WORST PLACE EVER! I came in to get service for 3 people and they managed to mess up each one. First one was simple manicure with a buff, nails didn’t even come out clean. The second one didn’t get a paint job and the women was really rude to her. The third one she refused to finish the job because it took to long. Needless to say they were rude and disrespectful. Good luck n look for another place.

They are great people and very friendly to everyone that come in to their salons. I have told people about them because they ask me where I get my nails done and tell them . they let me know how they liked them. they are very happy with they went there.

Great pedicures! Thorough massage, worth the price, very careful to be gentle while they clean and massage you. I got the $38 Luxury pedicure.

Got eyebrows waxed in a quiet separate room by a Nice lady.Crowded on the Saturday but lots of workers doing nails and pedicures.

Update:The thumb nail broke the first night I wore it, I got it fixed. Then, the pointer finger broke off the 3rd evening. I was fed up with the nails and easily popped them all off my fingers. They wouldnt have lasted a week. Too bad.Pros- very clean and modern. Phenomenal job on the nails, gave me exactly what I asked for, spent a long time and a lot of effort into my full set, no wait time, friendly, happy with the nailsCons- the women who did my toes practically argued back and forth with me because I wanted regular and not gel (awkward), I called for a price before I came in, but they charged me more than they quoted (scammy), cold water for pedicure, not able to do negative space on nails, charge extra for using a card (4%).

STAY AWAY I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in for a fill of a powder full set. The male technician with glasses proceeded to use a power file to fille off all the powder. I said is this how you do a fill with powder on the nail already he said yes because it would be too thick if it wasnt all filed off. He filed off all the powder and on one finger it was very painful. I then said ok all the powder is off now and you just saw the tip. My nails were sore and tender from filing the powder off so I decided to get a gel manicure instead. You can see the next day they were so week that 2 tore off and all the others have indents on the nails. The polish was not put on with precision because it is off the line of the nail. He didnt use any polish remover to clean it. I also had a polish change for my toes and that was actually ok. The whole thing was 42.00 and I have 2 broken nails the next day was not happy. I would not recommend this salon at all

I’ve been coming here for years, and just came back from my first pedicure since they reopened because of the Covid shut down. The place, as always, is immaculately clean. They took my temperature as I entered, had me sign in, and gave me gloves to wear in addition to my own mask. The staff all wear masks and gloves, and they set up a portable clear plastic “protection guard” at the foot of my chair. The pedicure was wonderful and the protection procedures were excellent. Well done and thank you!

I love love love this place! Ask for LeAnn! Shes amazing! But to be fair they all are. Ive been going to her for a couple of years now. Hands down its one of the cleanest salons Ive been to. I love that they literally have a nail bar. Theyre always super professional, organized and kind. They are very attentive to their clients needs. Ive had as many as 15 people in there before for my wedding party and a handful of out of town guests. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely my go to place!

Clean shop courteous service

Wanted to love it. The location is great as were always in that area. Jimmy was who did my nails. He is rather rough on cuticles and I ended up bleeding most of the manicure one one finger but he was very gentle and cautious with me afterwards. I would recommend a different technician if you want something special though as the simple holiday nail I was trying to achieve was a little too complicated for him it seemed. Other than that, he was very sweet and patient and the place was nice and had a HUGE selection of gel colors available so Ill definitely give it another shot when I need just a simple gel manicure done.

I just just got my nails done 10 minutes ago and I’m not satisfied at all. I came in with my two friends and one friend turned out the same way as me but the others nails look good. So I came in with short nails already but not super short. As usual this guy I had started as usual and then he started filing my nails and he kept missing my nails and getting my skin and it hurt. After that my cuticles we’re getting done and he hooked on to one of my cuticles and pulled and after that it started bleeding. He did not attend me right away but when he got back to that nail he finally realized and took care of it. I was fine after that but then my friend didn’t want this one thing done to her nails but the girl working on her did it anyways and so my friend started freaking out so I started saying excuse me but she was still talking and didn’t hear me so the mom watching us came over and tried to stop her but they argued. After all that we were fine until my nails were done and he started filing my nails again so again he was getting my skin and my nails are now at the point where there past that line you see when your nails get to short. I’m almost crying because it’s hurting very bad. Now he’s still filing and he gets my side nails after my nails are down so he took off some nail polish so it looks like my nails aren’t done. I am not happy or satisfied at all!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in to get my nails done because they were open on a Sunday, and it was convenient. Unfortunately, they charged me and extra $5 for the shape, but there was nothing different about them then before. A day after getting them done 3 nails had the gel polish peeling off. After being charged an extra $2 for using my card, this was an awful experience. I will not go back.

Asked for color gel powder and got acrylic with regular nail polish and was way over price $50

Excellent service! We received four pedicures with two children and two adults together. They did a wonderful job with all of us. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Also I got my eyebrows waxed which also was great. Their prices are very competitive, $25 for a basic pedicure. They used plastic liners for the foot tub. Definitely coming back!

Very unpleased with my visit. My nail lady was just talking to her coworkers the whole time not paying me any attention unless its to say sorry for 6 times she slipped and nicked my fingers with the mechanical file. I had to ask for her to fix things so many times because there was left over nail polish around my fingers, then she messed up the nail polish color and was going to leave it that way until I asked her to fix it, the whole thing was awful, she rushed through it not caring about any of it. Then at the end she writes the price down and walks away the lady that rang me up gave me a price that did not make sense so the other lady had to yell at her from the back then explain to me the price said because she did one of my nails a different color it was a $10 extra, that makes no sense and was never told to me. I will not be back how ridiculous.

