I absolutely love this place!! It was kid friendly, and so lovely to be around the people there. My son got to help with his cleaning, and watch his favorite cartoon while here. The lady who helped us was so amazing and patient with my 4 year old. She was truly a blessing to have. Allowing him to go to the toy box and pick put some toys. He truly believes he made a new best friend in his dental nurse. I will definitely be back foe the experience of it all!

Courtney the dental assistant was amazing and so was the dentist. Ice been coming here for years but this is by far the best experience Ive had so far. Made my husband so comfortable while he was having anxiety. Courtney kept us well informed and always made sure we were good. Thank you so much

I had a phenomenal experience today at Perryville Dentist. I went in because I was having major discomfort and swelling because of a back tooth. Courtney called me back, introduced herself, and lead me to the chair. I was very nervous because of the severity of my procedure. She took extra time to explain everything and I felt more comfortable. The dentist Tim Taylor was knowledgeable and made sure to also explain what he was doing. By the time that I left, I felt 100%better. I would definitely recommend both of them for future appointments.

Little to no pain during and after extractions. Dr. Shah(sp) goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. For someone like me, that can make the difference whether or not I stay in that chair. I couldn’t have found a better dentist to trust with my teeth!!!!!

Im not sure how to even begin to thank Dr Aish and Amanda. Ive been so scared of dentist that Ive paid a lot of money to get completely knocked out for anything done. They made me feel sooo comfortable. They walked me through everything that was gonna happen and while it was happening all while making sure I was alright every few seconds. If you are a nervous nancy like me and get real bad anxiety, i strongly recommend to give Dr. Aish a shot, you wont regret it. I am so glad i did and so grateful. Ive been dealing with this this tooth for over a year now because of my anxiety and fear of dentist. She had it out in a matter of minutes and i didnt feel a thing! Not even the tugging she said i could feel! I can honestly say Im not that scared anymore! Thank you so much for your kindness and patience Dr Aish and Amanda...please people go see them if you are anything like me when it comes to the dentist!

I highly recommend this office! I have seen Dr. Shah for three tooth extractions now and I would be very hesitant to see any other dentist! Dr. Shah is friendly, caring, willing to explain anything you have questions about, and very efficient. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. Their schedule books out a good month or two, but you can request to be placed on a cancelation list and/or call to check on availability before your scheduled appointment (both I have done and got in the same week) and they will work you in if possible. Their pricing was exceptionally reasonable (I have delta dental insurance.)

Dr. Aish was amazing. Quick and painlessly removed bad molar. Daisy was a great assistant. They did a wonderful job calming my anxiety.

Ive been here twice for myself, and once for my daughter, and I wont be returning. Not only was I sent to Chicago to have another dentist WIGGLE OUT a tooth they swore needed to be surgically removed, but I was also told I could not have an abscess when it was found I did, and then was gaslit the entire extraction process for one of my teeth. I was told I could not feel pain, just pressure. I am almost 30, and a mother of two. I know the difference. To top it off, I was treated like a thief by staff, asking if I stole my tooth because they bother to look under a single piece of gauze THEY put it under. And not even an apology for any of it. A nightmare. Horrible.

Loved Dr. Aish, and Amanda the assistant was so nice too! (LOVE her hair too!) highly recommend Perryville Dentist. They even texted me an open appointment and got in sooner than expected!!

7/22/21Waited for a month to be able to get in. It doesnt matter if you are in pain or not even if its a emergency. You are going to be waiting. When I arrived, I was force to pay a $1 for a face mask. Never have I ever been to a doctor office or anywhere. Where I was force to pay anything for a face mask. Not bad very a dishonest side husle to make money. Since they have a nerve to do that. What else do they do for side husle to make money. Stop and think there is 250 masks in a box. Force to have people pay a $1 each is $250 when that box only cost them $20. Poor professional way to do business and way of thinking. Take my advise if you can afford regular dentist insurance GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These clowns dont deserve to call them professional or even be in business.

Showed up for my appointment to find out that my regular doctor has changed her schedule to Mondays and Wednesdays only. So instead of letting me know that they set me up with somebody else. Then to find out that the Dentist they set me up with he was not even able to do the filling that I need it done today. due to his schedule! Boy that was a waste of my time!

