They are a good value and almost always are able to get you serviced quickly.

I went in payed over $100 for 2 sets of nails for me and a friend. while doing my nails they cut my cuticle to where i bled! and they didn’t do what i asked for! my design was completely wrong. my friend wanted clear on the bottom of her nail and they told her no! one nail on each hand broke after 2 days on both mine and my friends hands. and then when i called to tell them what happened, they hung up on me. i will not be spending my money anytime soon there. terrible customer service! terrible quality nails and rude people!

The guy there was rude. He refused to do a simple line design. He said he would only do a solid color that’s it. And then when I asked to do a almond or coffin shape he said no, he would only do a square shape since it’s “easy”. Then I asked him why he couldn’t do the design and he goes, “well then go over to a different salon.” The nails weren’t good. He spent 15-20 min on a full set and rushed when there was only one other person waiting. The nails did not turn out good and I had to go to a whole different salon right after so they could fix my nails. And they made us pay $15 over what is listed. Do not go here.

The pedicure was fine, nothing to write home about. However they have signs outside their shop pricing a pedicure at $20 yet I was charged $25. I also had acrylics done and none of them are even. Most are very wide and fanned, nothing like a square. I showed a design to the tech and she didn’t understand what I was asking, nor did she try to recreate the design and instead I walked out with a less than desirable design. They also priced me for a full set of gel acrylics at $33 over the phone but I was charged $38. They were extremely busy, it’s prom season, and you can tell in the quality of shape and polish application on my nails. I’d hoped that even though they were busy, they still would take the time to do it right but i guess not. Even when i asked about if the tips were too small, or if the shape could be fixed i was told no it’s alright. I will not be going back.

I made an appointment for 3 sets of nails waited 2 hours before we were seen. Showed him two different designs and was told no only solid colors.i said ok can i do an accent nail Im glitter, he said no only solid color. Nails are priced t n23 for a full set I was charged 50 forr one solid color. When asked why he said he couldnt handle me thats needed to fo to another salon. He was rude the entire time and the quality is horrible he didnt even paint my whole nail and left acrylic all over me they have bubbles and lumps. Do not go here they will rip you off. We only eneded up doing two people he said 85 then since you mad. Then charged me 96.

The pedicures were ok they were very rough, the manicure were awful my nails were not completely filled, my mothers nails were painted when all she asked downs a french tip, my daughter showed the guy what she wanted and he ignored it, their signs say nothing about prices for gel and different types of nails, after I questioned the guy he was completely unprofessional and had a very poor attitude. Definitely will not be coming back here ever again

If I could give zero stars I would!It was very rushed. I bought the more expensive pedicure, and wished I hadn’t. His version of a massage was punching my legs and feet. The hot towels burned me. He tried to cut my toenails square (by his own choosing) and cut too far in and ripped it up on both sides of my big toenail. It is SUPER painful. After walking during the day, both sides of my toes nail bleeds.

This place doesnt even deserve a single star. They were completely rude to us as soon as we walked in. We had an appointment and they took walk-ins that came in after us before us. We ended up waiting 30 minutes after our appointment time. My nails were all uneven and the Polish from my last set wasnt completely taken off on the edges. There were smudges and imperfections that shouldnt have been difficult to fix. I asked to fix them and my technician said, You shouldnt ask, you clearly havent been here before.Never going back here again!

I had gone to a different place to get my nails filled. 1st I wanted the stiletto style nail and the guy told me basically that it couldnt be done because my nails were too wide then after getting them filled I had 2 nails break within 2 days. So, I went into Lt Nails and not only did he fix my nails that were broken, he was able to get my nails how I wanted them in the 1st place and he explained to me how the Gel Nail Polish lasts longer which is awesome. He was also very friendly and listened to what I had to say😊

Both the Lady and the Gentleman that do pedicures are awesome!! The other Guy that ONLY DOES NAILS, AND WATCH TV IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The way he speaks to customers is ridiculous and unnecessary!

I got my tips done and they were very nice and quick I paid $33.00 for them and I love them I got them put on 3 weeks ago

I have been here twice and both times I have been pretty disappointed. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour+ if youve set an appointment. Not to mention they destroyed my cuticles, gave me the wrong nail shape and charged me extra for no reason. I had to keep telling the tech to fix spots he kept missing on my nails. They turned out bumpy and theres even a hair fiber that is stuck in the top coat of one of my nails. When I told him about it he said that he didnt have time to redo it.

Could have done much better. I think the person was rushing to get done and didnt do as well as they could. Will be going somewhere else next time.

They can be really rude and disrespectful, the younger gentleman does nails pretty good I would only recommend him. I give 3 stars due to the fact they really need to make people feel welcomed and not make them feel like an inconvenience. You would think they would be appreciative they have customers walking in but as soon as they walk in they run them off and have them going else where. Either hire more people or do appointments only.

