TALKED WITH A GIRL OVER THE PHONE TWICE. WAS GOING TO GO WITH THEM, AND SHE DROPPED US TWO WEEKS AGOSHE IS FROM HARVARD, HAS A DAUGHTER, DRIVES TO ROCKFORD, BUT THEN SIMPLY DROPPED US. HAD TO GO BACK TO OUR ORGINAL COMPANY, AND WILL NEVER KNOW WHY ?????

A five months ago, I started initial inquiries about auto insurance. Lindsey contacted me and got me some preliminary information. I told her Id be ready in the beginning of 2021. She got back in touch with me, as promised. We adjusted the coverages, because I paid the car off. She demonstrated that she knows her business. My agent from my old company retired and the one who took over was not in the ball park. I depend on an agency to know the answers. Lindsey stepped up to the plate and hit a home run.

For 40+ years we had been customers of the company who claims to be a good neighbor. The only thing they were good at was collecting premiums. Allstate & the Felts agency have shown was true customer service & added value are all about. I get quick responses to questions & requests & have never felt like an account number. We plan on being lifelong customers for our home & cars. You can’t do better .

If your looking for someone competent to work with for your insurance needs, stay well clear of this Allstate office. They simply are not up to the task. Ive had Allstate for 3+ years, and every time Ive called them to resolve any issues, theyve only made everything worse off. For the auto policy, theyve had me overpaying (by more than 100%!!!) then what I am paying for with Geico.Actually, I am still technically paying such outrageous premiums because even after talking to a rep in this office over a week ago to cancel my auto policy, they STILL havent canceled it, or sent me the Letter of Experience they promised to send me. Nobody in the office can ever answer basic insurance questions and always say they have to ask someone else (underwriters, someone more experiences, etc) and that theyd call you back. They never call back. When you finally get fed up of waiting and call them to follow up, they have no idea what you are talking about and the process just repeats on and on.Id give Allstate as a company a decent rating as anything outside of this office has been acceptable, but dealing with ANYONE inside this office is unbearable. Updating your policy in anyway is way too complicated for them to handle apparently. On top of all this they call a few times a month to try to get you to add additional policies such a life insurance. Ive already told them no, but theyre as bad as telemarketers. Just stay away, its not worth the headaches.

The customer service at this office is beyond excellent. I would advise anyone requesting a quote ask for Sonya!! She will do everything she can to get you the best quote possible and save you money. Sonya thank you for always going through everything in detail with me and letting me know exactly what it is that I am getting, you are the best. I have insured four cars with Allstate. Insurance itself is fine. But the people actually do not listen, they sent me the same insurance card twice in a row not understanding that I needed the current one not the one with an effective date in the future. Very frustrating haha

I have never experienced such fantastic customer service from an agency! I had so many questions and could not believe how much time and effort they put in to help me. I will be with this agency for as long as they are in business! I was with a cheap insurance company and the service was just that. Cheap!! The service I received from this agency is outstanding, I been with Allstate for many years and my previous agent never review my policies or even took the time to sit down with me and go over my coverages! I one day decided to go to Jim Felts Agency and immediately I felt like I was in good hands there they have been nothing but helpful, kind and patient I defiantly recommend this agency to anyone in the Rockford area.

Great people always helped me when I needed them sadly I am moving to iowa and will have to leave allstate as they will not insure my home with 1 claim as I am high risk so the company as a whole I believe has an issue for faulting me for using what I pay for but the agency its self was great.

I have a great agent jim that makes sure I get the best prices for the most coverage that I need and not pay for the things I dont need! I get great discounts on my insurance policy. You can always do what you need to 24/7 a day with the 1800 # on the back! My husband took me to get a new car and we got there a hour before they closed, i didnt know he had already called and had my SUV that I was in love with . So me thinking Im getting some other car, because we didnt want to spend as much as the was wanting to and the have him a great deal and i got the car i loved, but back to the # I had to put insurance on the car before I could leave the lot . Evertho he paid it in full and so i didnt know what I was going to do ! Its was 8pm and Jim was done for the day and closed so I look at my card and seen that # and called . They helped me get on my way that night with the coverage I need and i was on my way! Without any worries of driving home without that insurance policy and take the chance and get hit or something, so I was happy driving home without a worry and you can always change what you need to any time of day ! They are a great place in get insurance policy for all your insurance needs. The more you unsure the more you save! Thanks for the great insurance I have!