They are very nice and welcoming. They get to me as soon as possible. I have never had a bad experience here. Love it!

Looks like a nice place unfortunately I will not be returning because they were unable to accommodate me and my sister even though I scheduled a reservation hours prior.

Came here for the first time a week ago, and I must say the staff is very nice. As far as them doing nails not so much!came here for dip and pedicure. The dip was awful, the lady that did my nails did not dip all the way to the cuticle if that makes sense. So it looked like I never even got my nails done, and like I need them done again. The pedicure was okay the massaging was awsome overall, but the lady that did my pedicure didnt paint my whole toe nail and only painted the middle part of my toe nails. Over priced and does not do a good job at all, this salon needs to go back to school and learn how to do nails again.

Came in with a friend for 2 acrylic fills, the told us on the phone the price was $20 but charged my friend $25 because they were “longer”. ( my friend and I compared nails and her nail length was the same as mine.) They were doing our nails way to fast, We were finished with in 30 min. They also did not give each coat of nail polish enough time to dry and it created air bubbles and rippled marks on my friends nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

These people charged me $200 on top of my gift cards for a pedi and mani, which is all we got. I can see why they had to change their name and add a grand opening. Hopefully it’s not the same owners who robbed me

My fill was so painful but I thought if he gets it done faster I can deal. The end result was bad. I wanted rounded and ended up with 3/4 of a nail and pointed nails. One nail chiped the next day. I am very disappointed. He wanted to get done quick and start another victim for the $$ Never again.

Got in quick and got a great manicure and pedicure. My go to spot for my hands and feet.

I got acrylics with black as the first layer and glitter on the tips and it was okay. The shape of the nails arent all the same and the acrilic starts far on some nails so I have to get a fill sooner. The black is also see through, not solid. And the glitter is completely different on each nail. He also forgot to do one of my nails all gold glitter. Im kinda disappointed I have to go get them touched up somewhere else. $50 for an okay job just doesnt seem like a good deal to me.

Kelly is the best.. Kelly has done my nails for 8 years. When she relocated to Rocklin I followed. I drive 35 mins to just to get my nails done.

I walked in to the salon after leaving the Walmart a few doors down . Hubby and I are going to Vegas next weekend and I want a little extra something for the trip .I didnt want anything complicated, just friend tips. I got exactly what I wanted!The salon is very clean, nice, and has a calming feel to it .all the staff are supper nice. as well as asking how you doing throught your experience . I wasnt rushed in anyway and Long( nails guy) took the time in making sure my nails looked good, even if it was just the simplest of nails . I have no complaints . we had an awesome conversation and few laughs I am glad that I walked in to this place and cant wait to come back!

I took my girlfriend to get her nails done and she had a horrible experience they were rude, charged me more than the prices I was told over the phone, hurt her a few times making her bleed and they seemed Not to care. They rushed and were done in less than 25 min and she asked to get her color fixed because she had so many air bubbles and they made her wait We were there a total of 1hour 50 min.

This was our 1st time to this salon and I was not happy! My mom just got out of the hospital, with some health issues. She was in there a while! Yes her toes and hands needed some attention. So I made an appointment for her and I and a girlfriend of mine. My mom wanted her nails done and a pedi, and we just got pedis. Well my mom can’t walk well, one lady says sit down at the nail station. I said well she’s getting a pedi also. Then another lady walks up and says no wait your chair is ready and I’m like well she told my mom to sit down. So then I pick out my moms color and I tell the lady this is the one she wants this is her color. She doesn’t even look she just says ok! So then I go pick mine out and sit down. They ask me which pedi I want and then Which color. Not one person told my girlfriend, mom or myself that gel polish is $15 extra. So of course I get the biggest package which is $45.They move my mom over to the pedi station who again doesn’t walk well. They work on her hands and feet. They then ask where is your color? I’m like what the heck, I showed you over there. So then we had to pick out another color cause they had no idea where the put the splotches.My mom goes to pay and they charged her $90 for a set of gel polish nails and the $25 pedi with gel polish. In freaking sane! What in the world cost $90 that’s insane! People can’t afford that. I’m just really disappointed that no one went over the extra costs to explain what your paying for! Gel polish, extra work which ever. That’s not right it’s stealing! Just my pedicure alone was $65 and it wasn’t worth that!!! I will never go here again there not friendly, there only out for the money not to build there clients. Rip off!!!!!

Got coffin shaped nails. An older lady was doing my service. She didnt cover my full nail i still see edges of my nail after i told her multiple times to fix it. It made my acrylic nail crooked on a few fingers. Was disapointed. Not worth 45 bucks

They dont listen I told the tech I wanted my nails med length and she did them way short. When I told her again I wanted them longer she said it would be too much white and wouldnt look good cause I did French tips and then she charged full price still😡 never go here!!

Used to be my go to place, unfortunately they have an issue keeping technicians and our the last visit, the woman working on my husband cut his cuticles deeply numerous times, they bled and he was in pain for the week following.

They cut my wife and she bled!!! Still expecting a tip!!! What, really!!! NEVER GO HERE !!! Ever!!! Spoiled, stuck up, entitled business!!
