Stopped here on Labor Day. Worked with their associate Sam, we didnt end up buying because they didnt have the exact color we were looking to match. This place has true professionals who are honest. We wanted solid bamboo for our basement, he explained a lot more than anyone else had and helped us avoid a disaster. If they had the right color we would buy from them today.

We drove 2 hours to pick up 1 box of flooring to finish a job, they new we were coming, we arrived at 12:12, and they closed for two days. The story in Davenport, who made the arrangements, felt bad and will next day air the flooring to our house. Greatly appreciated what Davenport LL Flooring is doing for us

We purchased about 2000 sq. ft of flooring from the Rockford Lumber Liquidators. They only had about half of our order in their store and would order the rest and have it delivered to the Rockford store. When it came in, we were told it was delivered to the Arlington Heights store. I had planned on making up to 4 trips to pick up my flooring, I picked up half of my order at the Rockford store. Local Store Manager Joshua James drove into Arlington Heights with his own pickup to get the rest of our order and delivered it to my home. The order was large enough that he had to make make 2 trips. He was happy to do it. He saved us time and money. Many thanks for outstanding customer service.I will recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone that is buying wood flooring.

Bamboo flooring is not what Lumber Liquidators chalk it up to be. There is currently a lawsuit against them for their Morning Star Bamboo flooring. We should have never gone with the bamboo, we regret it so much! They are not durable, scratches way too easily, chips easily, the boards shrink (even though they ‘acclimated’ for at least 6 weeks), staples are coming up through the boards damaging them and even if you get a tiny bit of water on them and wipe it up, the floor still warps and becomes damaged! I hope the lawsuit goes through because Lumber Liquidators do NOT stand by their products and refuse to to anything.

This was our first room of replacing flooring and were looking forward to doing at least 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 dinning room to come.Yes, we purchased the flooring over a year ago and havent opened the boxes until today (we wanted to pay off the cost of the floor before incurring more debt by laying it down...and then I ended up needing 2 neck surgeries and one back surgery in the next 12 months...more bills).The installers contracted by Lumber Liquidators opened the boxes. They were shocked by what they saw. The store salesperson had added in the extra for bad pieces (about 20-25 percent). What we didnt expect were pieces that looked like they were left over from from another job. There must have been at least 80 percent waste flooring! As Is product to us means useable product. It is too bad it doesnt mean the same to you.I also paid for installation and these guys deserve to be paid. BUT at the end of the day we dont have a beautiful hardwood floor that we had been so excited to get.The installer contacted the store too.PS: The salesmen at the Rockford, IL store were helpful and friendly but didnt tell us that we would be getting junk flooring. We even tipped the salesman for helping us out. The laugh was on us.

We bought a lot of wood flooring. There was no wiggle room for the price. Now within 3 weeks of delivery the price is down .50 cents a square foot. Just saying
