My experience was very good! Before the massage I was able to the sauna room and relaxation area. Everything was clean and very quiet😊 The massage was one of the best I have had there. I will most define going back.

This is usually my go-to spa and today was a huge disappointment. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and the therapist was either untrained or lazy. I wasnt given a full hour and she didnt do my legs (although she did press her palms on my shins over the linens). None of the techniques were consistent, the room wasnt relaxing (lights werent dimmed) and she was incredibly loud/rough between transitions. I know that businesses are recovering from COVID ... but if Im allowed to book and pay for a full hour, I expect a trained professional who gives the full booking slot.

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue, I received a 60 minute Swedish massage. At first I thought it was the therapist not doing the request… I saw the receipt and realized it was booked incorrectly afterwards. Booking is horrible. We also had to reschedule 3 times

I purchased a $250 gift card online and selected the option to have it shipped to me. Its been almost two weeks... no gift card. Ive called 3x and emailed 1x and no one is calling me back or responding to me. Ive now no way to recoup my money OR spend my money with Spa Botanica.

I just can’t get anyone to call me back. They’re not booking appointments online anymore and I’ve left two voice messages now and called several times and cannot get anyone on the phone to book an appointment. Please let me know how I can schedule and I will gladly take this review off. Thank you!

My facial was wonderful; however, the front desk staff were unhelpful and overcharged me. When I tried to correct them, they became defensive. I’ve separately message Spa Botanica but have not heard back.

Expensive, but the staff was really nice. Depending on who you get they know their stuff. Their sauna was amazing and had a really relaxing and cozy environment. overall not a bad place to really kick up your feet and relax.

Brian did a stellar deep tissue. I have two gnarly spots in my back that I feel like nobody can scratch the surface of. The 90 minute deep tissue did not disappoint. Although I’m a little sore, I will be back.

It seems since after COVID the attention to detail isn’t the same. My facials haven’t been as thorough (no extractions) and my mani/pedi is chipping after one day along with the paint not covering my nails all the way.

Such a fantastic experience with the facial and massage I received over the weekend. Rhonda and Nathan were fabulous, offering suggestions to my questions and working on trouble areas that I pointed out. I loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility as well. It was a wonderful experience..everything was professional from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. Naisa my massage therapist was very helpful in showing me around before my massage and she did an excellent job on my massage..it was euphoric!

Would have given 0 if possible. This was not a massage it was a slathering in lotion then aggressively rubbed with a wet towel. Dont waste your time or money.

Massage was amazing I never wanted it to end

My husband scheduled a 1 hour couples massage for our wedding. We drove over an hour to, filled out paper work, and was then told that I was not allowed to receive a massage because I had a baby less than 6 weeks ago. I was told that I would need medical clearance to get one even after I was 6 weeks post partum. I have massage therapy friends that are puzzled by this. But even if it is actually a thing, there should be questions asked over the phone to prevent people traveling just to be denied services. Not sure why you can get prenatal AND EVEN POST PARTUM massages at other places but I was denied services. But the front desk offered for my husband to still have his massage. Good way to ruin a special night for us. Thank you.

I would give 0 stars if I could . This place looked amazing my mother and I came here and had the worst experience Ive EVER had at a spa EVER . I will never come back . Our appointment was at 11am to 12. They did not even open till 11 and we had to fill out paper work and they had other customers come in and they helped them no problem. But by the time we got into the rooms it was 11.20 and the massage started they didnt hardly massage us at all and then told us the massage was over we could get dressed and it was a few minutes till 12:00 . We paid for a hour massage and did not even recive a hour . When we complained to the front desk they said the manager would call us and when he finally did he hung up on us. Not once but 2 times. We finally got a full refund but we will never go back. This place was rated number 1 in northwest Arkansas this was the reason we went here but it was horrible . Ill never go back there again .