First time Amazing and very Attentive. I have a sister who is special-needs only went to milestone and they use procedure rainbow wrap. My sister didnt have to have any restraints ! Dr.Aish was so Awesome and Courtney they did everything they could to talk my sister through and let me sit outside the room. My sister said I Love that dentist! I would give them a ten. Very good reception and atmosphere! It is very hard at times finding someone who will go above and beyond for thier customers. Perryville Dentist Does just that!

Ive been coming to Perryville Dentist for 3 years now. Ive had nothing but great experiences. I love the staff and the environment is clean. I may be nearly 30 years old, but I love that they play Disney Plus for me. Always a good experience even when going to the dentist can be not so fun.

I visited this office over a month ago for an oral examination. From desk staff was very rude. Did not make it a comfortable experience at all. After waiting 1 hr for my appointment. I saw the Dentist for 5 mins was told I need a tooth extractions as well as my wisdom teeth pulled. Was “referred” to oral surgeon. I called the office a couple days ago to see if they sent a referral, was told to contact my insurance. They have a horrible work flow I would not recommend coming to this office ever!

Had a great experience with dr.Aish cleaning and removing a cavity. The ladies here were wonderful very friendly and polite definitely coming back for my cleaning in 6 months

I just HAVE TO take a minute and share my amazing experience with Perryville dentist!! After such a traumatic experience with dental dreams in Rockford, il, DR AISH, and COURTNEY, literally made my experience wonderful. Courtney greeted me, sat me in the chair, and genuinely asked me “are you ok, let me see” lol. I felt so personally taken care of!!Dr. AISH walked me through EVERY STEP!my cavity on a scale of 1-10 was a TEN!! It was SOOO BAD!! She showed me how close my root was, while letting me know EVERY scenario/outcome that would come! I have had a few teeth pulled in the back, all because my insurance never covered a root canal, and no other dentist’s ever gave my tooth a chance!! Dr AISH SAVED MY TOOTH! she medicated it, filled it! ONLY HAD TO NUMB the TOOTH!! y’all I’m amazed!! Crying because this was my best experience at the dentist in my whole life!! I’m 32 YEARS OLD!In life Having a medical card, you don’t get treated well. Dr AISH and Courtney treated me like family! I’m forever grateful!! Terrible customer service, you can see hear and feel the lack of respect. They schedule you for stuff knowing insurance wont cover it and tell you last second that you have to pay. When you tell them what needs to be done and what not they cop an attitude with you. They charge all your visits as emergencies regardless of the procedure. -2 out of 5 star.

I am only home every other weekend from being on the road... Needed a Dentist that was open the day after Thanksgiving... They got me in and out very quickly... Ive had a tooth bother me for years... Within minutes the Dentist had me feeling a whole lot better... Came back today for a deep cleaning... In and out in 30 min... Staff is friendly too... Two Thumbs up!!!

I had 2 wisdom teeth and a molar removed. The dentist left huge chunks of my teeth throughout my mouth. I had a dry socket and chuncks of tooth through my gums to wear I though it was my jaw bone showing and he gave 15 t3s for pain I couldnt work or do anything. The follow up visit was about 5 mins he seen the chunk of tooth still there n he did nothing just acted like it was normal. Ill never go back here again. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I wouldnt wish the pain I went through on my worst enemy please do your research on dentists before going to them!

The front desk doesnt greet you. They just say, Name? No pleasant greeting. They dont smile at you or look you in the eye. Theyre NOT happy to see you and youre treated like cattle. Once you get to back exam room everything changes and people are kind and professional. You just have to get pass the apathetic unprofessional mean people at the front desk.

Only giving them one star because I have to. Dragged out treating me for months then demanded full payment before the doctor even looked at me, despite full authorization from insurance. Receptionist was excessively rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I was called 6 days before my appointment to be rescheduled for a appointment OVER A MONTH out from the scheduled appointment, I had already waited a month for. What a way to treat a first time client. After double checking my first appointment, I then called back to cancel and the clerk was ok with that. In other words there aren’t any accommodations for people waiting a month just for the appointment to be canceled. What a waste.

