I came in this morning with an appointment scheduled at 10am and there was only one hair stylist who was with a customer which I had to wait for a few minutes which wasnt really an inconvenience because the stylist was so friendly! Once it was my turn, we were chatting away and it was just a very fun atmosphere. Wish I could remember her name though.

I got exactly what I asked for, didnt have to make an appointment, all for an excellent price!

Workers were very nice. The girl that I had gotten took 2 hours for a haircut. Kept going back to break room to eat her food. Appeared very spacey.

Kirsten was wonderful, And not only gave me a great haircut, but she was fast and made sure to clean up everything afterwards and even offered a free trim cleanup within seven days of my cut, and their hours are good!

I’m not sure of the lady’s name but I went in yesterday to get my bf hair cut and she made him look like he has a receding hair line didn’t fully clean up the back of his neck and rounded off the back but when she did this she probably brought his hair line up by 2 or 3 inches so now he looks like he his hair is receding from both directions. Awful hair cut.

Yes, yes its walmart hair cut but Omg Im never disappointed. I like my hair short, and thats about all the general info I give the ladies in the salon and they work their magic. Its never awkward to let them know you dont like it, and fur them to fix it!

I had bad pregnancy depression and hadnt brushed my hair in a month an well had a huge Matt. My husband took me to get my hair done and a sweet lady who understood saved my hair she was sweet and caring and reassured me everything will get better I was so embarrassed but she made me feel alive again and everything truly would be ok I wish I remembered her name. But Im very thankful for her that day.

Go in at 5 on a Sunday. They still have an hour left and she says that she was just finishing her last hair cut for the day. YOU STILL HAVE AN HOUR.

Don’t go here! My son & I came in on a Sunday. My son had an easy short haircut. When I asked if they could blend the hair that was sticking up on the crown of his head the girl told me she didn’t know how too.Then when it came to my hair cut...my hair was to my waste. I was specific and said I wanted it to my elbows. And I repeated this several times. Also that I still wanted to be able to put it in a ponytail. she asked me if I needed a shampoo. I told her I washed it that morning. She washed it again anyway. But before she did she grabbed a handful of hair and said, “let’s get this over with.” And cut 6” of my hair off. When all was said and done she ended up cutting it to my shoulders, In a bob. No ponytail option and the icing on the cake...she charged me extra for the shampoo I didn’t need. I’ll never be back.

Messed up my hair

I thought I would give the WalMart Smartstyle Salon a try today and was I ever surprised. I got a wash, cut and style that was really affordable and my girl Danielle was amazing. She listened really well to what I wanted and the end result was exactly as I had imagined I wanted my hair to look like and she used high end products on my hair as well. Im very pleased all the way around and even bought some product she recommended and used on my hair. Thank you Danielle for a great experience and I certainly will be back!!

My 83 year old mother went into the Salon and got a permanent for 55.00, the Manager gave it to her. My mother kept telling her she wasnt doing it right, she used to be a beautician, but the Manager wouldnt listen....my mother came out of that Salon with NO CURL at all, and the next day she called to talk to the Manager, but the Manager wasnt there, so she talked to another Beautician which told her she could come right in and they would give her another perm, but not her money back. She also stated that the day my Mother got her perm, that they were low on chemicals and they only had one or two in the back. When my mother had the perm done, she couldnt even smell any scent from the perm.....so she has went all month long with long straight hair that is all dried out. No body to it at all. When my mother asked her to trim her hair, she refused....Disgraceful, that a company could take advantage of Senior Citizens in this way!!!!

I got my boys (ages 7 & 11) hair cut here tonight. The girl was not only rude but super inexperienced. She did the most horrible job ever. I couldve done better myself with dull scissors in my kitchen....I almost didnt pay her but after being there after over 2 hours I didnt have time to argue. Why do people who suck get lisence to carry a pair of scissors?

Decent haircut, limited services unless you pay extra, and staff with short patience for any indecisiveness or concerns you may have through the process. All in all, just OK.

The haircut was okay. I asked her to trim my hair chin-length. Hairdresser cut my hair about where my mouth starts. This was way too short. This will grow, but she didnt listen to what I said, and seemed to be upset about something, and took it out on me. Watch out for this one. She is a manager.
