Scheduling/booking an appointment with this barber shop was incredibly easy and took me less than 3 minutes. Upon arrival, I noticed that the interior resembled a classic retro barber shop style. The appearance is one thing, but this place backs up their look with all the trappings of an old-school barber shop.I provided little direction in terms of what I wanted and yet the stylist did a stellar job with their work. I could tell she cared about providing me with a quality, satisfying cut. It was my first time getting the back of my neck shaved with a straight razor, but now Ill never pass on the opportunity! Ha was a total pro who handled the razor with aplomb.Highly recommend this place and I will certainly be returning for my future cuts & shaves.

I am a repeat customer at Congressional Barber. I love how Dave cuts my hair and would recommend his shop to anyone looking for a good, clean cut.The shop has a neat retro atmosphere and is clean and orderly.

Overall my haircut was decent; but thats the first time in forever Ive gotten a terrible razor burn and very dry skin for a few days after. Not going to chance it again.
