I am so impressed with the high level of customer service provided by the entire team at the Brian Boyer Group! Every time I have needed to call the office they are friendly, responsive and get me the answers I am looking for. A few months ago, my car was hit by another driver just hours before I was leaving to go out of the country for a trip. I immediately contacted Paul Happach who helped guide me in the process of contacting the 3rd party as well as coordinate my repairs with the auto body group, even though I didnt need to file a State Farm claim. He made sure there was smooth communication between all parties while I was gone so I didnt have to stress about it. Before switching to State Farm I had one of those cheap insurance company that guaranteed low rates and start immediately type deal, they wouldn’t cover my one ton diesel pick up and their coverage wasn’t that great and plus it was a hassle to get a live person on the phone. I received a flyer in the mail and checked out State Farm and our awesome agent Melissa at the Brian Boyer office spoke to me about few options on vehicle, life and home owner insurance as well as renters. I though about it and after a week or two and getting my pick up we went and sat down with Melissa by the end of the day we had all of our vehicles covered with State Farm, life insurance and renters insurance under one easy monthly payment. We have used road side service a few times and never been disappointed. I’m glad I made the switch and our agent Melissa took the time to sit down and set us up with coverage.

Basically I use to have a competitor insurence and when I bought my diesel pick up they would not give me coverage due to the gross weight and vehicle and I had no local agent to speak with, so melissa had got in contact with me and I was not totally ready to change but frustrated they would not insure my truck.
