First time using this company. Paid a little extra, compared to some local companies, but I wanted the carpet cleaned well. The fellas showed up and we’re out the door lightening fast. I think too fast. From the time the machine turned on to the time it turned off was probably less that 15 minutes. Cost was close to $300 - two standard rooms, hall, and stairs. They did an okay job, but areas still need attention. I guess I’m satisfied, but I would not use this company again.

My hardwood floors were serviced. They look brand new. I have lived in this house for 6 years. My hardwood floors look like I just moved in. Due to tons of build up from cleaning product that my cleaning service had used they were horrible. Jimmy and Kenny were outstanding. They came in to the house and explained everything that was necessary to restore the floor. They stripped and buffed and cleaned. They worked for hours, and the result is outstanding. They were very respectful and so nice. I highly recommended this service if your floors need help.

The crew arrived early (before scheduled appt window). My carpet, which is only about 2 years old, looks nearly brand new and smells terrific. I try to get my carpets cleaned about every 3-4months. I called Stanley Steemer to clean my air ducts. Two very nice young men came out. They looked over my air ducts and informed me that I really didnt need it, but if I wanted, they would clean them. I appreciated their honesty because they could have easily performed an unnecessary service that would have cost more than $500. Thanks Stanley Steemer. You have a good team and I appreciate their time and honesty.

The service I had performed was deep cleaning of hardwood floors. The technician was in and out in under an hour. I was extremely happy with the service performed and the individual. I recommend them for floor tile/grout and carpets. They use a steam cleaner for carpets and a pressure washer for tile/grout floors. I wouldnt recommend shower tile because they use a different tool and it doesnt clean the grout well.Our invoice had Ian and Kevin as the cleaning crew. They wore COVID PPE the entire time and worked pretty hard.

We contacted Stanley Steemer to clean the carpets of the house we just bought. I didn’t realize how dirty the carpets actually were until they started the cleaning process. They made the carpets look brand new and smell 100x better. The staff were friendly and kept us informed every step of the way.

The guys were nice but didnt get the result I expected. May be its the carpet or them. The carpet is almost as it was before I spent the $300. I was going to give one star but out of respect for the nice character of the guys, Im giving you two. It was a waste of money!

Recently had them clean some carpeted stairs, tiled basement, and tiled bathroom in a rental property. The tenants had a pet against contract so I requested carpet odor removal and stain protection as well as clear seal for the tile/grout. The first service didnt seem to be as thorough as it couldve been. I contacted Stanley Steemer and let them know there were still stains in the carpet and marks on the tile. They came out again at no charge to make it right! The second crew agreed they were definitely going to redo the carpet and the first crew didnt seem to use enough sealant on the tile. 4 stars for having to have them come out a second time, but no extra cost.

Didn’t remove any of the pet stains :( really would have liked to know about them not being able to remove any of them before purchasing their services; were unable to give any advice to remove said stains that they couldn’t remove. I understand Pet stains are hard to remove but it seems a little ridiculous you couldn’t remove a single one and was still charged 119 dollars. It does smell better that’s a plus but outside of that discoloration and smell overall does exist . Two stars for the attempt.

We hired Stanley Steemer to clean our air ducts in a home we recently purchased. Their cleaning service left our home noticeably more dirty, with huge clumps of dirt and dust on every surface in the rooms where they cleaning air ducts. We asked the technicians to clean up, which they tried to do with their vacuum, but it wasnt sufficient. Even more frustrating, wed just hired a deep cleaning service and had carpets cleaned two days earlier, which was seemingly for nothing. If the guy who gave us the air duct estimate had told us that the air duct cleaning would leave a mess all over our home, we would have taken that into account and covered everything or hired a cleaning service for afterward. Something clearly went wrong, though. Seems they could have covered other vents in a way to keep grit from blowing out the other end of the ducts?? While their carpet cleaning guys were ok (albeit very late), we will never hire their air duct service again

EDIT: My first interaction with Stanley Steemer did not go well. However, since the issue was brought to their attention, they have been amazing. They reached out to re-schedule at a time that was most convenient for me. The associate was here on time at the time promised. He was apologetic about how my previous experience went. At this point, I am really impressed by their customer service. I didnt know this kind of service still existed!

