They seemed to be in a rush an they looked good at first but they didn’t push back my cuticles or scrape up the skin off my nail palette. And when you compare left hand to right hand they are different lengths. I still like them but for this much you kinda expect a bit better

9 days after of having this gel manicure the edges lifted up and they won’t even do much as fix them because “it’s been more than 7 days” but gave me the kind offer to return and pay full price to “have them fixed” like why would I go back to you if you couldn’t do it right the first time?? I’d stay away from this place and go somewhere that is reputable and doesn’t give rushed and poor quality for $40. 5 nails have now lifted off completely. You can get polish at Walmart that stays better then what this place did. Rude staff and they rush thru it. Waste of money and will not return. Very disappointed.

My nail tech was Emily. She did such a wonderful job and made great suggestions. This was my first good experience at a nail salon. You could tell that she loved her job and was passionate. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!!

I got the lemongrass pedicure and it worked wonders on my dry feet. The young woman who did mine was sweet and cheerful and kept me laughing. I have been there several time and have always been satisfied. They also do a very good job removing ingrowns. I will definitely keep going back and recommend it highly

This is Wyatt’s wife, but if you are looking to have a pedicure done, but also want to be relaxed, and feel amazing, this is the place to go!!! My friend Tara was getting one a few weeks ago and I have never had the want, well I decided too, and am so so so glad I did! Just left again, and all I can say is wow!! It was my Birthday so I did 10 more minutes of massage! Literally relaxed to where I was afraid I would not be able to walk out. AMAZING!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful experience at Lux Nails. We were warmly welcomed back following our long absence due to the pandemic. Tom did a beautiful job on my granddaughters nails as always. He takes his time and paints cute flowers on her toenails which delights her! Kelly was very thorough with my mani-pedi. Im always so pleased with how my nails look once she has performed her magic, and I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. We always look forward to our visits at Lux.

Super rushed low quality pedicure. My daughters pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes and mine wasnt much better. Basic pedicure does not include any kind of callus removal or massage. Go somewhere else. Much better experience for the same price.

I went in and was attended to promptly. Her work was on point, she was gentle and kind. Got my full set done just as I wanted after having to leave another salon where I had an unpleasant experience. My daughter and I went for manicures and pedicures to celebrate the end of the school year. They got us in immediately and the gentlemen who helped us were both friendly and very good. It never felt rushed and we were very happy with our results. We will be back.

I brought my 6 year old here twice to get a princess Mani & Pedi, and they didnt make her feel special or take their time. The second woman did not even massage her little feet (like she likes). I wont go back, and will find a place that makes my 6 year old feel as special as they would make a grown woman feel.

Very disappointed with my daughters nails! 24 hours and they are chipping all over the place. I called to ask what they could do. They told me nothing, that they would charge me for it since its regular nail polish! I was a years long customer. Not anymore. 24 hours!

This place has became my favorite to go to get my nails done! I’ve always been welcomed. The employees are always nice and friendly. You don’t feel judged. Every other placed I’ve went before I’ve always felt judged due to the employees constantly having a conversation in a different language to the other employees. While also leaving unhappy and not happy with my nails due to the the poor artwork done to my nails.Here they don’t do that! You feel welcomed no matter who u are. Employees know how to make your nails pretty with beautiful artwork. Such nice people and the owners are such great and caring people. Me and my family left so happy and very satisfied with our pedicures and medicures. Highly recommend!!❤️😊

My daughter and I had pedicures and dip put on our nails. The polish on our toes chipped after 24 hours..our nails cracked and chipped within 24 hours also. We each spent $80 and had a terrible experience. I also called to see if they would redo our nails and toes and was given the run around. We will never be back and I will be sure and pass along to friends how terrible this place is.

TREAT YOUR SELF!!! As a stereotypical Northwest Arkansas male I was opposed to even the idea of walking into a nail salon and getting a manicure and pedicure. After much convincing I gave in and I will tell you right now it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was unmatched the customer service was top-notch and the nail Service Plus massage was awesome. Cant wait to come back.

The lady up front was very nice and the lady that did was nails was extremely nice as well but the work was really bad. She missed part of my nails and my cuticles look awful. I asked for some things to be fixed but they honestly look worse now. It breaks my heart because they were the sweetest people but I am very disappointed with my nails. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Was a walk in and seated immediately with Bill got a full set of nails, told him what I wanted and he gave great advice to get what I wanted. They place was beautiful and soothing

I went in today for an acrylic/gel manicure. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My nail tech, Ivy, was amazing! She was so friendly and sweet. I always go to Lux, but Ivy is definitely my go to girl from now on! I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone.

