I came in today to have a wedding set I purchased many years ago (at another Zales location) inspected so that I could sell the set privately. I felt safest meeting my potential buyer at the store and went in hoping they’d be able to help me out. I hadn’t worn the set in a very long time so the two ladies in the store today were super helpful and quick to assist me with making sure I was selling my buyer a ring in good shape. My ring had a couple of loose stones so they helped get it ready to be sent off for repair. My buyer is going to get the set back in perfect shape. These ladies didn’t have to be so helpful with helping me sell my set privately, but they did and I really appreciate it! Selling a wedding set after a divorce can be an emotional time and these girl really made it a smooth transaction.
We’ve e never been more disappointed in a company or purchase. Our wedding day is ruined. Plans have been made that can’t be changed, money has been spent that can’t be unspent, and now, days after our order and only days until the ceremony, We get a “sorry, not sorry” email. No one has offered any help, only patronizing apologies no more believable than the flat earth. Just try shopping somewhere else, even if it’s “just in case”, because if there’s a 1% chance that what has happened to us could happen to you, it’s not worth it. Don’t let these people ruin it for you
Worst customer service. Refuse to let me talk to a manager evey time I called she was on break or not in the store highly recommended to go somewhere else. Also sold me a set of diamond earrings my daughter lost the back of one went in to get a new one the dont have any extra backs for earrings in the store and wouldnt even order one either.
Went in with my daughter to find a new wedding ring. Didnt get all dolled up but didnt think that mattered. As im looking an older woman is just staring at me. I asked her why she was giving me this look and she says Youre just going to be looking. Assuming I couldnt afford anything the store offered. Real nice. Wont be back.
I had the absolutely BEST visit here! We purchased my engagement ring from zales a little over 10 years ago. Coming up on our 10 year anniversary and decided to stop in and just “look” around at possibly getting a new ring. The customer service was over the top! The lady I was working with went above and beyond to make me happy, so much so we made a purchase! Thank you for being awesome, I LOVE my new ring! We will continue to be loyal to Zales.
Had horrible service. I walked in there and there were three employees working. Only one helping a customer. A very nice older lady asked if there was anything that she could help me with today. She was a delight. I asked if I could get my diamond ring cleaned. The lady then turned around and asked the manager and she proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t clean it because they only do that on Tuesdays and Thursday. I was planning on looking at another purchase while my ring was being cleaned but that one hateful manager kept Zales from getting that sale. I’m needing an engagement ring. After reading the sign on the front door saying they can do diamond bond checks only on Tuesday and Thursday’s. It said nothing about just cleaning my ring especially when I had a lady there ready to help me and was told not to help me cause it was the wrong day for a cleaning. FYI. It’s Saturday 11/21/2020. Overall I’m very unsatisfied but appreciate the employee that tried to help.
The salespeople were not as perky or inviting as the Kay salespeople across the street BUT I found the ring I loved best at this store. And its nice to know they have 20% to 30% off sales weekends throughout the year and they said they accept Zales coupons, too. I enjoyed looking around and the staff was not rude or impatient.

I purchased my ring from Zales about 10 years ago. I was late taking it in once which I was told by the Rogers store voided the warranty. I decided recently to look into getting it redipped so I talked to customer service and not only did they tell me I could take it in to get redipped at any local store they also told me they could reinstate my warranty if there was no damage to the diamond. That would have been nice to know 10 years ago in my warranty was voided per the Rogers store. I went to take it in today after being told by customer service I could and a not very nice lady told me that theyre not taking any repairs to be sent out right now and I told her that I had already talked to customer service and they told me to just bring it in and she said well they dont know whats going on here and we have a lot of people sick she said it wouldnt be back for about 4 weeks and I told her that was fine I was okay waiting 4 weeks and she refused to take it. I made a special trip to town just to drop my ring off there. So I chat with customer service again and they tell me they have no idea why the store would tell me that and that they should be taking repairs at all times. I called the Fayetteville store and guess what theyre taking repairs so now I have to make a trip to Fayetteville just to get my ring redipped. Im not sure if Zales is the problem or specifically this Rogers store but Ive really never had a good experience here. I would not recommend.
Came in yesterday to buy an engagement ring. Upon coming in i was greeted by a staff member, and as soon as i told her what I was looking for, and the price range I was in, she took me around the store to see everything they had that fit my criteria. She had a lot of knowledge on everything they had in stock. Within ten minutes, she had found me the absolute perfect ring for my soon-to-be fiancee. I recommend coming here if in need of any kind of jewelry.
I stood in this store 33mins and no one spoke to me. They had two other customers, so I stood in line. When they were done they walked past me with no acknowledgement. This was very surprising as I have been a Zales customer for years. I will be re-thinking that.
Went in last Friday to do my ring inspection. Both ladies were busy with other customers. I patiently waited for 45 minutes. When it was my turn, I was told they dont do inspections on the weekends. Since when is a Friday considered a weekend? After I waited 45 minutes and drove an hour to get there. So today, Sunday, I called and called to see if they will inspect it tomorrow (Monday) and of course no answer. 🤬🤬🤬
Horrible service I sat in this store for 30 minutes waiting to be helped the guy in front of me wasmt even purchasing anything even stated he wasnt . So I left late lunch went back and same people same spot in line I go in to get a repair on my ring which I paid for a warranty and cant even get helped . No Ill be with you in a moment or anything!!!! Will definitely be driving to fayettvile for service
The staff was amazing and the prices were incredible! I asked my girlfriend to marry me in front of the staff and she said YES!!!! We will be customers for life!!!
Hours posted online show 9AM-10PM everyday.Drove on 12/13/20 for a sale they advertised only to find the store is closed at 10:42AM.
The layout of Zales is so easy to navigate and I loved so many rings but the service was bad. We were walking around and waiting for assistance and not one staff member approached us or even greeted us. They completely avoided eye contact. We won’t be returning.

