I am so very pleased having cellulitis in my jaw that I was seen immediately.I had to have extensive work done.I was treated immediately with antibiotics and had many lower teeth extracted . Today was a good experience at the dental office, it felt like the old Sun-park Dental that I remember on Sunset Blvd. I felt Quality of service and not quantity of service, I believe that a customer should always be on top of there Expenses with no surprises or errors at the front desk. Dr. Minh and Dr.Thanh-Truc, have made some Extreme changes to their office that wasn’t there a few months back. Just would like to say thank you for the great and professional service my Niece and I experience today.

BEWARE ! This place has high staff turnover. It is a toxic environment that fails to create a safe working environment against Covid. Patients are lied to about treatment that is supposedly needed. They only care about themselves and how to get more money out of the patients . Do yourself a favor as a patient, look elsewhere and spend the extra money for better honest and accurate care. It will save you in the long run. If you’re looking for employment look elsewhere save yourself the drama, vindictiveness, and complete unprofessionalism that the owners will put you through.

I used to work for Dr. Minh and Dr. Thanh as their dental assistant. They are both great dentists and very professional. Their office is very clean and infection control procedures are followed strictly. Dr. Minh’s and Dr. Thanh’s dental work is top notch and they keep up with the latest dental practices and use the latest technologies. They make sure that their staff is highly trained, competent, and informed. They are honest people and you can really trust them with your dental health. They do not recommend treatment that you do not really need and treat you in the most conservative way possible. I have worked at many dental offices since then and they are by far one of the best dental offices.

He is never seen a dentist and today was his first dentist appointment hes ever had. Sun Park dental was the most amazing experience I have ever had with any client. The receptionist, Melissa, was the first one I spoke with when trying to get an appointment with my client. Accepted him as a new patient and were very kind to talk to on the phone. At the appointment they treated us so kindly and my client was very very comfortable with the dentist and the dentist helper . They explained everything that they were doing, and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I think they are the most experienced people I have come across in my doctor or dentist experiences throughout my life. If I could Id give them 10 Stars, for making you feel very welcome, for comfort, for their kindness, and exceptional caring.

Would rate 100 stars if I can. Everyone is very professional & beyond well-trained! Everything goes smooth all the time, from the front desk services to the check-ups and procedures. Melissa is very accommodating and will help you with all your inquiries and she would assist you through on your insurance and all the paperwork that nobody ever wanted to deal with, she takes care of EVERYTHING! They’re very punctual on appointment times, plus they give freebies from time to time.

Dr. Nguyen is very caring and gentle. I had 2 implants done from Dr. Nguyen 4-5 years ago, and in the process of having another one. The cost is reasonable. The service is quick. In addition, Dr. Nguyen and his wife, are both great with kids. They were great with my daughter since her first check up at one year old. She was scared at first but Dr. Nguyen were very patient and tried to entertain her. My daughter is now no longer scared to have her teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Sun-Park Dental.

Dr. Nguyen provides the highest quality dental care that I have received anywhere. I’ve had all kinds of work done by him, from routine cleanings to major surgeries such as root canal and implants. The work has always been painless. I have quick recovery, things are back to normal usually within half a day. The crowns and implants never gave me any discomfort and they last forever (my implants were done more than 6 years ago and they are great, I don’t even notice any difference with them) I never had to go back to his office for any “rework” to correct issue. The appointment, insurance billing, and office staffs are all great!

Had a great cleaning experience today. Dental hygienist Nicole who is new to the clinic is superb with her bed side mannerism and patient care. Outstanding job on my crown today. Sun-Park is the best dental office I have ever used and will only go to them. Not only are the dentists outstanding but the front office staff is as well. Their prices are far more reasonable than my prior dentist and they dont try to sell up for unnecessary work. I wish I would have found Sun-Park years ago when we moved to this area.

I feel very fortunate to have found this dental office. The staff are friendly and the dentist is wonderful. I went in with a problem, every step was explained to me and I left with my problem resolved. Yesterday I returned for a cleaning. A potential problem was explained to me. We will monitor it. Everything is clearly explained. Prices are reasonable too.

Needed to call this practice regarding a mutual patient, to inquire about an implant they provided to our patient. The receptionist was very pleasant over the phone, but the office manager was absolutely the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. Her tone with me was very stern, and she wouldnt let me speak and ask what I needed before basically hanging up on me. We are in the same business and do the same job. I only called because Dr asked for the info. I called her back once more to let her know how rude she was and her response was great. and she hung up on me I would never let any of my employees treat someone this way over the phone, or they would be let go immediately. Especially another dental office calling for patient info.I dont recommend going to an office where your treated this way. This says a lot about the type of office they have. If I could give less than one star I would. Our doctors here are absolutely stumped at this behavior.Updated:1/14/2020In response to the owners response below, The patient in question is who was asking for us to call to get his records and we had a sign release form that we were trying to fax with our request, but your office manager didnt stay on the phone long enough to find out that we did have the HIPPA release form signed by patient.
