The service was excellent from the start, phone call scheduling the service, til the end, plumbing inspection completed. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful as was the plumber that completed the inspection. Both listened to everything I said and checked every concern I had. Donmar ran the gas lines for our new generator. I had no idea where to start to get a generator and Donmar set everything up for us. They are professional, punctual, friendly and efficient. We will use them for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs as well. It’s so nice to have a company to rely on and know they’ll be there when they say they’ll be there. We highly recommend Donmar!

He even stayed to monitor for a period to be sure there were no other issues. Very appreciative that he got our heat back on in the cold winter after another company struggled to figure it out.

One has to give credit where it is due. Donmar recently replaced our old HVAC system and installed a ductless mini split unit in our house in Kensington, MD. Since the start, they were highly professional, courteous, and their pricing was quite fair. We did our due diligence and got five quotes for this job. Sean M. is an HVAC technician who came to inspect my neighbors AC unit and I requested he inspect and clean ours while he was here. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous explaining details of what he was doing and why. We had a few problems one might expect in a 14 year old system. Nobody ever showed up

Wed been babying along the old AC unit that came with the house, putting refrig in 4 years ago, and again a top up today. Shawn inspected the compressor failure and found a rodent had put shells in a contact. He was clear about electrical diagnostics and we have a plan. I felt like a partner in decisions, nice company to work with.

The technician always tells me the status of the system and suggests what can be done to keep the AC running well. There is never a push to replace the system.