My son took me to Lux for a mom and son pedicure. All the ladies were so very sweet . We received an incredible pedicure. The stone massage I think is my favorite part. We will definitely be making this a regular thing. Oh, just in case youre wondering, I had the lavender one. Awesome, so relaxing.

Staff is very polite, friendly along with being very skilled. Danny is excellent with pedicures. Tony did my pedicure on my last visit. He is very careful and helpful, excellent with pedicures as well.Dan THE MAN did a sensational job of my manicure entertaining me with funny comments. He is VERY experienced and very meticulous but extremely efficient.

Very disappointed. My daughter and I both got dips and pedicures. The upcharge on the gel was never mentioned. Both the dip and pedicure was very rushed and the end result was horrible. Had I had more time that day, I would have demanded a redo as it was absolutely embarrassing how they looked. Never again.

Me and two of my niece went here tonight, with one of my nieces who is 12 her nails were so long she couldn’t do anything so we had to have another nail technician fixed them then my 16 year old niece the nail technician put gel on when we asked for regular polish. When it came to my nails they looked like a child did them. I will admit they all got fixed but we spent three hours and I mean three hours there and all three of our nails got messed up. The front desk lady did give us three five dollars coupons but for all of our nails to be messed up and spending that long I don’t think that was enough.

It was great, however the quality of the pedi could have been a little better, left some skin peeling on feet afterwards.

Bad service had a petty done the technician didnt even clean my nails it was a 15-minute service what should have been 30 to 45 minutes reported to manager and no repercussions for that

Kelly Tran does fantastic work! She is meticulous and efficient with my gel manicures. My nails look flawless every time I leave. I’ve also had manicures and pedicures by her husband, Dan and he’s amazing as well! They’re very sweet, welcoming, and accommodating when you check in. They always offer a variety of refreshments and do a great job of making you feel pampered! I would go every week if I could.

This place is AMAZING!! LE did my full set of naila and she did an awesome job on them. Everyone there is very sweet and professional. Their number one goal is to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with what they are doing. I give them 5 stars for the place being clean and having a very sterile environment.

Excellent place to get pamper! Love to come and get a great service and just relax. My favorite is Tony, he does an outstanding job and the quality of his work is amazing. Last time I was here was close to the end of June and I waited and waited for the gel to start peeling so I could schedule another visit and the gel never peel off, that’s how good his work is!

She Hurt me, made my nails bleed, talked about me, commented on my appearance, and made my friend uncomfortable with how they treated me.My nails didn’t dry before she put the oil on my hand and she never used cuticle oil before removing my cuticles hence the bloody cuticles. “You done?” Was her ending question.

Billy did my nails!! I literally went to the wrong nail salon. But I was like okay I can do this. 🤔🥺🥺 anyway 01/11/21 one week literally less than 1wk all my damn nails popped off! Billy was soooo quiet not even making sure I was fine even when pulled away when he hurt me. I still paid what they asked and gave him a nice tip. Hubby was upset with me and said that I needed to tell everyone about this place. My cost was 47 and I gave him 57 for tip. 🥺🥺🥺

They were so kind. I have not had a pedicure for a long, long time. My feet and toes were in bad shape. My old feet have lots of issues. The place was clean and sanitary. The massage, the scrubs, the hot rocks was the best. Everything was wonderful. Definitely come back again!

I spent 3.5 hours and $100 for dip nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was challenging because my tech could not understand English. He was unwilling to paint my toenails as I asked. (reverse tip on big toe) and the tech next to him explained he couldn’t understand me.The guy that did my nails did speak fluent English, but was unable to get my nails smooth. I was in tears bc I had been in there so long and my nails looked terrible. The topcoat is still not smooth in spots and the pink part of the French dip is a weird bright pink that looks unnatural. I specifically asked for my nails to be thin and natural looking. The owner of the salon did work on them after I came back inside upset over the amount of time spent and the quality of service. Just a bad experience all the way around and will have to go pay someone else to fix them. Time and money spent being pampered is supposed to be relaxing and leave you feeling good about yourself, not frustrated leaving in tears. Not once did anyone offer to refund my money.

My first visit was great! The staff was friendly, attentive and listened to the special requests I asked for how to do my nails. I will be back for sure.

