Was looking to get my automatic watch fixed and saw that Blakeman’s does repairs. Pleased to find out they have an in-house watchmaker Dominik who was able to get me sorted out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone else I talked to in the store was also very friendly. Will be coming back next time I’m in need of a watch or jewelry!

Very overpriced jewelry. I literally found the same ring with a bigger, better quality diamond at another store for half the price of what Blakemans was asking.I also had them replace a battery in my watch. A simple, quick, easy fix. It took them 2 days to do and they broke my watch as well as installed the strap backwards.

Fairly unique engraving request, but they worked with me to get it done and have it ready in time.

Christmas 2017, Jacqueline was a wonderful help with choosing the CORRECT pair of diamond stud earrings for my beautiful wife. Gave me four (4) options to choose from at a VERY REASONABLE price. I shopped other jewelery stores that had very limited stock and chose to not make good on their promise to call me back with pricing on larger carat weights. Now, Blakeman’s has a “LIFETIME CUSTOMER”!

Having just moved here from Atlanta, Im unfamiliar with the establishments around here. Despite my concern, I received excellent customer service at Blakemans from both Erica and Randy. I went it to get a Pebble Steel band adjusted for my Moto 360, and they were at once incredibly friendly and more than fair with pricing. The store is kept in pristine condition, and you can tell they have a passion for jewelry/watches/etc, and want to do whatever it takes to make you happy.I would recommend Blakemans Fine Jewelry to anyone looking for their next accessory piece.

In my opinion Blakeman’s is the best jewelry store in NWA. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring from them and many other things as well. They have incredibly nice pieces of handmade jewelry and it is always the same faces when you come in. It is a nice hometown feel. They also make a lot of their jewelry on site. Definitely try them out next time you want to get something nice.

You cannot go wrong at Blakemans! If you are looking for high quality, high end jewelry, this is the place to go. My husband just got me a David Yurman necklace from here thats absolutely gorgeous! Also, they will clean your jewelry as often as you like!

Charged $40 to change two watch batteries. Pretty outrageous price for something that should cost $10 total. This place definitely caters to the wealthy. Lesson learned....wont be going back!

Im not sure on everyone elses experience, But i went in in a pair of vans, old jeans and a plain white T-shirt to look for an engagement ring and was treated like a prince (despite not looking the part) everyone there was incredibly helpful, Taylor, Emily, And Ben have always went out of their way to speak to me. this is my go to jewelry store

Horrible experience at Blakemans. Very rude and unprofessional service. I recommend instead going to Kays jewelers nearby which gave me much better service. Blakemans expects you to blindly trust them when leaving a diamond in their store. Kay (along with other jewlers) provides you with pictures of your diamond and its unique inclusions so you know your diamond is safe and untampered with.

I collect watches. While Im not a multi-millionaire able to purchase what I want without discretion, I do spend a lot of money on watches. So when I walk into a store wearing cowboy boots, jeans and a T-shirt, I dont necessarily look like I have a 3-4000.00 budget. But I do.For reasons of context Ill say that I prefer diving watches, and was trying to decide between a couple of them. A Breitling Colt, or at Blakemans a Tudor Pelagos. Since 3-4000.00$ is a significant amount of money for me (and perhaps most people) I wanted to handle each watch before I decided which to purchase. So into Blakemans I go looking to check out a Pelagos dive watch in titanium. Nice watch.But terrible service.I walked up to the amoeba of employees by the desk. It appears Randy Faddis loses the toss. When hes done being shocked that I was even allowed in the door, he asks how he can help. I explain that I collect watches, and have come here to get an up close experience with one of theirs. He offers me something to drink, I decline. We amble over to the Tudor case. (Its off to the left of the Rolex case. I get the distinct impression he wouldnt have wasted his time on me there) I explain how Im a fan of dive watches and am a huge fan of the water resistance present in the Pelagos. A more un-interested employee I have never met. Uh huh, uh huh, uh huh...ad nauseam. Not getting much dialogue out of this one. I try asking questions about the watch (Questions I already know the answer too). Tudor has recently revamped the Pelagos with a new movement and a slightly different dial design. Oh, well be getting those in soon. ...Okay. When? How much will they be? Why should I buy the watch Im holding now (Instead of the new one with an In-house movement, which is also Chronometer certified) Do you want some coffee? ...What?? Is he playing the idiot card with me now? Im asking specific questions about a watch, and he cant even pretend to care to answer me. Finally we reach the point where I dont believe attempting any dialogue with this Randy Faddis is going to benefit me. My wife is sitting by the door looking embarrassed to even be there. Randy appears to get an idea and runs over, and grabs a Tudor catalog, and hand it to me in a way that says If I give you this, will that shut you up and get you out of my store youre not fit to thin the oxygen in??? I had to ask him for a business card (wasnt offered to me) and we left in what I can only describe as a hurry.Overall I feel belittled, and that they were too snobby to want to waste their time with the likes of us. Terrible experience. Even if I liked the Pelagos better, I wouldnt buy it from them. Went to Romance Diamond Company in Fayetteville AR. Handled a couple Breitling, (under no pretense that I would immediately buy). Had a wonderful experience.Do not waste your time with Blakemans Fine Jewelry or Randy Faddis. Go elsewhere.

I would never purchase anything from this uppity disrespectful place. Terrible, terrible service. I was ready to spend thousands of dollars, but was completely ignored. Most likely because I Didnt look the part.I would sooner sandpaper myself then roll around in rock salt before ever setting foot in this store again.
