I had a great experience. Tina is an amazing nail tech, along with the rest of the staff who works there. Clean, friendly and always welcoming. Pricing is actually decent for what you get done. Highly recommend this salon.

By far the BEST mani/pedi I’ve had in a long time. They didn’t rush thru it and cut up my cuticles like other places have in the past. Very friendly and clean. Will definitely go back

I wish I could give zero stars! Just left this place ANGRY. I made an appointment for me and my two daughters. They are both leaving to return to college tomorrow and I wanted to do something fun and have them feeling cute.Our appointments were for 4:30. We arrived at 4:20. We were directed to the pedi chairs and sat with empty bowls for 30 solid minutes, a mother and daughter came in at that time- no appointment. They were brought to the pedicure chairs and they both received service, immediately. I asked one of the employees about 10 minutes later if someone was going to help us, as we had been waiting for 40 minutes. We were told 5 minutesWe waited 10 more minutes and left. So disappointing. Ive been going there with my girls for years and I tip really well. I will not return and I will advise others to find a place that actually honors appointments and time of arrival.

Okay can I just say! My new favorite place to go! Trish the lady who helped me was amazing and so talented.This is the first place Ive gone, that I will write a review for. All were so professional and wanted to give me the best quality nails they could! Have nothing but praise for them will definitely be back!

I have been a customer for years, they were good at first but the customer services has gone so far downhill it is amazing. This time i went in for a pedicure and when they filed down my toe nail they did it so hard that it left me with an open wound all along where they file touched my skin. It was so deep that i could insert some of my nail into it. I noticed this immediately i got outside and to my car and when i went in and showed them what had happened all they did was give me a band aid and i think maybe one of the ladies said sorry. I have attached a picture of my big toe because it is most visible but this was on every single one of my toes. I even paid extra for gel and this is how i was treated. The salon looks very nice so they charge a pretty hefty price which would be okay of their work and customer service matched the high class environment of the shop.

Made appointments for 4 pedicure and 4 Manis. When we got there we were to we dont have many technicians so we will have to wok you in. Then they proceeded to take 3 walk ins before us. 30 minutes in and they havent started the service yet.

I went to Sassy nails as I normally do. Scheduled a regular manicure and gel pedicure. Manicure was great, but for my pedicure Mina did not even put my feet in the water or take care of my nails. She charged me for a full pedicure, when she only put gel on my toenails and proceeded to tell me that I was done and went looking for the next client that walked in. Not professional, shouldn’t charge me for a full pedicure and not do it. Will not be coming back.

DON’T GO HERE!! THEY CUT MY THUMB AND PUT GULE ON IT TO MAKE IT STOP! THEY CONTINUED TO MAKE ME PAY! WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO TALK TO THE OWNER THE STAFF KEPT SAYING SHE WAS BUSY AND NOT LETTING ME SPEAK TO HER. FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK TO HER AND SHE SAID HER STAFF DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ANYONE GETTING CUT. I WENT BACK AND GOT MY MONEY BACK BUT WANTED TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEIR INSURANCE BUT THE OWNER SAID SHE DOESN’T FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING THAT INFORMATION!!!!! DON’T GO HERE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible customer service. i got a full set, with white and silver sparkles, which included an ombré. the entire time, the lady who did mine was on the phone, and counting money. by the end, she had taken 2 HOURS and had done such a bad job. the price came out to be $50! they said the ombré they did was an extra $7.do not ever go here.

Bad customer service experience. Do not go here. I received a mani and pedi. It was the worst manicure I’ve ever had by a creepy man. The guy did a terrible job on me. He told me he had 16 years experience and trimmed and painted my nails like a 3 year old boy. Cheap. They have tons of products on the shelf. You would have thought he just started out. Don’t waste your time or money. He only cares about himself not the company. My pedicure was ok. At least she was nice. He told me he was the jack of all trade. Not sure what that was about. I just wanted a mani and pedicure. SMH.

Nails are way to thick and not even at all. I asked my lady to thin them out multiple times and she gave me a color I didn’t ask for

The lady was cutting my finger and when I told her she was hurting me she then laughed
