I took my ring in on a Wednesday to get it sized she said it would be hard to get done by Friday and she would call me. I didn’t get a call but on my way home from work I stopped by and checked just to see. They had not even started on it .The lady that owns Goldens told me she would be coming in on Saturday to do some work but wasn’t open to the public. She ask me was I available on Saturday if they got it done and I told her of coarse. So we leave and didn’t even make it home we had a few stops to make and she calls and basically says surprise can you come back to the store. Your ring is done. I stopped what I was doing and went right back to get my ring. And let me tell you what it is PERFECT. If you are needing a great jewelry store with great people, customer service, prices and amazing work. This is your place. I can’t thank them enough for making my ring perfect.

I have been using Goldens Designer Jewelry for nearly 30 years! This is the only jewelry store I trust as they do the work there and dont send it off. I have always been more than satisfied, however; most recently, the family ring that Brenda helped me design and Barry brought to reality, far exceeded my expectations!! We had a great experience ordering a custom-made Moissanite (diamond alternative) engagement ring from Goldens Designer Jewelry! We went in with a design in mind. Brenda helped us turn our idea into a one-of-a-kind piece, created by Barry. My fiance loves it even more than our original design. They were very mindful of our budget and quickly answered all our questions by email and in-person. I highly recommend them!

I couldnt have had a better experience picking out an engagement ring! I didnt know a lot about jewelry, but Brenda and Barry were amazing and really helped me through the process. The experience you get at Goldens is one thats hard to find these days - individual attention and customization that you wont find at the large chain jewelry stores. Heres a little synopsis of my experience; I came into Goldens and sat down and talked to Brenda. She did a great job listening to exactly what I was wanting and the look I was going for. We then communicated through email sending pictures back and forth. When I liked something, she would get it shipped to the store for me to look at. If it wasnt the one - she would send it back and we would keep looking. This is a service you wont find many places. When I decided on my ring and band, Brenda let me look at the ring and Diamond through the microscope - which was awesome! After I was confident I had the perfect engagement ring, Barry had it set up and ready to go within 2 days. Another advantage of going somewhere where they dont have to ship your ring off to get worked on! I cant say enough about Goldens, im very thankful for their attention to detail and amazing customer service during a very important time in my life. And most importantly, my fiance is OBSESSED with her ring. Thanks Barry and Brenda!

The store offers unique pieces designed by a skilled artist, the owner. No piece is the same. I had them design a chain and coin necklace I was so exceeded my expectations. Engraving is also available. Silver work is also done for jewlery, plaques,. guns. Watch repair is also done in the shop. Amazing work and great people who are concerned with meeting the needs of the people they serve.

I went into Goldens to have some major work done on my wedding ring and the work done was totally fenominal! I can’t stop looking at my ring! It was beautiful when my husband put it on my finger when years ago but when we picked it up when it was finished it looked even more gorgeous than when I first got it! Mr Golden is one of the 16 master jewelers here in the United States and his wife Brenda is a gem herself with the most fabulous customer service! From The time you walk into their store till the time you walk out you feel like you’ve been treated like family! I can’t say enough about the work and service we received and we are so glad we found Goldens jewelry right here in downtown old Rogers!

Great customer care! They took the time to show us different designs, stones, and mounts. They also explained durability of different prongs. We had our daughter in with us and they were kind enough to let her play with a few old toys while waiting on us to make a selection. I will recommend this company to anyone who desires high quality, great customer service, and unique designs.
