Back in August 2020 I brought my car there, chose the gold package. After waiting around for 6 hours Ive got a phone call to pick my car up. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw it on the outside. It was dirty. The interior was clean. The guy said he washed the exterior, but the car didt see a drop of water around it, the tires were dirty, the bird droppings were still there. Asked him to spray some water and do the cleaning in front of me. So he did. The windows power wash was never done. Waste of time and money this place is.

Really awesome experience with Jon! Had to get my car cleaned prior to a PCS, and it really needed a good interior vacuum and exterior scrub from being kept outdoors. This place is honestly the best!!! Jon and his team are consummate professional and are among the best in the business. My vehicle was hosed pressurized gas at the Costco in Washington DC. It left a gasoline glaze on 90% of my car, the vehicle had the smell of gasoline penetrated throughout the interior of the vehicle! Jon was able to remove all traces and smells of gasoline in my vehicle and restored the paint to better than factory condition! I was truly amazed with his work ethic and dedication to his trade!

Jon provided OUTSTANDING service for my brand new black TESLA model Y. After the snow storms last month I attempted to wash it and of course scratched it every where. It seems that the TESLA paint is very, very fragile. Anyhow, Jon was able to polish it out and provide a detailed wash/wax to make it look better than delivery day from Tesla. He clearly knows what he is doing and walked me through how to properly maintain it next time so I don’t screw it up again. You have to be very careful washing a TESLA. Thankfully, Jon knew all of this and his tradecraft to get the shiny and glossy was to perfection. I can’t say enough about this guy. He is so easy to talk to and dealing with him is just so easy. You don’t see that from other car companies these days especially car touch up places. I have no visible scratches now and I am completely happy and now hopefully I know how to wash the TESLA model Y now. There are other companies out there, but I feel like Jon is honest and truly knows what he is doing when it comes to auto detailing. Not to mention he knows TESLA’s and the paint issues they have. At the end of the day I am very relieved that the car looks brand new right of the lot.

I left my car door open for 7 hours in pouring rain, so my seat and carpeted floors were covered in 4” of rain, not to mention the electric wires under the seat were saturated. Jonathan fit me in right away, took out the seats, dried and shampooed the carpet, made sure the electrical wires still worked, put my jeep back together and beautifully detailed my car as well! My jeep came back to me looking like the day I drove it off the lot over a year ago. One thing I particularly liked was that the car smelled clean, not saturated with heavy, cloying, cover up scents. Jon Ambush put an IGL Kenzo ceramic coating on my brand new 2021 Crystal Soul Red Mazda MX-5. This red is jaw dropping on its own but Jons touch and expertise, unbelievably, deepened the color. The secret is getting your car coated and protected right away. Do not wait. Also, get the windows treated at the same time. My car was involved in a recent storm causing interior water damage. Not only did Unlimited Detailing provide door to door service, my seats and carpet were taken apart, shampooed and dried. When my car was return to me she was immaculate. My car looked good and smelled good. I would definitely refer anyone to Unlimited Detailing.

I took my dropped my car off to get the seats shampooed because the previous owner had left a huge stain on the passenger seat which I couldn’t remove. Called for an appointment and dropped off my key during the weekend. They were able to get started Monday morning and my 17 year old Infiniti G35 interior was brought back to life after having old stains and marks. Exceptional customer service! I had a black stain on my leather seat that cannot be removed no matter how/what I tried. Jonathan came promptly after my call, and recommended to replace the leather as the stain had hardened and seeped into the seat. He then contacted a leather shop and helped set up the appointment; and later followed up to make sure the leather replacement was good. Now my leather seat is as good as new! I met John at a gas station in Ellicott City and asked for his card, Im so glad I did, he detailed my car about a week later and did an amazing job. I own a Lexus SUV and he did a much better job than the dealership. I will not use anyone else.

Everything about my first experience with Unlimited Detailing was pleasant and remarkable. I was nervous at first because the price was very steep in my opinion when making the appointment but Jonathons professionalism, experience, and thoroughness really made it all worth it. Although my car wasnt super dirty, he gave it the Gold Package and spent attention on small details that cheaper detailers would have skipped over. He was earlier than I expected him which was amazing and overall just wowed me as soon as I saw his finished work on my car. I wont be taking my car to any other detailer in this area.

I had my car detailed this weekend and I will be using this service from here on out. Even after it rained, I never had to rewipe my car and noticed it had nice water beads that rolled off my vehicle. The equipment is high tech and it felt like I was actually sitting at a shop as he had everything to address my vehicle needs.
