Awesome experience mom and I got a pedicure ladies were so wonderful had a really nice time they did a really really good job

I tried my 1st pedicure in my life here... The experience has been great each time I have been there. The ladies are polite and sweet and put up with my jokes. No complaints whatsoever... Based on my experience, I would recommend the pedicure with wax and leg massage for sure.

New owners in a shopping center trying to be successful.This shop has massage chairs as you get a pedicure. Very sanitary methods for pedicures. Several choices of processes for findernails. Soothing 🎶 music. Very accommodating staff. Appointments not necessary, but helpful. Next door to a 🍩 donut shop and barber. Doggy daycare coming soon as well as a motorcycle sales room.

Just tried this place— Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! The ladies in there were so nice to me and my 8yr old daughter! The lady that did my pedicure took her time on the massage part and my toes look perfect. I will be back regularly.

I have been going to Laura since the shop opened (20 years). She is extremely talented, my nails never lift or break. And like someone before me said, I bring in pictures and she does the artwork so it looks even better than the picture.

Ive gone to Laura for 15 years!!! I can show her a picture of what I would like and she does it better. Laura is always accommodating to my schedule and I have never had a problem. My mom, sis and daughter are also customers of Laura!

I walked out with nothing that I asked for. I have been growing out my natural nails for over a month so they would be strong enough after the last place damaged my nails. All I asked for was a short ombre acrylic set (I even had a picture of what I wanted). After arguing with me and trying to convince me to keep my nails long (I do a lot of weight lifting, which makes long nails easier to break), she started giving me a French pink & white set. At that point it was too late to go back, all I could do was ask her to cover it up with nude polish. No effort was made to compensate for poor service, and she still tried arguing with me that the mistake was my fault.

Phoebe and her crew here do excellent work. Clean, professional, and cheerful. I highly recommend them!

Great manicure, lasts a month with no chipping, peeling or breaking. Very friendly place, they go out of their way to make their customers happy. Reasonable prices

Absolutely love this place very nice and friendly staff. Great prices and they do good quality work as one that works around water all day my nails last about a month with no lifting before I need to get a fill.

GREAT PLACE!!!!! The owner & entire staff couldbt be nicer, or more accommodating! They do a fantastic job. The shop is clean & comfortable. I enjoy the massage chairs & the #2 pedicure (with comfortable warm wax), leaves you feeling so relaxed. I have been a customer since they opened, & have had all the people do mani/pedi & have been happy with everone. I wont go anywhere else. (By the way...I was in on the day that the lady named Michelle gave her bad review. The customer was very rude. I felt the owner was trying to make things right to satisfy her. But the woman was very vocal & demeaning. I felt uncomfortable for how the owner was being treated by the customer. So I would take that review with a grain of salt.

I thought about writing this review for a while. But Im still upset about this royal treatment I received from 1 particular Lady .First of when I moved to this area I was looking around for a good place to relax and get beautifed. When I found this shop I was more than pleased. The Owner is so nice and sweet. Always great conversations and some good laughs. The last time I went she offered me the new gel dipping method. Im always down for some new stuff. She told me if I dont like it or have any issues I can come back anytime. So I did my pedi / mani and happily left. Just a couple days in my first nail just came off - like nothing. 1 week later my whole right hand had 1 nail left - no biggie since I wasnt really to upset about bc I know she always does quality work. Since I had a busy work schedule and I didnt care too much I went back after day 15 ( Monday theyre closed ) I walked in and just stated I needed my nails fixed. The Owner wasnt there but her sister. Of course I was asked what happened and I just stated nothing they just came off and it must be the material bc I never ever had that happened before with regular gel nails. We sat down and she inspected my nails already starting to have an poor attitude. She said she will fix the 4 broken nails and Im good. I said no to just fixing 4 nails bc all the others already looked like they will come off in the next days anyways. At this point I didnt even mentioned I want it for free or anything I just wanted to have em pretty again. She literally acted like I came in to get some free work done. I told her I paid $120 for my last visit. She called me a liar and said thats not even possible ! Well it is possible if youre happy with your service and give a good tip. She started raising her voice yelling at me that Im making that all up and Im coming here to get things for free. At this point I had enough - I told her just to take off the remaining nails and Im good. She started arguing with me again that if she does that I will be unhappy or if she fix it I will be unhappy too. Several other customers where there at the moment and I couldnt believe the disrespectful manners towards me. She kept going an going and I kept telling her just get them off and Im out. Finally she started working on it - burned me several times with the drill - got up taking care of other things and so on ! Absolutely ridiculous ! Ill paid $10 after over 1 hour removing the gel. No coat nothing chipped cracked an dry ! I feel bad for the owner bc I really appreciated her and her work but I feel just way to uncomfortable ever stepping a foot into this doors again.Susan Rose - thank you for your kind review about me ! Im actually very polite and nice and always liked as a customer. But my review shouldnt affect you - I have no problems taking my hard earned money to the nail salon just down the street bc they actually have alot customers who experienced the same ! NEVER NEVER go here! I went in to have a pedicure and my nails filled. I ended up leaving and going directly to another salon and having to have another full set put on. Stephen did my nails and they were disgusting! I told him I was not satisfied. I wish I could post pictures. He actually left dirt from where my nails had grown out on my nails and just went over the top of it. My nails were lifting right away. They were uneven and it looked like a two-year-old did them. As far as my pedicure goes, the girl was very unfriendly, my toe nail polish was all chunky, and the worst thing of all was that she clipped the edges of my toenails which is a huge No-No! This can cause very bad ingrown toenails and infections. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and any other place that I can. Fair warning! Stay away from this place.