This is the best dentist in all of Rockford! The office got me in with zero weight time addressed my concern and got me out of pain! I had called a few other places and no one was willing to see me on such short notice. Very grateful for the friendly staff and will definitely be sending them my referrals!

The staff at Perryville Dentist is nice but the female doctor that works there has no idea what she is doing. When we went to a different dentist, they were in shock that she missed a cavity that was so obvious. Also it seems like that besides general procedure they are not qualified for anything else.

Awesome! I had a half dozen shots with very little discomfort. He had pulled all 5 front teeth before I knew he was done. I kept ice on my face on and off all nite. I woke up and my face and nose were back to normal and had hardley any pain!Thank you for being so patient and gentle. It wasnt half as bad as I was anticipating!

I just went through the whole process from start to finish for full dentures. I have been going here every since October. I am very glad I chose this place. They have always been nothing but nice and professional. I have never waited in the waiting room for my appointments long. I will definitely keep going to them.

I have not been to a dentist since 2004. I had my first visit today, and was extremely anxious about it. They made me feel very at ease, talked me through what they were doing, and discussed with me the next steps needed.

I wish you could give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give one ! My children appointment was scheduled for 11:30 . Here we are 12:20 and still have not been seen . But let’s not start there . The waiting area only fits about 10 patients, but yet the line is out the door so I just assume everyone had the same appointment time . FYI if you wanna try to enforce one of cdc guidelines, (Masks) try enforcing them all ! No way in hell anyone could possibly be 6ft apart ! The customer service is horrible . I walked out and will not be back . If you could avoid this place I would !

Its seems clean, and people were polite. The dentist that saw me seemed unsure of his abilities though. Didnt want to pull any back teeth, only fronts. I drove like 45 munutes to get the thing pulled because it was killing me. Left $50 lighter with all the pain i jad when i got there. A child in the room next to me was screaming (pretty normal), but his dentist was talking very rudely to the child. I knew after listening to that, I would NEVER bring my child here.

After pushing back 2 years of having my wisdom teeth removed (not a fan of going to the dentist) I finally decided to make an appt at this office to get one of them removed. I was very anxious for this procedure. However, once I arrived to the office I was well taking care of by Jessica. She prep me for the extraction and was kind enough to stay by my side throughout the process. Can’t thank her and Dr. Shah enough for making this procedure painless free and easy. Thank you.

So.. I recently moved to Illinois from New Jersey where I had a ton of dental work done that fell apart.. When my husband and I moved here dentistry wasnt at the top of our list. When we settled we found Perryville Dentistry. I was very nervous. My teeth originally started falling apart during my pregnancies many years earlier and I lived without smiling for a long time. I just wasnt equipped at that time to put time into my teeth. I just accepted that people thought i was a drug addict or lazy with my hygiene. I wasnt. My teeth just were completely falling apart and i couldnt keep up with kids, life and dentistry. After my last child i started the work in NJ and it didnt hold. So yea i was nervous. Also folks, I have Medicaid. Most people hear Medicaid and think...ohh boy another drain on society.. However my husband is a disabled combat vet. Im a stay at home wife. Its a job i love and take seriously. So.. I was also worried theyd give me little attention and the bare minimum.Since day 1 walking in there Ive been treated so kindly.. These people truly give me a reason to smile in the office and out. Theres alot of work and appointments and the dentist herself is pshhh...shes great. She tells me the business and i know i can take her and any costs that may come up seriously. So my last appointment one of the techs.. Shes got the brightest pink hair ASKED me if i wanted this 17$ mouth wash. My first response was no girl.. Then immediately i was like yes..let me get that. I mean theyre so straight up with me. If shes suggesting a mouth wash to keep my grill safe while im going thru this work. Im getting it.. I look forward to every appointment. I never see anyone in the lobby unhappy or confused.. And they move their tushes there while being so kind. I respect them and theyre process.. I CANT WAIT TO KEEP SMILING AND TELLING PEOPLE WHY.. So check them out if youve ever felt like i have..