We went to walk in to get pedicures. They said accepting walk in.. they looked at us and said no to busy. Didnt give us a time to come back or anything.. it was 10am when they open at 930.. we found elsewhere.. it was supposed to be a present for my daughters..

Not all of my Nails were even and they were being rude due to disability and nail came off with in 24 hours of getting them done.

Nails are fine. Also they are open on Sunday which is amazing. Not the friendliest staff but no one was rude by any means. Likely to return if I need another manicure on Sunday

Awful!! Don’t go!!!!!! My daughter left crying. They are not professional. Very rude. Wouldn’t do our nails like we asked. My daughter wanted a palm tree and multi colors and they said no only two colors and the tree was ugly. Soaked mine too long in acetone and never came to check on me. Gel Polish came off after 1 week. My nails hurt from them filing the sides way too much. They are all different lengths and look horrible!!!!! Charged me $90 when it should have been $70.

There ANAZING and that’s not being dramatic the lady was soooo.... nice and my nails looked GREAT I absolutely loved them and will definitely go get them done there if I ever want them done again the only thing I would say is if u make an appointment you will have to wait a little while which is no problem with me but if your inpatient it might be for u we only waited for abt 10/15 minutes and it was worth it bc I loved my nails see u again sometime can’t wait to see my next nail results😁

Generally speaking... theres place is good. Had a small bad experience today. Went in for a pedicure.. ..25.00... have the lady 40.00... expecting 15.00 back... I guess she assumed I was going to give her a 5.00 tip because all she brought back to me was 10.00. Next time I will go in with exactly the amount needed.

Never go on Sunday! I have been here for a pedicure before and thought they did fairly well, but this time took my daughter and Granddaughter for a pedicure and all three were very shabbily done. Mostly men working. They were not at all friendly, did not even speak to us, some talking among themselves. That was Sunday it is now Tuesday and I good very much use a pedicure. The polish cracked and is lumpy. Very disappointed!

Holy Miley. He was on the phone the whole time charged me for for like not even a few cm more of nail . A few nails are looking like they are turning two look like they are flying away the shape isn’t the same I asked for coffin and the top is slanted like seriously? Then you charge me 38 dollars for this damn mess? Literally not worth it. Don’t bother. I don’t leave reviews and here the hell I am!

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I went in for what I expected to be a very simple set (I’ve had done at other salons) and it was not at all what I wanted. Even after verbally explaining that I did not like it, he continued working like I wasn’t speaking. He was very rushed and didn’t take into consideration what I wanted.

Absolutely terrible place. The sink for my pedicure was dirty, he didnt wear gloves after I requested him do so, he was SO rude. I hadnt had time for a pedi in a while so I was over due and he made sure to let me know, was also more painful than relaxing. Last but not least my debit card was OVER CHARGED & they wont do anything about. Will not be going back.

I made an apt for 2 for 2 pedicures and when we got there we were waiting about 12 minutes and then they took 2 walk ins before us.

Awful. I had made an appointment, but still had to wait for two hours. When they finally seated me, I showed them what I wanted and the guy flat out said “no. I won’t do that, take too long no have time.” How do you refuse a service to somebody that had waited for two hours and had an appointment? I will never come back here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They were fast at getting me seated and price was fair, but my nails did not look good. The shape was awful and they didnt even ask how I wanted my nails shaped. The costs were also uneven. Fast is not always efficient

Got my nails done not even one week ago and the acrylic is already starting to chip and one of the women was horrible to my son.

They have roaches and it’s a new building. They customer service is bad and one man cut every finger on this old lady hand and laughed about. But they owner did address that issue. It’s so many nails shops in rolla to choose this one

Ive been to these guys before .They were #1 nails on kingshighway back in the day. I went here cause I thought it was a new place. Trying to support a local. But it was the same people,that I stopped going to. But I was there so I tried them out again. The review about dirty pedi chairs they werent lying. And they werent that friendly either they kept talking in their language which isnt a problem but they barely said a word to me its a relaxing place and I wasnt relaxed. I lefted before for the same reasons, You guys can try it out if you want. Just remember to review for others for others to read.

The guy was absolutely rude to me. He rolled his eyes at me when I asked for my acrylic nails to be rounded. He then got a face time call from a friend and set the phone next to him and they faced time on full volume as he was doing my nails for 20minutes He didnt care what he was doing and he made sure to turn the volume up as I said something to him. I would have left had I not been over halfway through. Made sure to tell him that waa inappropriate as I left.

Gel polish started coming off within 2 days, also they dont disinfect the foot Spa! I got bumps on my toe after going here!! They also have false advertising on the Front of the Building. They lure you in with a sign that Says $20 pedicures and then charge you 25, then say that price is for children AFTER they charge you! Will Not be going back.....
