Horrible experience and very unprofessional staff. They just cancel your appointment without even informing you. I would never recommend it to anyone. I regret wasting my time and relying on them.

I had heard good things about this Salon from the nurses at Phelps county hospital. Today I walked in to make an appointment and to my delight I got in right away! Monica H. asked me what I wanted and she trimmed it just great!

Chelsea is the BEST!!! Shes so attentive, kind and genuine. Everything she touches becomes a masterpiece. She is always happy which makes for a GREAT experience!!!

The worst haircut and color I have ever had. Also very expensive. I had a so called Master stylist that shouldnt even be allowed to do hair long enough be classified a Master stylist.

Had my hair Styled without a use of a simple comb because it was made by a ....grandmaster..... I was just speechless when i left. Could not see the back to check the hair cut and it was still wet after all the grandmaster work .

I went in to get my hair done by a younger woman named Dianna, and as soon as I sat in my chair to tell her what I wanted and showed her pictures she immediately said she could not do it& did not feel comfortable doing my hair because she knew it would not work out. Then I proceeded to change the color of my hair to a normal blonde so it could work out, and she said again she would not be able to do my hair to just a NORMAL BLONDE color as ANY hair dresser with a license should be able to do when someone’s hair is already a Carmel color. It blows my mind how extremely rude, and unconfident the young woman was.

I get my hair cut there all the time and its always amazing. Plus the people there are so nice.

They were rude, didnt tried to have my business there. It was my first time there and will be my last.

Im a pretty tough lady but I left crying I was so upset my last time here. I had a great experience the first 6 visits here but my last visit was the worst experience ever. I will say the staff is great with the exception of one who is bringing the rest down with her poor customer service. If you dont know how to talk to people then you shouldnt deal with the public
