The owner has absolutely zero integrity. My nails are embarrassing. She tried to say to me that this is great work. Also blamed my bleeding on my dry skin - chaulking up to it happens sometimes. I paid $95 including gratuity. She refunded less than 1/2 of that. I am floored and frankly quite amused at the greed.The sad part about searching for a new nail tech is wasting your money in the process. I was referred to this nail salon, what a disappointment. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to go anywhere but here.

I am so disappointed with my nails!! They are uneven, messy and there are not two of my ten nails shaped the same! I showed my daughter when I arrived home and she laughed out loud at how horrible they look. I didn’t want to make a fuss when I was leaving, and I was charged more than I usually have been for a full set with gel. I definitely will not be returning and I highly recommend finding a different salon. I gave one star because I couldn’t give it a zero.

They’re kind people but the nail work I got done wasn’t satisfying, I asked for short almond and they made them long, they look messy and bulky too. I’ve had two bad experiences here with the nail work. Once again lovelyPeople but the work is not good. Love them but would recommend somewhere else

They are clean and are taking covid safety precautions such as social distancing, wearing masks and washing hand and equipment regularly. Kim is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend making an appointment with her! She listens to exactly what you want done and pays attention to detail!

Tanya did a perfect job on my nails and pedicure. In all my many years of spa services, I have never experienced perfection like I did today. I’m totally shocked at the level of expertise. I felt like I was getting my nails done in NY or California by an artisan to the stars. She has a true gift. I had the opportunity to look at her extensive portfolio of nail art and was inspired. Whatever you dream up, she can do. Sheer perfection- and I’m quite picky. The tips were perfect size and straight, the dip was smooth and all the same thickness literally, and there was no debri clean up at home from a messy job with dip caking underneath or in the cutical area. The beauty and precision of the art classy and worthy of an award. My only concern is that when people figure out how good she is I might have a hard time booking her. But I can’t be silent about how this girl from the big city undertood what I wanted and delivered.

Nice place to get your nails done! Professional and friendly stuff. Very comfortable pedicure chairs with massage. They have huge colors selection and sterile instruments. Maria did a great job!! Highly recommend

Came here because of the great reviews for a mani/pedi. My pedicure was okay. Ive had better, Ive had worse, but it all depends on who you get, so Ill ask for someone else next time. Whats going to bring me back is the owner. When I was checking out, I mentioned to her that my requested American manicure looked more like a French manicure and the technician skipped a whole bunch of steps of the process. She apologized and asked if she could repaint my nails. It was after closing time, but she insisted, so back to the table we went! And she did a magnificent job and gave me exactly what I asked for, plus upgraded me to gel at no extra cost. This is how a business is supposed to run!

Love that this place does temperature checks and a questioner before starting. They also take your contact info for tracing in case the salon has a positive COVID case. The services were great! Loved my pedicure!

Was great.....my daughter and I got the jelly pedi it was so different but so good we loved it....my daughter got her nails done and they look so cute

Rouge salon is THE place to go. I will NEVER cheat on this nail salon ever again. I was in terrible need of a manicure this weekend but unfortunately Rouge had closed early the day I needed it. So I decided to try another place. The other place gave me a chemical burn and cut off all my nails. I left paying $110 and cried my eyes out. It was the worst experience of my life. I will ALWAYS choose ROUGE and wait for them now.

Rouge was great!! Honestly one of the things I liked most was that most if not all of the employees speak English and are kind and smiley! They did a great job on my pedicure as well ☺️ I wish their basic pedicure included something like a scrub or a wax dip (you can pay extra for those) and that’s why I put four stars instead of five.

Omg ridiculously happy and enjoyed the service, designs, price, and people at this Salon! This is the only place apparently that I have found... Where theres an actual nail artist! She did such an amazing job, so were all of the other girls there. They were so nice and sweet and they did exactly what I asked! Highly recommended.

Went here for birthday pedicures with my boyfriend! I appreciated that our pedicurist spoke english to help ease my boyfriends anxiety about getting pedicures for the first time. I did the jelly pedicure and it was definitely a unique experience. My nail polish still looks great 3 weeks later.

Never going anywhere else again! I’ve been looking for a great nail salon & finally found it after trying 3 others. The staff was so friendly from making an appointment on on the phone to us leaving. Technician Nina is amazing & so friendly, I love that she was so talkative & personable. I’ll definitely request her going forward. It’s nice feeling like your business is valued & you’re not just another service to hurry up & get out the door. The prices are great with amazing quality of work & attention to detail.

