Amazing people at this gym! They always have free Starbucks coffee on Saturdays and are welcoming to anyone who wants to get in shape and improve their health. This gym is unlike others, the coaches and members genuinely care about helping you improve your overall health and well-being. They offer something for everyone! I highly recommend it.

This is a great gym! Very welcoming atmosphere and coaches. There are some strong athletes here! Everyone was very encouraging. Variety of programs like free Saturday workouts and kids class. I would highly recommend this gym!

This is definitely the place you want to be at. I had never done Crossfit and they made me feel like i was a part of them. My intimidation slowly went away. Great gym and great people. They train hard, play hard, and love hard! Everyone is family!

Great coaching, fun people, clean and sanitized

CrossFit Supercell is a great example of a what people love about CrossFit. Kory and Brandy have created a friendly and welcoming environment. The workouts Coach Kory programs are fun and well thought out. His decades of experience and understanding of the human body through chiropractics and athletics is such an amazing asset for anyone trying to simply get fit again or an athlete looking to improve at their sport.One morning our class was working on front squats. I tried to pick up the bar at 225lb but my back hurt too much to even take it off the rack. When Kory noticed I was having discomfort, he quickly took me aside and adjusted my back and rib. I went back to the bar and proceeded to move up to 275lb with no discomfort at all. Its been pretty awesome having a chiropractor AND coach.Supercell is a great place to visit.

I started CrossFit two years ago at a different box in town. That went fine for a while, but it came time to move on. Fortunately CrossFit Supercell was down the road. They offered a relaxed environment, family plans, better pricing, more flexible hours (including open gym!), and a Head Coach who is not only CrossFit certified, but is also a sports trainer and a licensed chiropractor. There are a few CrossFit boxes in Rockford which are good, and I recommend Supercell be on your short list.

Im new to crossfit and was nervous to try it since it has been 4 years since I have worked out. MY first WOD workout of the day Supercell trainers walked me through each move and modification. Im several weeks in and I feel stronger, healthier, and happier. The people at Supercell are well educated, Kory being a chiropractor and gymnast. Perfect combo for CF.