Very upset with my experience here I called to make my 9yr old an appointment for a broke tooth the receptionist said that both my kids were also due for cleanings so I said thats fine but my daughter really needs to be seen for the broken tooth so she said she made the appointment I go yesterday and they start the cleaning but when it was time to deal with the broken tooth they said they didnt have time to deal with it because it would inconvenience other patients because my appointment wasnt for the broken tooth I got so upset I walked out without finishing either kids cleaning and told them I will NOT be returning my daughter has patiently waited a month for the appointment and dealt with the pain just to be turned away because the receptionist made a mistake and they even admitted that too They dont even deserve the one star but I had to give it so I could leave the review!

Way better honestly than almost any experience Ive had at any doctors...I was very impressed...and they listened and addressed EVERY need or question and considered me and my opinion while making a treatment plan...most definitely would recommend them!!!

My 8 year old son and I had an appt with Dr. Sung and it was amazing! His assistance are kind and patient. The team worked together and were very thorough when answering all of our questions :) Thank you for making out dental appt one of the best experiences I have ever had ❤️

I called in on Monday with a tooth that had become incredibly painful over the weekend. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, Tuesday, where I expected that there would be some urgency to treat the tooth, but all they were able to do in the 90 minutes I was in the office was xrays and an exam. The extraction is scheduled for Thursday.I wasnt prescribed an antibiotic or pain medication, so I expect this to continue to get worse.This means 2 more days not eating or sleeping or being able to work. I am giving 2 stars because I would have liked to have been told up front that they would not treat the tooth on the first appointment so I could have possibly explored other options either with this clinic or somewhere else.I understand it is a busy office and I do appreciate being seen quickly, but to drive 45 minutes each way from Freeport, exhausted and in pain, only to be sent away to wait 2 more days is very frustrating.

I had an appointment here today and was not happy when I left. This place makes you feel like a number and not a person. They overbook on purpose and take forever just to call you in back then say they dont have time to treat you.what they wont say is because they are over booked. I came in for a cavity and left with my cavity. The dentist did not want to treat me without doing everything under the sun besides the reason I came in. It really feels like they just want the insurance money. I am giving 2 stars because my hygienist Kayla was so sweet and the dentist I saw was very personable and also nice. But again he didnt help me. Then sweet kayla walked me to the front where a very rude blonde ignored me for 5 minutes while I stood in front of her for my treatment plan and when she finally acknowledged me she was not friendly. She made me feel like I was interrupting her. I have been to other dentists that actually do the work you came in for without using the excuse of needing an exam and having to schedule you on another day for the work. This is not the first time ive wasted gas and time going here. I brought my son in to have a space maintainer removed and they said they didnt have the tools and refered him to an oral surgeon. Read that again an oral surgeon! Are you kidding me? I find this ridiculous! We had recently moved to the area from Chicago so I just took my son back to Chicago to our old dentist and she removed it in seconds . she also told me all dentist should have this tool since its just pliers! Everyone please do yourself a favor and find somewhere better. Im assuming the reason they have stars is because the people you left those stars dont know any better. PEOPLE YOU DESERVE BETTER! DO NOT SETTLE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR TEETH, and when you go here know that you are settling. I noticed they reply to most reviews and I look forward to see how they justify wasting my time. Staff was nice office was clean .. The reason for my visit was for a emergency tooth pull i get there( mind you i live almost 40 mins away ) and was told AFTER the exam i need to call and make another appointment at a different location because they do not pull teeth their.. I was so annoyed because i made it VERY CLEAR i need a emergency tooth pull and they assured me they can take care of me .

I had a dental emergency with a broken tooth, Dr Sunny was a lifesaver. She took time out of her busy schedule to fix my tooth. She is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond to make sure my tooth was not only fixed, but I was comfortable with it, and it looked much better than it did prior. I would highly recommend Dr Sunny to everyone. Office staff and dental assistants were friendly also.

I did have one problem while being a patient, but Rachel helped me out and I thank her for that. Thanks for fixing it for me. I hope it ends up looking really good... The dental assistants helped me pick a good crown color and we made sure it was what I wanted this time around. Thanks girls!

