My house was pressure washed by two men. These men did only 45 mins of work and hardly cleaned my house. Their equipment did not work. There is still dirt on the house. These two men were too busy trying pick a Hispanic woman instead of doing their job. The supervisor did not care and only offered to knock off $50 the total bill. I will never use this business again.Also if the water pressure was not high enough why didnt your work men turn it up. It is up to them to decide what is needed not the customer. Nothing but excuses.

This was the worst gutter cleaning service. My mother had them come out last month and they left debris all over her yard. To make things worse the gutters arent working and they said they can come out again but would have to charge full price. Totally unethical!From what I can see, this company seems to like to argue against anyone who has a complaint and they make up excuses any time someone posted a negative review. After awhile consumers will realize you are just not the greatest with customer service.

I thought I had black mold coming up from my vents due to a clogged dryer line, or at least thats what one provider told me...and being quoted thousands of dollars for services I didnt need, I finally got a great company to come out and do the work for a fair price. Jamie and Luis worked really hard to clean my vents, and they were extremely thorough with the dryer vent. The line actually was dry rotted, and they fixed that too. I was provided up front quotes that were accurate when the workers came and all the way through the billing and payment. Both employees were very knowledgeable, and they obviously took a lot of pride in the work they did, showing me the results at every step. Finally, an honest company that does what they said they would for a fair price. Thank you!

Chesapeake Property Services were punctual, flexible, responsive and efficient in cleaning our dryer duct, which was a metal tube over 12 long from our dryer to the outside vent. We just got a new dryer and wanted to ensure that it could operate at optimal capacity. I was surprised how much lint the CPS team collected from that vent. Everything works perfectly and we would definitely use Chesapeake Property Services again.

Services: air duct and dryer vent cleaning.We called Chesapeake Property Services because we moved into a new home and after a year our dryer would take about two hours to dry our clothes. We also werent sure how clean the air ducts were since we moved in, so we purchased the Signature Duct Cleaning special so that we could have peace of mind that all of our ducts were cleaned well.The team arrived on time, cleaned every air duct and return in the house, vacuumed the dryer exhaust hose down to the dryer unit, and removed a massive clog of lint from our exhaust vent, which is on the roof of our Baltimore row-home. Afterwards our dryer functioned as expected.The whole process took about an hour for them to go through three floors and roof and their price for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely hire Chesapeake Property Services when the time comes to clean our ducts again.

Awful... Worse than before they came.This company came recommended by a high school friend so I used them over other services. When I called the company to arrange the work to be done I shared with the representative that I am a first time home buyer and shared that I was having water issues at my house. There was water collecting at the bottom of the sidewalk. I wanted that looked at as well as to have my gutters cleaned out. In talking with the rep. I was informed they could look into it and help me find where the downspout was coming out, as I did not see the exit for the drain. After the two gentleman cleaned the gutters, they poured water down the gutter and it started overflowing at the bottom. They also helped dig holes to find where the pipe was coming out. They did not try to put them back where they helped dig. My yard is destroyed. It looks extremely worse than it started. I also was never told where the drain comes out which is something I requested in my original phone call to the company. The person I just got off the phone with is suggesting the miscommunication is coming from my end, BUT for me being upfront about the main water issue I had concerns with as well as me being a first time home buyer, I feel that the represenatives representing the company should have been forth coming and told me when I booked the appointment that I would need to contact a underground drain repair company. This information was only shared to me when I called to complain about my yard. The company should have told me at the first call that if it was a drain issue who I should call to fix the issue. My drainage issue never got resolved. The company claims they do minor repairs but are not clear as to what the minor repairs consist of. The crew that came out to my house were not pleasant. They were not friendly and very unclear about what the issue was specifically. This was a waste of my time and money. My issue has not been resolved.

I’ve used Chesapeake for years for gutter cleaning. It’s really easy and convenient scheduling this service. You email them, they add you to their queue, and they email you days before the service. If you’re not home, you can leave payment. Their prices are great, and the owner is very responsive.

