Hands down, my fav nail salon!! Tom and Christy really know their buisness and their customers well. They ate almost like family to us! I wont trust anyone else.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Love the owners too. They are super friendly and I love the designs I get for special holidays.

They fixed my acrylics after I tried to do them myself and they look awesome now. Probably the best set I’ve ever gotten. Kristi (not sure how she spells it) is the one who did my nails and she was very easy to get along with. I don’t know the guy’s name, but he was cracking jokes to his customers the whole time. A very friendly atmosphere and they try to fit you into their schedule the best that they can.

We made an appointment to get pedicures with my daughter, sister, and niece, they only filled three bowls. I reminded them daughter was getting a pedicure also and the nail tech stated she couldnt because my daughter was to heavy for the chairs. WTH?! My daughter is pregnant and could barely hold back the tears. I promptly put my shoes back on and left. They had already started my sisters and nieces pedicure or they would have left too.

I highly recommend Lovely Nails and Tom. He knew exactly what I wanted and does quick and quality work. I recommend anyone in a hospitality, medical or military career see him for their nail needs.

My daughter recently got her nails done here for prom and they are absolutely horrible! They gave her multiple prices and before I left they said it would be 45.00. Once she was done they charged her 65.00 and they look like a child put polish on them.. Part of the gel is on her finger and some nails its not even close to where it needs to be. Dont waste your money or time!!!

They asked about my vaccinations and asked for proof which violates HIPPA. They felt very judgmental the entire time, and the male that did my pedicure wouldn’t cut my toe nails.. he did it like how he wanted after I asked him to trim them. After not being pleased and feeling very out of place it cost $60 for a BASIC pedicure. To top it all off I got ATHLETES FOOT from them not properly cleaning their products.

My nails were done very poorly. The only thing right was the color. I had acrylic nails put on and asked for stiletto cut. The lady seemed like she never put them on before, instead of checking what nails fit before glueing she just picked them up glued them right on. My nails were glued to my skin. The nails were glued on not straight and shaped wrong. They cut me on 5 fingers and then put acrylic on the cuts which was not pleasant. The paint ended up being all over my fingers and Im still trying to get it off. Over all horrible experience. I have had acrylics done many time and this place is definitely not able to do them correctly.

The design looked nothing like what I wanted, the nails werent shaped correctly and one of my nails broke 2 days after, and Im very careful with them. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Received a gift card for mothers day so I looked up the reviews and decided to call ahead for our pedicures (daughter and i). We arrived a few minutes early. They were busy but he was attentive and asked us to pick out our colors. Two months earlier I had gel polish for the first time and it lasted all this time. So I wanted to do gel again. He tried to talk me out of it and said regular polish would last a while. I was certain I wanted gel. He pushed again for regular but I stood my ground. Well, by the time my feet soaked and the massage chair loosened me up, they younger guy started the process to take off the gel I already had ... I had no idea how difficult it was! I apologized and told them I changed my mind... regular polish would be fine. Lol. The chairs were comfortable, the pedicure was pleasant, and the lady (who never smiled) painted exactly what my daughter asked for on her big toes - very pretty dolphin design.

We love Tom and Christy. Fast and great service.

This was the most expensive mani and pedi I’ve ever had. They did a great job but I was shocked at the price. They charge to even take polish off. The pedi was nothing special...didn’t even have hot towels. I will never go back. Over $100 for basic gives me sticker shock and I’ve been getting this service for years somewhere else for years.

We arrived ten minutes before our appointment, sat and waited for 50 min before we were even told they could start taking off our old gel polish. We’re rude when we said we weren’t going to finish after it took so long by telling us it was our fault for not forewarning them that we had previous gel on. On top of that they charged $45 for a gel manicure and only $30 for a full set acrylic. Honestly outrageous prices.

Way to expensive for the quality. I went there for a simple acrylic gel nail set and I got a coffin shape and they charge me extra money for the coffin shape. I spent $65 on plain color nails that were coffin shape and they charge you extra for the length and the shape. They are lumpy and just horrible quality I was thinking I would spend MAYBE $45 but then he told me $65 and that it was extra for the gel obviously which I knew, then extra for the shape. NEVER GOING BACK. I have never spent near that much on plain gel acrylic nails especially for such bad quality. $65 for such plain nails? they weren’t even good!!! Sounds like a rip off.

Tom and Kristy are funny and amazing. They fixed my nail even though they were really busy they got to me with in 20 minutes. The price is awesome for the quality. Thank you I will be back. Very happy

My wife makes me come with her every two weeks to get pedicures. At first I wasn’t too sure about it because I dont like people touching my feet but I’ll tell you what.... it has made a world of a difference. My feet has never felt so clean and taken care of. This has been by far the best pedicure Ive had in the Rolla area. Tom and his wife were very personable, lovely people. They did an excellent job and my feet feel wonderful. I really appreciated that the tools used on my feet were pulled from sterilization bags. They have a lovely and extremely clean facility.

I cant remember the guys name (he looked like the only one) but he did a fabulous job!! I am extremely picky about my nails. I like the French tips with pink and white powder and I like the white tip to be pretty thin and he was able to do my nails exactly the way I wanted. The salon is very clean and the staff are very professional! I am definitely going back!

