Storm chasers and the worst kind. This company is built for the four management positions to make money off not only customers but their own salesman. Ready Roof hires anybody and trains them on deceiving and lying to the homeowner about experience, age, and product. Ready Roof is only still in business because everytime they get in a pickle they get rid of an employee using unprofessional tactics/blackmailing to make you want to leave and when you finally do Ready Roof shuts off all communication so they think their not responsible to pay you everything you worked hard on for the few months before. They are A+ con artists with no heart or compassion for customers or the industry and will gladly take advantage of anyone even their own employees. Most CEOs would frown on this while Ready Roof survives off of it. Don’t work here. Don’t buy here. Ready Roof is a scam.

From the first day meeting Lucas (alias Dan) to the final minor change with a gutter I can honestly say the experience was one of extreme satisfaction. Lucas was such a professional; guided us through the initial inspection, insurance process, and patiently waited for us to make our decision. This being my first insurance claim on home owners insurance I was quite amazed. Lucas kept us informed throughout the project; working out minor scheduling “bumps”. When install time came we had the finest crew led by Nacho Man. The guys were here bright and early and started the tear off so to be ready for the delivery of materials that were delayed one day. Once they started it was non-stop till lunch time despite the hot weather. They knew their job and stayed with it. Clean up was superb; Ive found only two nails in the yard.Ready Roof has some dedicated employees in Lucas and Nacho Man and crew. They take pride in their work and I am sure will do an outstanding job for anyone needing a new roof or siding.Just an outstanding experience for us.P. McCormicksJanesville, WI.

Ambulance chasers. Feeding off of others misery. Coming up to Wisconsin soliciting their services. They knocked told them we werent interested. Then they left a business card another time. And another time they left a flyer. Its like get a clue!! I wont use anyone from Illinois even if I did need repair! Id use local! Shame on Wisconsites for using them! Sick of seeing their signs in my neighbors yards! Ridiculous!

Lied and led us on to believe the work would get done. Never happened. NOT stand up guys. Use someone else if you want your work done in a timely fashion!!

Just encountered a Ready Roof employee on the road. Said individual nearly hit me at a roundabout (I was in the round about, he failed to yield) and this individual road my rear bumper for a few miles then got out of his truck at a stop light while threatening me. He then motioned up the road and tried to incite me to fight. This person needs to be taken off the road immediately! He was clearly in the wrong and obviously not able to take responsibility or behave like a decent human being. NOT good customer relations!!

Very disappointed. This has been the worst experience and my job still isnt complete. Broken promises. My contact person keeps changing. I just want it done.

Reliable and speedy. Looking forward to to another job in the spring.
