I came in and was greeted by a professional lady named Andra who assisted me to the hair cutting area, she was so kind, polite, and did a wonderful job asking me what I wanted, I have natural curly hair that is difficult to cut and style...then proceeded to cut my hair and gave me the MVP experience! My husband goes there and every time comes home disappointed in the service. Wait times are ridiculous even after checking in online. He went there on 3/18 after checking in online and still ended up waiting for 30 minutes and then they took someone ahead of him who must have been friend of one of the stylists. They told my husband it will only take a few minutes and then hed be next. He got up and walked out. Done with this place!!!

I have debated on posting this. A few weeks ago, I brought my stepson to this location. I waited in the waiting room while ANDRA cut his hair. I paid for the cut, which looked fine, and we left. When We got to the car, my 8 year old child said that the lady cutting his hair and the other girl in there (tall blonde girl) were talking badly about someone the whole time. Now, I’m not sure if this was another worker there, or someone they know outside of sports clips but in my opinion that’s not very professional. My son loves sports clips, but we usually see John or Amanda at the one off of Joyce in Fayetteville. He said that she didn’t talk to him very much during the haircut, and usually the workers at Fayetteville are so friendly to him. I won’t be back to this location. We will only go to Fayetteville from now on. Sports clips needs to make sure there workers quit the gossip and cut hair. I’ve read the other reviews on here. Don’t bother “reaching out to speak with me on this matter”I just wanted you to know what happened. Sports clips in Rogers is a big thumbs down. Fayetteville is two thumbs up!

Laura is incredible. Ive been going to her for years now. She always listens to what you say, whereas some others might half-listen and do whatever they think you might want. She is very professional and friendly, and I truly believe she loves what she does every day. I specifically only go to this location and only check-in online with Laura, because once youve found a good match, youve gotta do whatever you can to keep them!

For over first time in 15 years of getting haircuts with sports clips was a little disappointed with service. Cant say other staff were as bad.Dont want to mention names, but lady was out of breath and attention to detail was not as consistent as previous haircuts around the country.

I really enjoyed my first stylist because she has alot in common with me and did a great job on my hair. Its overall the expected experience from visiting other Sports Clips locations... EXCEPT the stylists sure do bicker a lot (many even too much) and discuss their kids with each other - talking as if their clients dont even exist. I wasnt even the one getting a haircut for myself and I felt uncomfortable... We got in about 335pm and they close at 5pm on Sundays and already the employees were discussing closing down as fast as possible so they could leave. I felt like I was an inconvenience for them, which is not the typical experience I expect/want. I will still visit Sports Clips, of course, but I will avoid this location.

My husband gets his hair cut here and has had great experiences. We have gone to other Sports Clips and not only was the hair cut poor, but the attitudes of the stylists were less than professional. At the pinnacle hills location we have nearly always been satisfied with the cut and customer service.

If you’re wanting an awesome young lady that will take the necessary time to get your hair done the way you want it and gets it done right every time, you need to call ahead and be sure Rheaven (pronounced as “Raven”) is there! She does a GREAT job every time I come in and I will see no one else but her from now on. Be sure to tip her well too!!! She deserves it! Rheaven should be your go-to for getting your hair cut every time. You’ll be glad you took my advice!

I always come here for my haircut, and I love the hair wash that they do at the end.

Went during my lunch and wasn’t able to get my hair cut because me and 2 other people were waiting more than 10 minutes and not one hair stylist was cutting anyone’s hair.

My husband went to get his hair cut on Sunday. We were already at Pinnacle Hills Promenade, so he called Sport Clips and they said no waiting. We got right in, I did errands at nearby Gordmans, and when I got back his haircut was nearly finished. It was done neatly by a friendly stylist - whose name I dont remember - and the store was clean with a comfortable waiting area and plenty of parking.

Went here for a haircut for my son and myself. Staff was very nice to both of us. Both of our cuts were very well done. Will go back again.

VERY VERY VERY LONG WAIT TIMES!The concept is fantastic. Really, fantastic. I wish it lived up to its marketing and they actually carried through on the idea. Because, if they did, this would be a great place.I purchased a package wherein you buy 5 haircuts at a lower price but you get the works. Sounds great, right?The Reality:My first hair cut here was not part of the package. The stylist told me that had to be purchased after the first haircut. This seems odd, but ok.I loved the concept. The stylist told me she was not happy and didnt like working there. She spent a lot of the time complaining with the other stylists there. I got just a haircut, though I asked for the works, the first time. I simply didnt get it. But, I then was not charged for it either.I have been back three different times. I have NEVER been able to get a haircut here. Never.The first time I went there, the wait time was more than two hours. THe second time, it was an hour and ten minute wait time. Finally, the third time it was more than an hour. I left.

Friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. It just feels good to get a haircut from people that know what they are doing. The stylists take suggestions well and Ive not yet had bad experiences here.

I went in at 5:35 pm on saturday(08/17/19).There was no one in line and 2 people were already attended by the stylists.I was 1 st on the list and 2 other stylists were cleaning the room instead of attending me.I waited until 5:45 and then left as no one was attending me and only 15 mins left to close the door. I was going to sports clips in multiple places for 5 years but this was the most irresponsible, unpleasent experience and negligence they showed,Im never returning to this location. You dont even deserve one star(Note: I want my privacy so doing it from different email account)

Came in for a simple clippers on the side scissors on top haircut, and while I cant remember my stylests name she didnt have a distinctive face tatoo. I sat down in the chair and the next five minutes turned into a laclustered attempt at a haircut providing the absolute minimum of effort. The resulting haircut was a patchwork of missed hair, uneven lines, and best of all instead of using clippers on the side she decided to go quarter way up my scalp leaving what looked the result of a bad bet. I cant tell you if she was drunk, didnt care about her job in the most remote sense, or both. Please save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to get your haircut.

This is my 10-yr-old sons favorite place. The service is adequate and, most importantly for him, the cuts are consistent. There is often a wait, sometimes a significant wait, so be prepared with some errands you can run after you get your name on the list.

I dont think I have seen a same stylist twice at this place. The turnover must be crazy. Anyways, this place is awful. These ladies need to go back to school and learn a few more tricks of the trade. The prices are too high for the quality. Latest haircut botched again. Didnt clean up edges evenly and even cut the skin behind my ears (and didnt bother to tell me about it. I had to hear from my wife about how bad it was (since I cant see behind my ears, etc. Just pay a few bucks extra and go to a non-franchise place.
