I had an excellent experience working with the Detailfy team. They showed attention to detail and really took pride in doing an excellent job. They even came to my job and completed the work. It was very convenient! Once they were finished my car looked better than it did when I first drove it off the lot. It is hard to find good customer service these days, but the Detailfy team is a prime example. I highly recommend their services!

This place is awesome. There are not many car wash/ detail service shops who actually put care and effort into the work. They went above and beyond and I officially have found my car wash and detail shop. They are worth price and Best shop ever. Love them! Highly recommended!

Great experience. They picked up my car from my office this morning and dropped it back off before the work day was done. Alex is really friendly and the team did a great job detailing the inside and outside. I was in desperate need of a cleaning and my car looks brand new now. Id recommend them to anyone whod ask.

Booked an appointment through the online booking system and no one ever showed up for the appointment. I also never received any phone calls or emails from the company. Other reviews state they went out of business. That sounds about right...look elsewhere.

They were overbooked for mobile service on the day I needed my car detailed, so Alex offered to come pick up the car for free and have it detailed at the shop. A few hours later he brought my car back looking better than the day I bought it. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This was absolutely amazing experience ! I like when things are done fast and easy without any complications ! And its exactly what I got with Alex and his crew. My boyfriend uses his car for work and he is in remodeling business so just imagine the shape the car was in .I called Friday, Alex was available coming Monday . He took the car in his shop and returned it on time . Imagine my surprise when I saw the interior and all the stains were gone !!! One more thing I want to mention Alex does not charge extra to take the car to his shop and return it on time which was really nice. I felt like he really cared for my needs and to make the customer happy !! These guys are as professional and customer-centric as you can get! Alex would personally come pickup and drop-off my car while I was at work as promised and with utmost care.They were tasked with a near impossible job of trying to get a gasoline spill out of the interior of my vehicle. They took it in for multiple sessions spaced apart to really attack the odor. Im very impressed with the results and the extra mile effort that they put in to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I will always have these guys clean our familys vehicles. Thank You!!

I went to these guys to get my car’s exterior detailed but what they did was just awful. They didn’t clean out the rims nicely and neither did they properly work on the cracks and the crevices. I was just disappointed after the whole service.u2028u2028u2028 It was just a waste of money. This is because they charged me $300 for such a bad job. I still feel the pinch of paying such an amount for a job that was poorly done. I’m definitely not going to be using their services again. Guys stay away from this shop. Definitely not worth your time.

I have to be honest the level of customer service is excellent. I brought in my 2005 Toyota SENNA LE in today for a full detail. The carpet was dirty even having mats inside. After the detail was done i really said that could not be my vehicle because it had more than a showroom look. I immediately called my wife and told her hunny your van is back to way it was looking when it purchased in 2005. I am so greatfull of the level of service that i received and will be back to have my 2017 Toyota Camry paint sealant done. But please look at the pic on there website.

I highly recommend this place! With 2 kids my car was a total disaster! They did an amazing job with the interior. They pay really close attention to details. The exterior looks perfect. Customer service at its best! Very profesional and knowledgeable. With 2 kids its hard to make time for things like this, so they make life easier by coming to you! Its so convinient for me since I live in the Rockville area.The idea of having my car cleaned was to sell it, but they did such an amazing job that I feel like a have a new car again! And thanks to their amazing job I was able to sell my car fast!

This place appears to have gone out of business with no notice. Their website is still up and accepting appointments, but they didnt show up to either of the appointments I made and didnt respond to my emails, phone calls, and messages. Very unprofessional to do this to their customers.

My sister referenced me here after getting her car done soon after their opening. She keeps her car in good condition and it looked great. My car, on the other hand, was in a rough time period. I starting working a 70 hr a week job and my car suffered mightily. They came over, did the wirk in just a couple hours, it looks fantastic. Its so clean, in fact, I found out that my rear fender is actually a different color than the rest of the car! Im the second owner and had never noticed . I f that aint clean, I dont know what is.

Great customer service, the team pay very close attention to detail. After a family vacation, my car needed serious cleaning, the detailfy team did an outstanding job I almost didnt recognized my car after they clean it, felt as if I walked out with a new car thats how clean it was. From now on this is where im getting my carwash and detailed, if they can get my car that clean, an everyday mess is not going to be a challege. Thank you once again guys!