TRUE STORY...We were about to purchase a new washer and dryer from Lowes totaling $1800 but was canceled due to an address mix up- this was a blessing in disguise.We were replacing the set because the DRYER wasnt working well- we had condensation on the ceiling and on the dryer door then it would take up to 3 hours to dry a load- sometimes longer.So...I was thinking about the condensation and thought something might be disconnected?! I spoke with Tony at Chesapeake Property Services and it was THEE BEST THING EVER!His guys came out, found and fixed the problem- that was on a Saturday.Sunday I was a little hesitant to wash but had to...Put the clothes in the dryer and noticed the machine was HOT, it was cool. No condensation on the dryer door...and the timer didnt reset?!All three loads dried on the first try EVERYTHING was dry- nothing damp and no condensation on the ceiling!Tony, thank you for such wonderful advice and service. 10 STAR Service!!!Suggestion, save money and call this company first!!! My experience with Chesapeake Property Services has been amazing from start to finish. Gus helped me on the phone with clear guidance and questions, receiving my photos and pricing everything for me, and explaining everything to me. I had the entire house power washed, including roof, siding, concrete foundation, large wooden deck, swimming pool deck, and front porch/sidewalk. We also had the gutters cleaned.The crew showed up to work and were very professional and VERY hard workers. Elder led the crew and communicated well with me. I was going to tell him all the details, but he already knew them from Gus. That showed me that this company has its act together!The crew did a fantastic job at the actual power washing, for a good price too. This company was contacted to do a gutter cleaning, when I came home my house was a mess the debris that was left around the house from the gutters was absolutely disgusting. The outside of the gutters were not wiped down either. To make matters worse when contacting the owner of the company I was met with a rude manner. as though I was being dishonest. Eventually I was asked to submit a picture up the problem oh, so I obliged and sent 22 come around the entire property. A crew was sent out and cleaned mostly everything up. we noticed that once they left they were still gutter screens that had not been installed properly and had to be redone. just so we could be done with them we went around and took ourselves. With the work that was done here I dont know or can trust that it was really done properly and Im a bit concerned. No way would I ever recommend this company

Chesapeake has been cleaning my gutters twice a year for a number of years. They always (weather permitting) come within the time frame given (week requested, and time of day). We have a very wooded lot (many leaves), as well as solar panels which makes this work a little more challenging. The crew that comes not only cleans the gutters, but does a very thorough job of cleaning the debris that falls on the deck/driveway... Highly recommend.

Our outside stairwell had years of grime, some mold, and growing moss on the walls, steps, and floor. I engaged Chesapeake Property Services to pressure wash it. The work was scheduled within 1 week of my request. The techs came within the time window expected. They did an EXCELLENT job. All the dirt, mold, and growing moss were thoroughly removed. The stairwell looks better than it has in at least 5 years, probably longer. I have used C.P.S. before and am always impressed that their techs want to do things right. Some companies make do with a half-@$$ed job, at best. I no longer do business with those companies! Top marks for high-quality of work!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My 77 year old mother had this poor excuse of a company perform work in her home by recommendation of her home owners association. They damaged her door framing with no recognition that they had done so. The owner, Gus Tsamouras outright called my mother a liar stating that she was attempting to use Chesapeake as a scapegoat and that they did no such damage. Several people have seen the property before the work done by Chesapeake and after. They including myself concur that no such damage was made to the property prior to Chesapeake being there for services related to cleaning of the dryer vents. I will be seeking legal counsel on this company as well as the Better Business Bureau to file additional complaints!!!!!!

They are coming back to replace a few missing shingles that were discovered during the gutter cleaning. I LOVE that I can schedule the jobs via email, and pay invoices online. When you work full time, constant phone tag with contractors can be a real hassle. Highly recommended.

Since this company decided to lie on their response for another home improvement site, I wanted to add more details about my experience with them.This company came out and did work on my gutters by mistake on 6/8/17. The invoice they left me was for 10 houses down and they mixed up the street address. I never contacted them or reached out to them about services. They supposedly cleaned my gutters during this service they did not have permission to do. On 7/6/17 I was home during a rain storm and noticed that my gutters were no longer working properly. This was the first time I was home during a storm to inspect the work they had done on my house.I called and spoke to Gus that morning and he told me that they would not come out and do any service unless I was willing to pay them for a service call. I questioned him, saying his company did work on my house without permission, damaged my property, and now you want me to pay you to come fix something you shouldnt have done to begin with? He held firm and said they would not come out unless I was willing to pay them for a service call.Because of this I have now had to contract another company to fix my gutters when there was no problem to be fixed before Chesapeake Property Services damaged them.To recap, performed work without me calling them or my permission. Damaged my property. Took zero ownership of damaging my property. Would not fix my property even though they acknowledged they did work on it without my permission. Lied about me calling them months after the work was completed.I will let you be the judge... is this the kind of company you want to trust to do work for you?