Good: my massage therapist was skilled and gave a great massage.Not so good: the linens smell like motel 8. The locker rooms and treatment rooms (cealing to floor) looked grimy, like theyve never been cleaned. They used cd players with outdated CDs for the spa music. The music was off-putting and didnt do anything to help create a relaxing environment. My facial was done by someone who reeked of cigarettes and tried to cover it with perfume. She also did extractions without asking me... I felt dirtier leaving than when I came in. Will not be going back, the space is dated and gross.

Great experience. Whisper zones present to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Started by changing in the locker room into a cozy robe and slippers. From there, I went to a waiting room with relaxing music, a water feature, and complimentary refreshments. My massage was very good and I definitely plan to return.

It turned out I couldn’t get my massage because of a wisdom tooth surgery but they were awesome with getting scheduled with something else! The staff was so polite and nice about my situation and made me feel so welcome! I got a facial instead and I loved it. It was so relaxing and was a great experience for my first facial ever. I will definitely be back to get a massage within a couple months! I cannot wait to experience a massage if the facial was this great!!

I really like the atmosphere and staff here and I find the pricing to be reasonable. Ive had several treatments and no complaints on any of those. My only issue is they never answer the phone if you call them directly and dont seem to return messages. So its best to call the Embassy Suites number and ask for the spa.

Wow. I was very impressed with a Meredith and the incredible 75 minute facial I had at Spa Botanica. I was here for a golf tournament and had a relaxing time here at the spa. The fact it’s located inside Embassy Suites was a plus. Only problem was the steam room wasn’t very steamy. I’m still glowing from that facial 2 days later. Meredith had magic skills and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you!!!

I always have a pleasant experience when it comes to coming here and receiving a massage. The front desk always works with you especially if something comes up at the last minute. Phyliss and Linda are the only ones I’ve gotten a massage from and I recommend both of them. They’re very thorough and do a great firm massage.

I am happy with the massage services that I received. Jason is a good massage therapists.The part that needs improving...Service before and after your service. You would have to chase someone down to get any drinks or service before or after. I was told I had a complimentary glass of wine coming but I couldnt find anyone to bring it to me. After my massage I went back to the relaxation room and there is no attendant to bring you any drinks or ask you if theres any other services you would like.I would go back to receive services from Jason. When I go back next time Im going to let them know I should receive better service the first time.

I’m not a frequent spa goer but was looking for someone consistent for waxing. I called for an appointment and got Dawn. I LOVE HER! She is seriously the best. She knows her stuff so well and explains things so clearly to educate me. You cannot go wrong with her :).

Sometimes you just need to find a place to chill on a hot day! That’s what my daughter and I did.We checked in for a day at the Spa Botanical having a hard time deciding which of the many treatments we would make time for on our visit there this day.We enjoyed the luxurious facilities before and between our wonderful massages, hair and makeovers, (which was a good choice after going through the relaxation mode).Sara and Meredith made it fun and did a great job!From the time we walked in the friendly staff too care of us and saw to it that we had a really nice experience all the way around from the front desk, through the dressing rooms and bath areas to each station, they all were working well together to see that all the visitors there were comfortable.We were both well pleased with our experience there and with this place being a full line spa, we both thought of good reasons to go back again and try them all! (Well almost all) I’m still having to think about some of the waxing Sara told me about. Haha!Yes I’m going back and taking my friends!Oh! Plus our husbands took us out that night for dinner being that we looked way too relaxed and pretty to have to cook that night!All around good day! Been over a yr since I last visited and same experience. Went on Feb 15th and spent $300 on services and tip.Massage - AMAZINGBrow Tint/Wax - AMAZINGGel Manicure - lifted before leaving the spa AGAIN! I will never get nail services here again. The gel polish was painted onto my skin on every nail and after being hardened lifted, but since I was there for a few hours with other services scheduled I didn’t have time to get it taken off and completely redone. Waste of $50.Haircut - paid for a service that includes a shampoo and style and was asked if I wanted it or just a haircut...by the same person who did my nails so I just got a dry cut...I mean I’d like to get all the services I schedule and paid for so why would you even ask if I want them done?? Never getting hair services here again. Not impressed.So to sum it up—the man who did my massage and woman who did my brow tint and wax were absolutely amazing and professional. The nail and hair services were a waste of money and awkward and I’m upset I wasted a lot of money trying them out again a year later.