I love the atmosphere and employees there. Everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful. I was very well guided by a women named Susan at the Promenade location in Rogers Arkansas. So far My Husband and I have purchased wedding ring, earrings, necklace, and infant earrings for my daughter there. Reciently my husband and I discovered that his friend wanted to propose to his girlfriend in Italy this fall and right away we directed him to Zales 2203 Promenade Blvd Ste. 5135, Rogers, AR 72758. He was able to find the perfect ring with Susan’s help yet again. So thank you Zales and Susan you have made our commitment so beautiful!
My fiancé and I had been shopping for engagement rings. We walked in and the first thing lady said to us without even greeting us was there is an 8 person limit and shrugged her shoulders. So we left, went across the street to Kays. Came back, waited outside for about 20mins. Finally we went in, we were not greeted or told an Ill be right with you, nothing. A couple walked in after us and was immediately greeted and helped. We browsed a bit and finally decided we were already just uncomfortable being there. So we left and bought our rings at Helzberg in Fayetteville. I would not recommend this place, simply bc of the rude and unprofessional customer service.

We’ve been buying jewelry from this location for six years now. Customer service has absolutely tanked and we won’t be going back. I’ve never been so frustrated with how I’ve been treated that I walked next door to a competitor to spend money out of pure spite but here we are. If you like to be treated like an idiot who must have a budget of $5 by all means go here. If you like to be treated with even an ounce of respect save your time and walk next door to Kay.
Went in to buy a watch and bought one. The lady Susan was my representative, very nice and pleasant to talk to. She helped me with that sale. Come to realize the watch I bought was not what I needed. So I got that set up o be returned, went and bought another watch this one had what I needed (water resistance100ft) and Susan helped me out again and overall minus the little bit of lost time, lol it was a great experience overall :))
Went to Zales after Christmas to return a ring my wife bought me and when I exchanged it it cost me almost an extra hundred bucks, which would be no big deal but the sales person never said anything about the cost difference. Not to mention the ring was almost the same one. And she said something went wrong when she rang up the purchase so she couldn’t give me a receipt. Didn’t notice the cost difference because it was a present and didn’t even know the original cost. Shaddy

Took my watch in to get fixed. Was told february 2nd. The 2nd came and went and nothing. Ive called and they never call back. Where is my watch?
Not sure where along the chain someone was at fault, but I spent $3,000+ on a simple solitaire engagement ring just for it to become loose in the prongs AFTER ONE MONTH. I took it to Underwood’s on Dickson (because why would I trust Zales to fix it if they can’t even set it correctly to begin with?) and they told us the diamond wasn’t set correctly in the prongs. Very sloppy craftsmanship on Zale’s part. I will not be coming back for anything diamond related anytime soon. Be careful buying diamonds from a big company like this. Zero attention to detail.

Absolutely abysmal customer service now. I bought a men’s Bulova watch there a couple years back which was quite expensive and have had the battery replaced twice in the store with no issues. Today, however I was told they would not be doing that and was then directed to Zales to have them do it.I don’t know what has happened personel wise in this store but customer loyalty and customer service don’t mean a think to them. And you wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing up. Pitiful service Janet.

I went in to get my wedding ring repaired and all three workers were bickering at each other from across the store! The lady who was helping me was so upset with her coworkers that she just tossed my ring on the counter! They all continued to bad mouth each other until, for some reason, the computer went down. At that point, I took my ring and left. Hopefully I will find better service in Fayetteville! I will not be back to that store. RIDICULOUS!
