Oh my goodness! I found my jewelry store! White’s & Company Jewelry is the B-E-S-T -And Dan is absolutely amazing! They stand behind their workmanship until you are completely satisfied and happy.I brought my ring in to build up the worn down prongs. When I picked it up I gasped! Dan’s workmanship is phenomenal! He built up the prongs in such a way that made the “hidden” diamonds pop! It looks like a new ring. Thank you Dan, for blessing us with your kindness, patience, understanding, and talent.

I took 6 watches in to have new batteries in, two had to be sent to the watch maker. Very pleased with prompt service and great price. Then, my husband and i took 6 more watches in for batteries, again prompt service and great price. Mr White, J.D. and Dan are the best! We at home in the store and what a store to see. It is a great place to see memorable collections of history and a wonderful collection of clocks. They will be go-to for everything now.

The jeweler (and owner I think) is such a kind, honest gentleman. I took my wedding ring in for rhodium plating, and I was shocked at how reasonable the cost was as well as the same day service. When I went back to pick up my ring, the jeweler said he wasn’t happy with how it turned out. (I am hard on my rings in that I’m a teacher and constantly using hand sanitizer and washing my hands.) He wanted to keep it and work on it until it “looked like it should”, and he didn’t even increase the charge. Very impressed!! We will be back!!

I walked in looking to get my coin collection appraised but instead was treated with a look of incompetence while my coins were skimmed and tossed aside like trash. He said even if they were anyway special they would still be face value. I didnt know much but looking for appraisals or coin info from this gentleman will only leave you feeling worthless.

I had an AMAZING experience at White’s Jewelry! I am so impressed and I will definitely be back. ...My boyfriend and I have recently been going through and cleaning up his grandmothers’ home after she passed away a year ago. We found many jewelry items, but we don’t really know anything about them. I called White’s Jewelry on Monday and asked if I needed to make an appointment, the nice man assured me I could come in without an appointment whenever I was ready. So, I went in today and took a couple of Tupperware containers with miscellaneous items we found while cleaning. The gentleman from White’s spent time with me going through each item, explaining what it was, and if it had any value. The items that didn’t have any value he gave me some suggestions on what I could do. The items that could be purchased for meltdown value, he gave me a cost estimate on. There were two items that were valuable but could be sentimental to our family, so he VERY KINDLY cleaned them up for me. They looked brand new despite being 80 years old. He was so sweet and kind, and really went above and beyond for me. The items that I did sell to White’s for scrap were paid to me very quickly via a check. It was a very easy transaction. And the nice gentlemen running this place were amazing to deal with. Also, this place is just super cool to look at. They have so many historical items lining the shelves and walls to the left and the right of the main counter area. It is just an amazing environment to be in and be a part of. This place is definitely the anchor of downtown Rogers. And it is just an amazingly classy and timeless place to be in. It feels good to be there. Whether you’re buying jewelry, getting a consult, or selling gold value. This is a place I will definitely be back to— it’s an experience all on its own.

I started with the mall jewelry stores. Because I knew what I was looking for, but I didnt know how to make it happen. Every single clerk inside of those places looked at me like I smelled bad. Mr. White treated me like a human being, gave me an amazing deal on a beautiful solitaire and the girl of my dreams said yes to me. The world needs more like this.

Terrible experience. I brought a ring in for a QUOTE for repair. I was asked to leave the ring behind so they could quote replacement of the missing stone, or resetting the diamonds altogether. It is a difficult repair that I have had to do a couple of times already and the repair Is not guaranteed on its current setting. The ring was held for 2 months with no communication on their part. Every time I called for an update, I just got a long winded explanation of how they were trying to fix it with no success. Then suddenly on one of my follow up phone calls I was told the ring was repaired and ready for pick up?? I NEVER RECEIVED OR APPROVED A QUOTE!!! I went to pick up the ring and it looked TERRIBLE and they were asking me to pay +$450 with no guarantee!!!! Just to give some perspective, I paid $250 for the same repair just a couple of years prior from another jewelry store. Three additional weeks later, the repair was undone and I picked up my ring in its original state with no money exchanged. What a terrible waste of time. I am now almost 3 months without my ring and have to start over. The lack of communication is the worst part of this whole experience. I never received one phone call from them. I either had to call or stop by to see what was going on with my ring. I would not recommend dropping off your valuables here.

I was sent to Whites Jewelers after an incident with my wedding ring where it had cracked. They fixed it for me. I was all ready to trade it for a new ring. When I got it back, it looked so much like new, I fell in love with it again. It cracked again (right in the same spot) and they fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!!! Ive bought a watch from their Christina collection, and have sent another one of my co-workers there for a wedding set which they purchased! They always want to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I tell anyone who will listen to go there. They are the essence of not just customer service, but the customer EXPERIENCE.

I bought a old currency note from them, through a online auction.. Absolutely what it was represented to be, very happy with it, it was at my house in 4 days, I hope to do more business with them in the future.

Loads of fake gold, fake rolexes and when you contact him on social media inquiring about his cheap priced solid gold pieces and authenticity, he blocks you. Dont ever go here, bad business ethic and have contacted BBB.

Bought a Rolex GMT Master from here back in 2006 ish, never wore it and it sat in my safe for nearly ten years, when I went to sell it, I had 3 separate Rolex dealers tell me that the band was a Chinese fake. I was in complete disbelief, I didnt put a new band on it and no one else has ever been left alone with it, so I know this jeweler conned me. So buyers beware, dishonest Rolex dealer.