Absolutely awful!!!! My daughter went in to get her nails done and the guy did a terrible job. He took advantage of the fact she was a 15 year old girl and did one of the sloppiest acrylic nail jobs I have ever seen. You can see her old pink nail polish under the nails he gave her and would not give her nails any longer than her natural nail without giving him more money first. I honestly thought I could let my 15 year old get her nails done without me having to hover and make sure she wasnt taken advantage of by an adult at a business but I guess I was wrong!! She told him she wanted a pointed nail and did not get it, he did a horrible job on painting her nails a 5 year old would have done a better job. I have had my nails done many times and this is very sad. When I contacted him about his crappie work all I got was a bunch of excuses and he actually tried to blame her for it saying maybe she messed them up. Im, no sorry thats not the case. This is a case of him doing a really bad nail job. I will never Recommend this place to anyone do to the fact they dont fix it if they do a bad job. My daughter worked very hard and saved her money to go get her nails done and this was her experience. She is so upset. This man is a jerk and he takes advantage of people if presented the opportunity apparently. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere

I have been going to Lovely Nails for over ten years--have recommended it to all of my friends with the confidence to know theyll be as happy there as I am. Tom, Christie, and Susan not only do an excellent job but are friendly, pleasant and keep a pristine shop.A pedicure in one of the massage chairs is a great way to pamper yourself and Christie can paint any design you want as well as do brow shaping. And Ive never seen them not fit in a walk-in.

Best nail salon in Rolla for sure, Tom did my nails. It was my first time there, he noticed that I had an issue with them breaking too often. He promised that they wouldnt this time and they lasted more than they ever did.

I highly recommend coming here! Their designs are amazing! Professional yet friendly atmosphere. They can pretty much design anything, i love their ARTWORK. I went to a banquet dinner at work and I had loads of compliment on my nails. I had both a mani and pedi. I got their gel nails, and boy do they last long. I love it! All in all, they are all incredibly skilled. If youre looking for a place that is worth your money. I highly recommend you come here.

And clearly not .There is a lot of competition for this in the area and they have been caught using fake profiles to write reviews .but not every business is perfect. We cant make everyone happy. Tom does a decent job on nail tips. But his wife did mine twice now. Was very rushed. less then average. Sarcastic attitude. Got mad when I asked her fix a nail and a smudge. Will NOT be returning!!

I have been going to LovelyNails for 2 yrs, and Christy, Tom and Susan are fantastic! On my latest visit Christy took the initiative to take care of a foot problem she observed, without a single word from me. It is this customized care and their professional services that I appreciate so much! And of course they are all super great to hang out with!:)

I had a horrible experience. I was indecisive about what color to choose, I chose a gel color and once it was on it didnt look right so I wanted to change colors. The guy that was doing my nails yelled at me I front of everyone, I understand that he was busy and time is important but Im just as much of a customer as anyone else and Im allowed to change my mind. Even the customer next to me was rude and acted like I was wrong but I wasnt. I ended up leaving in tears without my nails painted.

Went there a week ago right when they opened and there was only 1 person there. I waited for about 15 minutes then I was taken care of. My pedi was great and my big toe design was amazing. I had a very basic fill in because in my line of work I cannot have color. They lady that did my nails nicked me a bit with the drill but my nails looked good. The only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars because my nails are chipping a bit. Next time I will tell her to make them a little thicker. Overall service was great but I recommend making appointments instead of walking in. I will be returning here!

Not a great experience! The lady worked there was very pushy and unfriendly. She was very nervous and didn’t ask anything about my favorite design. Also, it was expensive: $30 for basic design! After she finished my manicure, while the salon was not crowded, I had to wait for 10 minutes to pay the money. The entire experience was very uncomfortable and disrespectful, and I wouldnt recommend it. The next day, my nails had already chipped in multiple areas. There were also a lot of tiny air bubbles on my nails. If you want to pay that much money just go to a better salon.

I went here because my other place was booked so I thought I would try it out. The lady slapped my nails on like she was in a huge hurry and when she did the design it was done very poorly. I asked her to clean the nail polish off the jewel she put on my nail and she said she didnt see any, even though you could clearly see the black smudge of paint on my pink jewel. My friends jewel came off as soon as we left, we went back so they could fix it but all they did was slap a layer of glue on it and her nail looked even worse than before. the next day air bubbles had formed under the nails and now day 3- my nails look like they have been on for weeks and are already looking like they are going to peel off. Also, the lady left glue and all over my finger and under the nails but I as able to pick that off- still a pain. I feel like I could have went to Walmart and bought the nails myself and do them myself and they would have turned out ten times better. It was a waste of money and I will never go back. Not only that but they cost around $5 more just to do a design- and the design was horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the wife and she FILED MY SKIN OFF with a rotary file to wear I was bleeding in multiple spots. Three fingers to be exact. When I flinched she told me to stop moving and relax, I said “you cut my finger” and she said “you have dry cuticles”. I’m not an expert, but I’m pretty sure that doesn’t mean you can just file off my skin. My dip powder was not sealed properly in multiple spots. She was sloppy and got sticky polish all over my knuckles and hand. When I was done I went to the sink, got some paper towels, and applied pressure to my skin where I was bleeding. She came over and asked what I was doing, I said “I’m bleeding” and she told me not to smush my nail.

Ive been going to Lovely Nails for 3 years and my nails have never looked so good, I get more compliments on my nails and so proud to say Christy, Tom or Susie has done them. Now this is a place where you can feel pampered, Christy and Tom will do everything they can to be sure you leave there feeling confident, and have the feeling youve left there feeling youve had a good time and feel beautiful, they are the warmest nicest people Ive ever done buisness with, I really enjoy coming there