The man they sent out was amazing. He cautioned me that he may not be able to get out all the stains on my furniture, but he actually did get the stains out of the furniture. Therefore, he exceeded my expectations. On top of doing a great job, he was professional, respectful of property and a very pleasant person with whom to deal.I asked if he had a supervisor that I could talk toExpress my positive experience with Stanley steamer, and he told me the best I could do was to fill out the survey. We recently had our bathroom remodeled and it made a dusty mess of my entire house so I set up an appointment with Stanley Steemer to clean my tile, hardwood and carpet. They arrived on Thursday, December 20, 2018. Before they arrived, I had removed almost everything from the rooms they were cleaning. If the furniture stayed, I emptied the contents of the china closet and cleaned everything off the tops of everything else so that everything could be safely moved for cleaning.According to Stanley, they would hand clean around any hard to reach spots but that wasnt the case. For my hardwood, the china cabinet was emptied but it wasnt moved for cleaning. The grandfather clock wasnt moved either and there is a small space between the clock and the wall that wasnt hand cleaned. I checked after they left and you can feel the dirt on the floor in that area. Other than that, the hardwood floors look good.The tile floors looked exactly the same as they did before the cleaning so I would never have them cleaned again, it was a waste of money. There are areas that look like they werent touched in a corner in the bathroom and a spot near the garage door.I will admit that the carpet on the stairs did look much better. The carpet was getting worn due to traffic and since the cleaning, they look good. The carpet in the family room doesnt look any different then before the cleaning. Its just the two of us so there arent any stains on the carpet and its only three years old. We have a fireplace in the room so it creates dust when cleaning the stove which was the main reason for the cleaning. We keep a carpet remnant in front of the fire place to catch any stray sparks and after the carpet was cleaned, you could still see when the remnant use to be. The carpet under the remnant is much brighter then the rest of the room. When I questioned the color variation, I was told its due to the sunlight fading the carpet. If that were true, the rest of the carpet would be lighter then the area under the remnant and the carpet is in a lower level that doesnt get much sunlight.I have a TV stand and sideboard in the family room that I removed everything from the top so it could be easily moved for cleaning and they didnt move them. I also had a small bass module sitting on the floor that wasnt moved for cleaning. I had to put it up on the TV stand and have them come back to clean that area.For the money I paid, I would not recommend Stanley Steemer and doubt that I would ever use their service again.

The tech arrived at 5:00pm. Walked the house and got started he cleaned my upstairs bedroom floor first I had one area rug that needed cleaning on top of my wall to wall carpet. The area rug was cleaned but the rug below wasn’t cleaned . They area rug wasn’tMoved so the wall to wall below could be cleaned. I didn’t notice this until the next morning. Then in the hallway I had a cat scratching box he didn’t move the box to clean under that. The cat scratching box is cardboard he could have just slide the box over. In the living room he didn’t move a few chairs to clean under. It took a few hours to clean my house and I know he was tired but these few thing would have made a Hugh different. He left around 9:00pm that night. I’m satisfied but it could have been better.

The technicians were running a little behind schedule, but otherwise great service and they were very friendly and helpful, pointing out areas that might not come clean and reasons why, etc. before starting.

I was looking forward to Stanley Steemer revitalizing the grout on my bathroom floor and shower stall but it has been a disaster. The floor looks the same as before and they told me hours into the appointment that they wouldn’t be doing the color seal on the floor because it would take too much time. The application of the color seal in the shower was incredibly sloppy. Also they left a puddle of water on my bathroom floor and broke my marble threshold (and did not tell me). I am fuming and awaiting a call back from a manager.EDIT: I spoke to the manager this morning, who was very apologetic and helpful, and a supervisor will come out next week to fix the color seal application in the shower and talk about next steps for replacing the threshold.

I was surprised that it was only one guy who arrived to do the carpet cleaning, but I must say that he did an amazing job. Someone in the household is highly sensitive to chemicals, so it was great that the gentleman was so accommodating and managed to work with us, yet he still managed to do a great job.

I scheduled to have my tiles cleaned. Time was from 12 to 5. I got a text saying tech was on his way at 430 but didnt get there until 530. The tech told me they had to cancel my appointment when they got there because a piece of equipment wasnt working. I was also told they are not allowed to call. This poor guy had to come all the way just to cancel my appointment. I spent my day waiting around for nothing. It wasnt the techs fault but jeeze just call and say something.

Asia and ray went the extra mile to make sure I would be satisfied. Ray clean an area in my closet that I could never get clean. Spotless. Asia was explained options and yearly contract. The power points and didn’t push. She certainly let me know how good of a deal is. So as soon as I can get my money together I will be signing up for yearly contract. I also felt comfortable with your staff. Very professional. Make the carpet look almost new. My carpet on stairs 30 yrs old . I have friends that I will be sharing my experience with this week.