I love this Spa. Dawn is amazing!!! I have been going to her for almost 2 years now. She knows her products and helps you get a good clean skin regimen in place. Highly recommend Dawn for facials, waxing and spray tans.

Would not recommend unless you personally walk in to schedule an appointment. I scheduled a couples massage appointment online. 2 days later they confirmed an appointment over the phone. My husband and I walk in 30 minutes early for our appointment only to be told we were scheduled for 2 separate massages 15 minutes apart. 😡

My wife and I got the couples massage and it was awesome, the therapists were very skilled. We have gotten massages all over the U.S. and this ranks right up there. The amenities were very nice, the bath salts to wash your hands, the snack trays, the waiting area very serene. We have even been to other Spa Botanicas but this was the better. Any time we are in the Rogers area we will book a massage there. Beautiful hotel complex.

My wife and I will not be patronizing Spa Botanical.We were treated very rudely by the receptionist. We were inquiring about what packages were available,when the young lady at the front desk interrupted us to take care of another customer,who arrived after us.Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

Went there for few years. Two years ago I would have given 5 star, but new owners have downgraded the quality of hair product line, as well as the quality of treats/drinks provided while you wait. Place is beautiful, but too expensive for new quality. :( I had same thing done as always, but my hair was fried by new color line.

Leslie and Norma are the best! My nails look wonderful and we had a great time chatting the whole time!! Definitely will be back!

My husband and I surprised our 16 year old with a Lavender bath, massage and facial for her bithday. She had Natalie for her bath and massage. She was fantastic! Very informative and knowledgeable. Dawn did a teen facial and we got the same treatment. Both women seemed to love their jobs and it showed through their work. The facility was clean and had a couple of free options to enjoy, such as steam room, showers, makeup vanity area and an assortment of lotions to use when youre done. I would recommend all of my friends and family to Spa Botanica.

It is not a one call and done you have to keep calling or leave a message and I have to say maybe thats why they cant answer the phone because they are busy answering left messages

I have never been more humiliated by a receptionist and staff in my life. The level of unprofessionalism by this girl with multiple facial piercings and the handling of my complaints by the hotel guest services is unmatched to any experience Ive had.I had a day from absolute hell ending in an unexpected trip to urgent care that left me sad, sore, and in extreme need of relaxation. My significant other called this spa to arrange a massage and decided a facial would be good, too.We arrive to the hotel 45 mins before my facial and decide to have a cocktail in their lobby bar. I felt it was within reason and another service offered by the hotel that I could utilize to begin relaxing. I had 2 single cocktails and ordered a 3rd to take with me on my next 1.5 hour adventure in the salon.As I was signing in I could not use my right hand due to a thumb injury and had to use my left, forcing me to make a joke to my significant other next to me that I felt a little tipsy writing out my name with my left hands. The receptionist pipes up saying if I am intoxicated I would not be able to get a massage at the discretion of the masseuse if he felt I was impaired. I assured her I was not drunk, I had only made a joke to my boyfriend. She then sends me back for the facial and the esthetician tells me we do not have time for a robe right now but after. She does the facial and tells me we will then change into a robe and to follow her, she then straight walks me up to the receptionist who then tells me my massage has beee cancelled because the masseuse says he is not comfortable performing the services. This is a person who has not seen me, met me, or talked to me ever.I am so upset and embarrassed by this denial of service and reasons for it being discussed in front of guests waiting in their lobby. As I leave I tell them I will never be back and the receptionist has the audacity to quip fake niceness to my back in a sticky tone, have a nice daaay!I had no choice but to ask for a hotel manager in the lobby and explained myself. Im now sobbing in the lobby, beyond embarrassed and feeling shamed for using only this hotels services and then denied and made to feel less than in front of strangers. He tells me he is sorry for my experience and I said, yes, me too. I will never return here if this is how your business is run and I will be sharing this with everyone I know.I called guest services as I left and was put on hold after asking for a refund from the spa since my facial was completely ruined by my tears covering my face. She comes back and says they refuse. I explained I would absolutely be getting a refund for not only it being ruined but on principle for how I was treated. She puts me back on hold and after another 10 mins was hung up on. I called back and another woman answered where I had to once again recant my story. She gets me on the phone with the spa manager who actually is the one who made the reservation for me through my boyfriend and she said she would refund me and would leave it at the hotel desk.I write this review because this was absolutely the worst experience. Do not waste your time on a less than mediocre spa with even less desirable staff. The manager is the only one who has managed to not completely turn me off because she did indeed refund me.I do NOT recommend wasting your money here. I would HIGHLY encourage everyone to really consider paying a slightly more premium cost and go to Premier Dermatology. That is what treating yourself looks like. Side note: they serve adult beverages duRing their services there. Consider me a new client of theirs.Thank you for your compassion and time if you read this in entirety.Have a blessed day!

