I would give zero or even negative stars if that was an option. My wife has been wanting to get a design shaved into the base of her neck along with a haircut, have called and searched many shops and found this one. Now mind you i called TWICE to verify they do this work. Even called 30 minutes before we left our home and was ensured the work could be done. We get there and take a seat. No acknowledgment that we even existed but fine, they are busy doing work on other clients. After about 35 minutes we get asked, who is getting a cut? Answered him and was told someone was coming out. Over 30 minutes later, no one caring we were even there, the one guy finishes who asked us who was getting a cut, he walked next door, and got someone else who came in WAY AFTER US to cut his hair. Guess you have to know someone to get a cut here despite calling to verify services they perform. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I get my nails done here. Idont think I will go anywhere else. My nails have never been consistently perfect. And they last a long time. No chips or breaks anymore. Plus the design is new and modern. I always love my nails.

Craziest experience Ive ever had in my life today!The guy took 10 minutes to come out of the back room after he popped out after i came in.He spent most of the time playing with his phone and taking calls. He seemed like he was on cocaine. He was wearing a mask and acting weird & sniffing. He seemed as if the people that were calling him getting ready to come there he was scared of and didnt want to be alone. He literally would cut my hair for 2 minutes and stop.Then he decided to order food!! Then he stopped cutting my hair and kept going outside to run around in the parking lot!!I took the apron off that was catching my hair once every 20 minutes & at that time he walked back in & said whats up man??Like he couldnt understand why i was leaving. I told him this is taking way too long. I was in the chair literally 1 & a 1/2 hours and got my hair cut on maybe 10 minutes. I gave him $20 & just left and went and shaved my head. I was wondering why the place was empty when i went in there on a sunday but now i see why.It seemed as if he was scared of the people that came in, mind you all of them had fresh hair cuts so thats not why they was there. I felt like i was in danger and was going to get shot. Just the atmosphere in there was crazy. I cant believe that place is even in business. It must be a front for something else because they sure didnt have any customers & i will never go back there again. I just felt relieved that i made it out of there. Ive spent a lot of time in jail and even went to prison but i never felt that worried something was going to happen. The guy was talking about people hacking his phones and that he kept getting new ones. He was up to something & it was just an awful experience i will never forget. If you treasure your life, your time or your hair this is not the place for you.

Looooooooong wait times, the people here wont even acknowledge your presence and when you ask they give you an attitude.Seems like what others are saying is true, if you dont know someone who works there youll never even get service, or be waiting there all day.The door says walk ins welcome but its actually walk ins required which makes this place even more of a chaotic mess.Rude people and long wait, after trying on two separate occasions, so i guess we will never know how the hair cuts are or how the nails are here, because its just a waste of time.