First time experience was BEYOND AMAZING and worth the price! Very spacious area with a luminance atmosphere. The atmosphere is very warm and welcome. Definitely not your traditional nail shop.The receptionists were very nice. I pampered my self with the margarita spa pedicure and gel manicure. Michelle was my nail specialist. She was very friendly and we had great conversation. The massage with the hot stones was so relaxing. They have a wide array of colors to choose from that are neatly placed fo your viewing. I will definitely be making a 7 hour drive to come back in the future lol

Usually this is the place to go but on Sunday, September 16, I was shocked by the customer service I received. I was getting a pedicure and apparently the guy was new. He struggled to cut my nails which weren’t long and only needed trimmed and filed. I asked to not cut down on sides but he did anyway and took a rather large chunk out of the corner and made it bleed. He struggled to understand our conversation so I told the attendant beside us and she got someone to help. The lady that helped seemed to be a supervisor and cleaned the nail up and then asked the guy to continue. He barely did anything to my feet which is why I went. He then attempted to paint my nails and yet another lady came to assist. After at least an hour and a half he finished up. I had taken my daughter as a treat for a manicure as well. She had been done and waiting this entire time.I think I was most disappointed that no one said anything. Not... I’m sorry but nothing except here is your bill. I did debate on a tip since I know he didn’t deserve it but I also know that he is learning so I did tip and the supervisor should have taken responsibility for the incident when she knew there was a problem. ☹️☹️☹️

Definitely the best nail salon in NWA. Love it every time I go. Only downside is they arent the best at keeping your reservations when you make them. I usually still have to wait. But the service and quality make up for that.

Never again, nice lady everything was fine till I am guessing a regular came in then it was rush rush, I never got my water she offered and I said yes to, the underneath of the nail looks horrible and the nails great color and would be really amazing if she would of not rushed me off for a regular, very dry skin after no lotion at all cuticle oil or NOTHING! I was a walk-in and they got me seated for a pedicure as soon as I picked my color. They have a book to choose what kind of pedi you would like (I went with the Lavender) and it felt amazing and smelled terrific. I also got a shellac manicure and an eyebrow wax. Loved them both! The pedicures can be a bit pricey depending on what you choose, but mine was well worth the cost.

Ive been here only twice and PK is great at what he does. Ive had many many people do my nails and never have I been so in love with my nails as I am when he designs them. They look good, feel good, and they are simply perfect every time. Ive sent my mom there and she agrees and I recommend everyone to come here.

I’ve always had fantastic experiences visiting Lux Nail & Spa! It’s one of the nicest locations I’ve been to in NWA, always very clean and they have the latest colors! I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Tran. She’s done my nails for years and Has always done a phenomenal job.

The guy that did my manicure and dip tips was extremely distracted by everything going on around him.. he seemed to be rushing as well. He kept asking me way too often how the nails looked and if they were smooth.. as if he didn’t know what he was doing and put the last clear coat and sent me out the door before it was even dry. I was so annoyed, but I had to drive my mom around so I didn’t have the time to go back. But honestly my nails were not difficult and i shouldn’t have had to go back to have anyone fix them. Just treat everyone with the same care regardless of if they are a regular or not.

I had my nails done at sassy nails in Springdale and they did a horrible job! So I called here and asked if they could fix it when I walked in they sit me down and got to work the girl not only fixed them for me but only charged me half! They looked perfect after she was finished! I will definitely be going back!

I love Lux! I was loyal to another salon for 12+ years...until a co-worker gave me a gift card to Lux. I was amazed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and luxurious feel at about the same price I was paying at the other place. Their pedis are the BEST with about 20 unique ones to choose from. If you havent been pampered at Lux yet, you should go!!

Treated myself to a Deluxe pedicure and manicure. It was fabulous. Definitely will be back.

I called prior to going in this location and was told the total cost for the service I needed was 37$! I get there and the guy tells me then it would be 62$! My normal lady at another company only charges 35$ so when I explained that to him he Told me “then you should go somewhere you can afford”! First of all thank you for taking my financial responsibilities into account but pretty sure I’ve got this! Second of all I tip the hell out of my normal lady so your loss! I’ve never felt so disrespected in a salon before! Don’t ever go here!

Love going to see them for pedicures, so many options to choose from! My nails look incredible and last 2+ weeks. I see Ann and she gets me right in. Very clean environment and friendly staff. I left my guy that I had been going to for 3 years because of the work at Lux . Highly recommended

Was told over the phone one price but charged extra because they were coffin shaped and long ? nail tech was not knowledgable of even what the coffin shape was i had to explain it to her, first time coming and will not be returning . I can go down the street to solace for a better price and quality .
