there a previous customer came and wanted tints and asked them if they gotten any better at their work and obviously they laughed at it and said we are better while I was still there filling up paperwork for my tints but non the less when my tints got done I came picked up my car and was leaving I noticed on my car the rear window tint wasn’t applied or aligned correctly so I called and went back the very next day which they fixed and now all my other windows including front windshield are pealing off or have long lines because of the squeegee they use to straight the tint film I’m extremely unhappy with everything they did and I spent about $200 here never again I went to a different shop a day after and paid extra for re-removing the tints and re-installing them all over again they should definitely lower there rating from 4.8 to 1.5 or something.

I was recommended this spot by several happy customers, love to hear about great services by word of mouth. I scheduled online - it was super easy and plenty of options to choose from. The pricing is clear online and no surprises when you go to pay. The day of my appointment I met Eric - SUPER nice and enthusiastic man, very eager to please the customer and share other services he provides. He was clear on what I should expect and offered me samples to look at since I wasn’t sure what % tint I wanted. After about 2 hours my car was ready and I can’t be happier with the result. This has been the best window tinting experience so far. I honestly believe that it is very tough to beat these guys. The prices are fantastic, the appointments are quick and the guys there are very professional. It was so good I ended taking all three cars there, and I got them done in 2 days. I purchased a vehicle on a Saturday evening. I am used to having my windows tinted. Fortunately, after much research, Advance Window Tinting was one of the few. if not only, companies open on a Sunday. Not only, were they open, they had wonderful reviews and proof of work online. Based mainly on the reviews is why I chose to give this company a chance. I scheduled an appointment during the midnight hours. The owner responded to me first thing Sunday morning. I was able to be seen at the Middle River location prior to the original time the appointment was scheduled for and the wait time was wonderful. The waiting room was comfortable with a wonderful large screen television to help pass the time. The end result of the service provided was stellar. The customer service was awesome and they were able to do exactly what I asked with precision. I would definitely recommend this company as well as use them again . They have a car detailing component to their business that I plan to use in the future.

Eric and his associates especially Lucky were very friedly & professional. The first time i called spoke with Eric very pleasant and help me with the appointment and the location. The day i arrived my appointment was at 930am but i got there a little later and one of guys Lucky went up to me and very friendly and nice told me is was ok and he even drove my pick up truck since it was a little tight to get in and i was a worry not to hit something. Never heard of this place but as I was waiting for the place I normally go to open I used Google to find tint places in the area and stumbled across this place and I am GLAD I went! The tint job was AWESOME and I love it on my 2020 CX-5 SUV! Very professional and they do amazing work! Highly recommend!

I’ve now been to this place with 3 of my cars and I’ll never go to another place as long as they’re in business. They do some of the best tinting I’ve ever seen, and at very honest and decent prices. The lounge you wait in is set up with snacks water and a flat screen for comfort. Most importantly though is how nice the staff is, I know it sounds cliche but they honestly treat you like family. One of the best establishments I’ve ever been in.

First time eating there and it was the best food I ever ate. I would recommend G&M to all my friends. Desserts are out of this world. Try the Strawberry Boat!!!

Best place for window tinting, best price, and what i mean by best is, they give a reasonable price without any hidden fees like any other places. Eric was really helpful, he explained everything to me from A to Z, and still let me decide it myself. Definitely will comeback again for the windshield or maybe some vinyl wraps.

Best car tinting place ever My appointment was for 5:00 on a Friday I was greeted by the manger Eric who explained everything to me in detail. He even gave me a tour of the shop and told me all the services they offer. They have a waiting area with chips and water so I watched TV while waiting. By 6:00 they were done tinting my car and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Fast service and great customer service!!

My experience with Advanced Window tinting was great, will definitely go back with my other vehicles and will recommend to others. Today was my first time coming here for tints on my Infiniti G37x coupe. Eazy E was very informative about the shades of tint and the guys tinting my car were very respectful. The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! 5 stars and if I had more stars to give I would. Plus they’re open on Sundays unlike every other tint shop. I will be back soon for a detail job. Great prices and Service! Fast and Friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. They went over the process and showed me how they cut and install the tint. We were very pleased with the window tinting job on all of the windows on our RV. The men responded quickly, with professionalism and worked diligently to get the job done. We could have gone to a place closer to home but my husband was so impressed with his 1st experience that we made the 90 minute drive on football Sunday no less! We were greeted immediately and shown to the comfortable waiting room where we watched football and listened to some good ole school music. They were very rude. I spoke with someone earlier today to see if I could come in for tints. They gave me pricing and told me they closed at 7. Then when I was halfway there I called to see what time they were taking their last client. I was then told they closed at 6 and I couldn’t be seen. I wouldn’t advise anyone going there!!!! I wasted time and gas!!!!

I had a terrible experience. LB has no customer service skills whatsoever. If someone is a first time tinter, you should be patient and address their concerns in any way possible. It’s not hard to be nice. I simply asked for a good recommendation but barely got an answer. It was cut and dry. Also, upon entering the facility, he rudely told my father to “shut my door.” Who talks to a customer that way? That’s not how you garner a good reputation. I spoke to another gentleman that worked there and he had much better communication skills and better customer service. I called later on in the day to kindly request a removal of my tint, without refund for the labor but at no charge for removal. LB rudely stated, “Well I’m with another customer, call later.” How unfortunate and unprofessional. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone and will warn others as well.

Easy scheduling process! Reasonable prices. I had the pleasure of getting my windows tinted from here and the experience was great. Theres a waiting room with TV, water, snacks and coffee. Technicians were friendly and professional - even invited me into the bay to see how the whole tinting process worked. My stay was longer than anticipated but they offered to clean the interior and wash the exterior of my car. Worth the wait & Definitely coming back in the future - AWT is the definition of true customer service.

I’ve always wanted my front tinted. Referred by a family member. I called and shared with LB who and how I was referred. Came across as “ whatever “ Do you want appointment or not. Non-Chalant. Arrived and spelled weed. Mind you, everyone was friendly at the place, but it did not seem genuine. Militant. The tints are displayed on a door where there is no sunlight. Cloudy day maybe. So far, I do not like my tint. They did explain what is a safe number to use. I could’ve went a tint lower. I’m looking out at it now in the sunlight and it looks never tinted. I went on the recommendation of a family member to patronize and the price quoted by LB was lower than when I got to the place. So that is questionable too. I gave 3 stars only because I got appointment next day. I would share where I received this service, but it is too early to y’all you about the quality. The contract gives different time frames for rolling up and down and cleaning the windows than they tell you in person. I’m giving it a week to be safe and hope everything comes out great.