I love coming here with my family! We recently came in for a cleaning. We arrived early and were taken in right away. The hygienist was great w/my 5 year old. She also took the time to properly place my daughters 1st sealant by taking her probe to ensure all grooves were thinly covered, instead of just globbing it on there like other dental offices Ive taken my son to. They are informative if you have questions, as well! My daughter wanted to know what sealants were and they quickly played a video to show her what it is and the steps involved. I used to work as a dental assistant, so I am picky about quality! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a family dentist!♥️

Its been a very long time since Ive been to the dentist due to insurance but besides all of that I went in I conquered and I succeeded thanks to Parryville dentist I was very scared nervous But they treated me right took their time did the job right in was easy on my teeth they understood how nervous and scared I was so they double checked on me thanks a lot to the dentist in his assistance and to Parryville dentist.

Ive been going to Perryville dentist for about a year now and Ive never been happier with another dentist office until now. Everyone has always answered all my questions and been very honest in explaining whats going to happen with any procedure I have had done. Their prices are very reasonable and everyones always been very nice and patient. They also accept state insurance and in comparison to any other dentist office Ive been to that accepts state insurance, they are by far a lot cleaner, more respectful and thorough with their work. I hope I will never have to change dentist offices again. I highly recommend coming to them

I dont know how they got all the good reviews. Had a root canal they botched up and cost me 600 and its going to cost me 1300 to fix it then i had 2 teeth pulled and he left half a tooth in there that you can clearly see in the mirror. And he took ex rays to make sure it was all out! He left it in there on purpose! Never go there again

I was told that its the best dentist I went on November 10th 2020 at 2:00 PM the front desk is so rude she told me that your appointment at 2:30 go outside and it was raining and Im not going to them anymore

Dr. Sunny is great. Im one of those people afraid of dentists but she laid them to rest. Perryville dentist is a good place to go.

My visit I had a great visit and Im glad thatI have the dentist that I have. Shes very patient and gentle. Shes very concerned about my well being .This is the first time Ive had a dentist that was concerned about my well being and not just pulling out my teeth but correcting and saving my teeth.

The most incompetent front desk personnel Ive ever seen. They scheduled my appointment and confirmed my insurance last week. They sent me appointment reminder with a different time today. I called them to confirm my appointment time, and they also told me they cant verify my insurance. I dont understand where they get 5-star ratings.

Awesome staff and Dentist Team. Very polite and kind. With being a single mom, I had to take my almost 5 year old son with to my appt and they didnt eyeball annoyingly at us like my previous dentist office. I wished I knew about these guys sooner. So glad they take Medicaid too! And they dont treat you like youre another state aid bum. 😄

Best experience! I’m the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist, so much so that it took me years to go back, today I had two teeth pulled, I couldn’t believe I was that scared for no reason. I will definitely recommend Perryville Dental to anyone! They make you feel so comfortable and they talk to you every step of the way. Thank you!! 😊

They did a good job, however we both came down with covid-19 five days later. And nobody else we had contact with got it.

Dr.Matt and all the staff are very nice and professional very good with all my kids and myself nice and welcoming .... you can ask any questions about dental and they give you an answer very promptly. I love how I can get an appointment within a week or 2 instead of a month out. The environment is very clean and smells good. The area of Rockford that the office is at is very safe and nice. The dentist is not after money they actually care.

Only reason one should go here is if you have state insurance. They will mess your teeth up, pull teeth that dont need to be pulled, fillings will fall out 3 months after they drill them, later they say you need a root canal or extraction when you dont. Ive been going here for about 6 months now and have had 4 different dentists. Im done. There are much better places to go if you have decent insurance. This place is terrible all around.

Absolutely the best dentist there is, everything from the beginning to the end is awesome. I found this office by doing what you’re doing reading the reviews and when I tell you this is the best choice as a customer I could have made. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had to have my back teeth pulled and I’m being fitted for upper and lower partials. Even when my tooth were being pulled my dentist would say you’re gonna feel a little pull and he’d explain what’s going on .
