I love The Cave. Their stylists are top notch and the experience is always great. Also the decor is great and the atmosphere is better than anywhere else in NWA. Not only do I always leave The Cave better looking than I showed up looking, but it’s always fun somehow. I won’t be reviewing any other shoppes any time soon. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment.

I’ve been going to the Cave for about 2 years now and I love this shop!Olivia L is the best barber/hair stylist I’ve been to. Great attention to detail, easy going, and super consistent! They rock it every time. Atmosphere and waiting area are great too. But I don’t believe I have ever waited more than 5 minutes after my appointment time.

Just visited for the first time, and Leslie was amazing. Ive found my new barber. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed. A+

Great place to get your haircut, no matter who you get. The fancier cuts are worth it, the hot towels are very relaxing. Young lady with green hair was kind and welcoming when I was getting checked in. Good atmosphere, good people, good haircuts.

First time visiting and I was qble to call and get in right away. When setting the appointment I did not realize the beard service was different appointment type which is what I was wanting however the scheduled me a haircut. So after arriving and getting started I realized it was a haircut and not the beard grooming. I explained the beard was more important to me at the time. My appointment happened to be the last of the day, however Kate Knox hooked me up with both a haircut and a beard grooming. She stayed late to do this, and my Beard looked the best that it ever has. Price was very reasonable for the awesome service. Will be going again

My first time going to The Cave. The reviews looked good, so I made an online appointment for 11:00 a.m. with an assigned barber as I did not know any of them. I arrived about 10 minutes early and walked in, but not really checked in as no one was at the front. Great atmosphere. One of the employees walked by me as I stood close to the front and asked if I had an appointment. I quickly said yes and followed with my name. The employee looked toward the back and said she (generally) would be with me shortly and greeted another customer. No one else checked on me to suggest a delay or attempted to provide any reason for my extended wait. At 11:25 I stood up close to their desk and finally an employee approached. I then canceled my appointment after waiting well past my appointment. So my first and last experience was not successful. They called me a few minutes later to offer an apology and a comped next visit and I appreciate that. However, it’s just too personal of a service to get a comped haircut and have the awkwardness of getting a free due to this situation.

100% the best pampering barbershop. Cut, straight raze, facial, and scalp rub. Whats not to love. Caitlin gets so much props. She has done a fantastic job. I appreciate her! All the employees are super nice and from what I seen do an awesome job as well. They even do chair massages. If you need a good day at the barbershop, this is the place🤩🤗😎

Id heard good things about The Cave ever since it opened and I wanted to give it a try. It also didnt hurt that I was in dire need of a haircut too!The atmosphere is upscale and welcoming with a nice array of alcohol, though I did not wish to partake. My appointment was with Shayla. She was friendly, but also skilled with getting my hair wrangled the way I wanted it along with handling a straight-razor along the back and sides of my neck.I have to say that this is the best haircut experience Ive had so far, and I am definitely contemplating going back when the time comes for another grooming.

It was my first time going to the barber shop and out of all the ones I’ve been to previously, it exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I was immediately greeted, check in was simple and since there was someone ahead of me I was asked if I wanted anything to drink (I highly recommend the fallen queen beer). I had my haircut by Krystle and without being very descriptive on what style I wanted, she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Nothing was rushed so the haircut came out perfect. Definitely a great experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Atmosphere was phenomenal.

I first walked into The Cave and immediately I was very impressed with the general look and feel of the establishment. My first time there, I only got a haircut and it was the best damn haircut Ive had in years. The process was smooth yet efficient and the barber did a fantastic job talking to me about the cut and what I needed. You can tell theres passion for cutting hair while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The following week I opted for a facial and face shave, and, wow, that impressed me even more. The whole process was very relaxing and, afterwards, my skin felt amazing. I wasnt sure what to expect with that but Im so glad I tried it out. I highly recommend for anyone to check out the Cave. The location, the overall feel, the quality of service, and the staff are all great. I will definitely be returning!

How have I not rated this place yet? The women here are amazing. They all know their craft, and theyre all super friendly. Youll need an appointment or at least call ahead. They just won Best Of NWA for a reason.

Little on the pricey side, but a really good experience. I always go in the afternoon so I don’t feel bad for taking advantage of the free drink they offer. Caitlin is who normally cuts my hair. She gives a more firm scalp massage, and that’s why I normally go to her.

The environment here is awesome! The ladies that worked on my hair were very knowledgeable and made my experience as good as it could be. Definitely would recommend.

Loved the atmosphere, the versatile skill and talent of the staff, and excellent customer service. The online booking experience was also excellent. The girls are easy going, easy to talk to, which only adds to the already chill vibe. Love the Great Gatsby meets whiskey distillery style guide, comfortable and masculine.

I drive all the way from Fayetteville to get my hair cut there. The environment is super chill and the option of having a drink while youre there makes it even better. Kate Knox is my barber at The Cave and I cant recommend her enough! She cuts my hair so well and my wife always compliments the cut when I get home. This place is super cool and you should check it out!

Looked like a nice place but never got the chance to experience it. Had an appointment for 11:30, I checked in with a person at the front desk about 11:25. Waited until 12:05 and walked out. No one was at the front to ask why it was taking so long and several people came in after I did and were immediately seen. Hope this place can get better at scheduling but I wont be going back.

Wow, is all I can say about The Cave. I had never trusted anyone as much I trust Taylor to shave my head, or my face before. I have had some poor experiences with former places, including one in NWA, so I always doubted doing it again. My friends consistently told me to go here so even though I entered nervously about a poor result, I left extremely impressed and satisfied.My experience began by walking into such a friendly staff that even though they were extremely busy, made the time to say Hi and ask if I needed a drink or anything. From then my nerves calmed down.About an hour later she finished and I said good job. I walked to the car and could not have been more impressed and happy with the results. The shaves were so good my fiancé even noticed.I highly recommend anyone to go to The Cave if you want a good experience and even a better haircut. Finally, I am looking forward to getting a facial and a scalp massage next when I have a little more time.

Im sorry but this place just doesnt cut it! I had high hopes when finally the NWA area had a proper place for Mens grooming, but pretty disappointed with my experience. Let me first start with what went well, great location, great ambience, and the people running the place were also friendly and they genuinely wanted to make this work. Walking in, the check in process was smooth, and they offered me something to drink as I settled in. I opted for a shave, facial and scalp massage. The facial was decent, but not great compared to what ive experienced at other saloons. But the staff member doing it took great care and i think did a good job, I just didnt think the products used or the impact of it was anything to write home about. Moreover they did the facial first and then the shave, which I think negates any benefits of the facial, since a shave exfoliates, so I dont think they knew what they were doing! The scalp massage, well I had a long day, and dozed off, so im assuming it was good. The shave was the worst part - all throughout I felt like the staff member wasnt using the razor the right way, but I wasnt sure. When it was finally done, I had hair still sticking out like a dirty uneven stubble as if my 2 year had gone to work on me. Ive had lots of shaves, but this was just unbelievably bad. It was so bad, I had to rush home and fix it before I could walk out in public. At the end of it, while the staff members did try hard to give me a positive experience, Im not sure what went wrong - my only assumption is that it boiled down to them simply not having the skills or the training to do a good job. Now I think most people I saw coming there were getting a haircut but I will not recommend this place for a shave or facial.
