This place is awesome ! First and foremost everyone is friendly nice and explains things in detail . I brought my wife a 2018 GMC ACADIA Instead of paying the extra 8000 to have leather interior I went with a standard version that was just like the leather version only 8,000 dollars less with cloth seats . I really wanted leather seats because of our children . I purchased this Acadia for mother day for my wife . I then googled where I could have leather seats installed and have the cloth seats removed . I stumbled across leather medic . I read the reviews . I did the research my wife is is a protectionist went to the shop . They showed her several samples gave her a time frame and a quote . After visiting a few other shops who were not on the level as leather medic . My wife and I decided to pick leather medic . I’m so glad we did went to visit the shop and saw all the samples . 1- Because they were awesome professional at all times and answered all questions . 2 shop was clean and a waiting and resting area if you needed to wait 3- they were really affordable .4 last but not least they did an amazing job my leather looks factory and done by a pro I’m so so excited ... I would go to them again anytime and I will definitely refer customers to this shop . The best in town at a great location all staff friendly . Incompetent and irresponsible. Carlos had my interior since April 2019. It sat for months. They finally started on a few bits and pieces, incorrectly. Ive since picked up the car interior Nov 2019 and delivered it elsewhere. Meanwhile, rare parts are missing. Other work on hides, which I provided, needs to be re-done. And for the pleasure of these difficulties Carlos stated he intends to keep my initial $1,000 deposit. The issue may be larger than Montgomery County Small Claims court. Good luck if you bring your car interior to LeatherCraftMD. It is you who will need the MD for high BP.

They did an amazing job I bought my car in August 7, 2019 regarding having my front seat repaired I have a 2014 E class Benz my front driver seat was torn badly they took time out to explain to me regarding the repair of my front seat. Repaired a seat in our old Mini so well that we couldnt tell what was original and what was the new panel.Modified a motorcycle seat so it no longer puts my husbands private parts to sleep (this is the husband posting -- really, that seat was straight out of Kurt Vonneguts Welcome to the Monkey House!)And they added seat back pockets to our new Mini, also looking like original equipment!These guys are great!

Beautiful repair on a leather car seat that I thought was irreparable (ill-advised use of a cleaning product had taken the dye out). You cant even see where the damage was. Price was very reasonable and Carlos is a pleasure to work with. Was even nice enough to take me to and pick me up from the Rockville Metro. Will certainly be recommending this place.

Theses guys are awesome!! I brought in my coach leather bag (beige and white) that had pen marks all over one side. Carlos was able to get all of the marks off! I had called around several places and they all told me that the pen marks were impossible to get out. But these guys did it! Defiantly would recommend for any leather goods you have that need cleaning!

I was referred to Leather Medic by a friend. My car had a tear in the passenger seat. When I picked up the car, the sunroof and window stopped working. They messed with the wiring and didn’t fix it. When I informed the owner, he was very rude and did not bother to help me fix the issue. I had to take to the car to the dealer and they confirmed the wiring was in fact messed with. Overall, the quality of the work was good but the customer service was terrible (especially by the owner.) I will not be a returning customer.

Carlos does not know how to install car tops!!! Do not go there!!! He was supposed to replace the top on my daughters Audi TT and did but it does NOT work!! This has been going on for over three months and over $3,500.00 ... we keep bring it back and he states it worked for us but does not work when we get home!! Hes solution, bring it to the dealership .... but he will NOT pay for it. Next stop, Small Claims Court ..

Highly recommend, these guys did a repair for my damaged upholstery last week and the work was flawless. Carlos was an expert at choosing and recommending the right material for the repair and our car was ready to go the next day.

When they replaced my convertible top they did not replace the rain gutter, which is standard procedure according to another convertible top company. I was never aware I should consider replacing the rain gutter. In fact, I wasnt aware of such a thing until a year later when I became aware of standing water in my wheel well. As a result, the rain gutter leaked, and I got significant water damage/mold/mildew in my trunk. When I called Leather Medic, they said it was not their fault even before looking at it (a lawyers kind of response, not a customer service response). When I took it to them anyway for help, they said it would be $300 just for labor to repair plus $600ish for the part. Also, I would need to find part myself and bring it to them. Huh?? They also said this same issue has happened with them with Toyota Solara’s 3 times. Obviously, I took it somewhere else for repair. That’s when the other company said the rain gutter should always be replaced when the top is replaced. Even if it were not standard procedure, I couldn’t believe they left the original rain gutter in, after the other guy showed it to me. It was completely deteriorated and falling apart. I wish I had taken a picture of it to post here.

Was late to a appointment. After talking to them i decided not to with them.

The leather seats in my 2002 Acura RSX-S were starting to crack and tear. Acura charges over $1K to replace just the bottom piece on each seat, but I wasnt crazy enough to pay that kind of money. Nor did I want to use a do-it-yourself kit, since the results would certainly be unacceptable. So I took the car to Leather Medic in Rockville, where Carlos and his team replaced the torn perforated leather, repaired a hole in a bolster, and dyed everything to exactly match the original leather. The results were astonishing - the seats looked brand-new, at just a fraction of the cost. This is the place you need to go to if you need your worn car seats refurbished to like-new condition.