I walked into Rouge salon yesterday, after seeing positive reviews. I am not from this area, so thats all I had to go by. Deidre did a fill-in a gel polish on my nails, and I can honestly say, I havent ever been this happy with my nails! I highly recommend this salon!

I love my experience each and every time I go. The staff is always so personable, Julie is my go-to girl. She’s got customer service down to a science and knows how to make you feel special and pampered. I’d recommend going to see her if you need a solid nail gal!

I cannot day enough good things about this place! I needed a pedicure but it was almost 7pm and everyone was closed or closing soon, I ran by Rouge just to see if they were closed and even though they were, they said come on in and we’ll get you one! The owner actually did the pedicure and it was excellent, but more impressive than that was the kindness and care I was given. They didn’t have to give me a pedi, but they did. They went above and beyond and impressed me more than any nail salon I have ever been to!

I just recently moved to the area, and I was looking for a nail salon that I loved. I tried a few, and I kept having mediocre experiences. I saw Rouge while driving one day, and thought Id give it a try... And I am SO glad I did. Ja, the nail technician, was so wonderful! He took his time and was very detail oriented and he did exactly what I asked. Not only was he great at nails, but he was also so friendly! As were the rest the of the staff. I am so glad I have finally found a salon I can trust and enjoy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

******bad salon******My cousin, who is 9 months pregnant, came here and the technician refused to remove any dead skin from her feet and accused her of not using enough lotion. The nail tech had a vulgar demanor and told her she had no choice except for a French. When the owners wife spoke with her, she was unapologetic about her horrendous experience.The technician was genuinely rude, short, and disrespected my cousin multiple times and continued to be that way while the owners wife spoke with my cousin. This is unnaceptable.We were supposed to come back at 5:45 today, but they called back and asked us to go to another salon after waiting since 3 to get our nails done! Dont go here. Very bad place.

I wouldnt consider myself so much as a perfectionist, but I wasnt really impressed. The shape and length of my acrylic nails are uneven. They spent too much time filing them down that it started feeling too hot on my nails. It just seemed like sloppy work to me. The polish job looked alright though, and I think thats the only thing that makes my rating generous.Not worth the money if youre also rather picky when it comes to fingernails as I am. Although the nail lady was decently friendly, I dont think shed be a good match to my standards.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new place since we would go to fayetteville and were tired of getting our nails messed up by our old place. You call to make an appointment and you are greeted with amazing energy just over the phone. We come in and the place is very modern and relaxing. The man that is at the front desk will talk to you and call you by name. Something simple, but so rare to find. I loved it. Then we are offered a drink. We could have even gotten wine, but diet cokes were fine. The customer service was amazing from the phone all the way to the end when we were paying. My nails look amazing and the lady I had was named Monica. I will go back everytime now. It was wonderful. Worth more than 5 stars.

I rarely post negative reviews, however, I felt cheated when receiving my pedicure. This was my first time treating myself since my 6 month old son was born, and I was about to leave town for my fathers funeral. The lady who assisted me rushed through the pedicure quite painfully, because she told me she had an appointment scheduled 30 minutes after I sat down. I was the only person receiving a pedicure at this time... So, there truly was no reason for her to rush or someone else should have received my business. I also did not see her apply a top coat, and the polish started chipping in less than a week. It was not an enjoyable experience, as pampering yourself should always be...

Went to get my nails done and when I got there I showed them at the front what I wanted which was an ombré dip powder. They said they could do it. I sat down and the lady that came to do my nails said she didn’t do ombré nails. And that the only lady that did do them was busy all day. So she handed me some samples of what she could do. It honestly wasn’t what I wanted. If I am going to pay for my nails I want them done the way I want them done. Honestly I will not go back. They did not offer any kind of alternative to finding someone else to do what I wanted. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I even called before going and asked if they could do the ombré dip and made an appointment and everything. It was a big waste of my time to go, but I guess it wasn’t a complete waste because my daughter and my sister got theirs done still. But we were kind of trying to have a girls day but I couldn’t join in on it. Very disappointing. If you’re looking for anything specific for your nails this is not the place to go.

Paid $110 for two regular pedis and a mani. My husbands first pedicure and he wasnt impressed at all. My manicure was very lopsided and i was stuck with it for 3 weeks. I wasnt offered any refreshments while ladies around me had been offered wine and its not a very good atmosphere, tvs everywhere but all they show is their own ads. My mom sais she loves it here which is why i tried it, but Im going back to my old place.

Very unhappy with my experience here.I came in with a dip powder on my nails and instead of taking my nail polish off herself my technician made me do it and she said because and i quote if i do it Ill ruin my manicure not a pleasant experience at all.And on top of that i left with very sharp nails and several raw spots and cuts on my fingers.
