Lutheran Social Services of Winnebago County is crooked and has falsified information!!! Any and all paperwork of the babies ever being here have been deleted & no files exist!! It was like they were never here!! You cant tell me there wasnt any bribes or money involved because just look where the babies are now!! No place that knows the history of these people would place innocent children w/ them knowing the circumstances & the kind of people they are!! They have always bragged about all the money they had and could use it to get anything they wanted..including the grandbabies..well they succeeded & all the evidence of them being here is gone!! I hope this post gets shared many times over and the media gets ahold of it!! I have all the paperwork to prove corruption..btw The corrupt caseworker name was Heather Stark & her sidekicks Kim & Lori..mysteriously they are gone now

A Christian Organization that doesnt give 2nd chances...unprofessional manager retaliates against someone who reported her. Of course its retaliation. If not, why wont she report her work friends who she said smoke that stuff??? Twice, said its not her business but they work directly/indirectly with kids too. How is one sin greater than the other?!?

I took my son to make an appointment since I was informed I had to come and pay $95.00 to set an appointment and not able to pay over the phone and set the appointment. I work an hour away and their hours make it hard for me to get there and my son is in school and sports so difficult for the both of us to find a time to go together JUST to schedule an appointment. So we found time on a Friday to go and do it first thing in the morning so he wouldnt miss much of school. Went at 8:30 as this is when they open. NO ONE there, no lights on, no one answering phone.........until after 10:00. I then called the following week to see if they would be in at 8:30 the next day and was told to give her till 9:00. What?! Your hours say 8:30 (on their door, website, voicemail, etc.) Unreal. If we didnt HAVE to get this done I would def not be going at all. Hopefully the rest of the experience gets better.
