We took our son there for a haircut for his homecoming dance, his first ever. Miss Wendy did a great job and did a pampering but kept his male dignity enacted at age 15 if you know what I mean..very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place and be courteous this establishment is highly understaffed. They are doing the best they can..if you dont have patience and cant wait use the app. The establishment is doing everything they can to do what they can for the customer. Great place to get a hair cut. I usually treat myself to the MVP. If you never had one, get it. All the stylist there are very friendly and engaging. I do like that they have your last hair cut saved in case a different stylist cuts your hair. Use the app to check in. It will save you time and is pretty accurate.

It was our first time and absolutely loved the staff and store. Happened to be there while a little one was getting his hair cut and he was not happy but the lady doing his hair was patient and kind. They were friendly and helpful to everyone that walked in and even more so.to each other. We had Jasmine cut my sons hair and she was amazing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

They are very awesome. They listened to how I wanted my haircut and did it. My boys go their haircut there too . My youngest has a traumatic injury to his head and they was sensitive to him and my oldest is autistic with a severe delay and they went through it step by step with him and made him comfy

One family member went and had irrigating bumps on head unaware that it was from there another family member got the same thing haircut quality is ok.

Don’t go here. The hair stylist don’t know what their doing. The hair stylist gave me a horrible fade which really ruined my day. I will never return here again or recommend this place to anyone. Such a disappointment.

I absolutely loved my experience here. You guys made me feel so much better about my hair/beard! If I were asked to reccomend a specific stylist, I would reccomend Rachel. She was very nice and talkative, did NOT give me a boring haircut. Really appreciated that. She also helped me on figuring out the right product for my beard(which I will be getting very shortly)/ and how healthy it already was and could be. Thx so much! I will definitely come back here the next time I need a haircut!

If you want a great haircut for a guy, come to Sport Clips. Fast & super nice. Love the hot towels and hair washing / shampoo stations. Just wish their prices were cheaper. After a tip it’s pretty much $20 for a cut. Love the little tv’s to watch sports while you get a haircut. Normally has about a 5-10 min wait. But I think you can checkin online or with an app now?

Typical Sport Clips location but seems to have less of crowd than the location at Pinnacle. Shae is the one you want to cut your hair- she’s got skills when it comes to my fade and hard part and usually has an entertaining story or two. Overall pretty minimal wait times (comparison made to other Rogers location) and the establishment is clean and friendly.

Came in with a really bad haircut from another location. I didn’t know what to do with, just wanted a neck trim but they helped style it to look much better!

Today 9/1/2021 I came in and got my hair cut around 9 30 and was able to get in immediately. The young lady (jasmine) did a very good job and was super nice. Thank you for being so upbeat and positive made my day a little brighter.

First day open after virus shut down. Taking names on paper because online system wasnt working yet. Waited over an hour and they were allowing online people to cut in line before us. I missed an hour and a half of work to be told it would be another hour wait. Never again!

Good stylists, however they started bickering at each other in front of customers.

The one in the mall is better a quicker. They seemed like they did not want to be there. All walking around slow and dragging there feet.

I have had a couple cuts here and it was good. I asked for a half to one fade and trim on top with scissors like I have the previous times. Fade was horrible, my sides were so choppy, NONE of it was blended! Top looked like I had mountains If they allowed to post pictures I would show everyone. HORRIBLE JOB. I DONT KNOW HOW YOU CAN MESS UP SUCH A SIMPLE CUT. Please refund me my money. Dont get your haircut by Casey. That was the stylist.

Terrible haircuts. All three of my grandsons were dissatisfied. They gossiped among themselves while cutting hair. I gave all 3 of them 5.00 tips and they didnt even say thankyou. Probably wont go back.

Extremely poor customer service and mediocre haircuts. Ive been to all three NWA locations, and theres a reason the Rogers Walnut one always has a shorter wait time than the other two.

Two stylists in the building. With all of the marketing they do there should be more people to cater their customers. Waited over an hour to get a haircut. And when I got there no hello or greeting jus a stylist that looks at me and says its gonna be over an hour before we get to you, do you want to wait.

Terrible haircut. People there are nice enough but every time I get a hair cut it’s not what I want I give explicit instructions. I care about my hair and the way I look but it’s obvious they don’t. I have problems with my hair every time I get it cut. These people obviously don’t know how to cut hair. I will never be back again.