Had the couples deep tissue massage for Valentines Day, neat atmosphere super friendly staff, massage was mediocre for price, but a nice experience. We were not upgraded to special oils etc like promised either. Nice place just not sure quality matches the price tag!

If you need a wax or facial service, you must book with Dawn!! Out of all the estheticians I’ve ever visited in my life Dawn has been the first to truly care - and be diligent- about healthy skin. She is a perfectionist and that’s something to truly be appreciated - especially with those wax services before a summer beach vacation! LOL!She is also very knowledgeable and great with product recommendations. Very well-rounded expert in her field!

I bought my wife a spa package as a gift. We expected great things based on the other reviews, but she did not have a good experience. She spent a lot of her time waiting and did not receive the massage portion of the package due to circumstances that were not previously disclosed to us. Would not go back.

I have a regular wax appt every 5 weeks with Dawn. She is always meticulous and very professional. I wouldnt use any one else!I have never had any issues with Spa Botanica. Its a very relaxing spa atmosphere.

I have had a different masseuse every time and has always been awesome. I love the atmosphere, and it is clean and relaxing, quiet and all around a wonderful place.

I have been to spas in Malibu, New York, VT...and local salons. I can honestly say that the environment, staff and services at Spa Botanica are on par with some of the best. As an added bonus, they are reasonably priced and have perfect hours for those of us who are traveling to the Bentonville/Rogers area for business. If youve had a long day of meetings, treat yourself to a massage or scrub service and walk away calm, relaxed and ready to face another round of meetings or a tough flight home.

I had made an appointment and due to emergency medical issues had to reschedule several times. When I called to reschedule the morning of appointment date, because of the pain medication I wasnt able to drive, they told me that I could reschedule but because I didnt give them a 24 hour notice they are charging my credit card for half of the amount of the service! Then with an attitude asked if I wanted to reschedule!! No empathy what so ever for my medical emergency! Lyndsey needs to check her attitude and has lost myself and my friends as clients. I am a business owner in NWA. I deal with and partially rely upon the tourism industry. I really enjoy recommending quality services to my customers. I will NOT be recommending this Spa Botanica to any of my customers and they have also lost the business of my family and friends. Unforeseen medical emergencies happen. I wasnt trying to just cancel. I was trying to reschedule. I was scolded by lyndsey because of the 24 hour notice period but because of my medical emergency I had no way to predict my pain level. Again no empathy and charged for services that were never rendered.

I have not been to this spa but I wanted a bikini and upper leg wax and when I called to make the appt the girl was not helpful in giving me the details and then she asked for a credit card to hold the appt for the same day. When I asked her how my cc card information was protected she said it went to accounting. I then made an appt with a medical spa- got in the next day and they did not ask me for a credit card and the girl was extrremely helpful in answering my questions about what kind of wax they had available, what they did to prevent infections, etc. I really do beg people to be careful when a business is all about your money and when they do not safeguard your interests.
